Purple Rice & Pistachio Coco 开心果糯米椰 Snow Swallow Coconut Milk Sago 雪燕椰汁西米露
    Jonathan L.

Very chill boba place that has a lot of specialty drinks you won't see everywhere. They also have a bunch of different topping so you can customize as much as you want. My partner and I got the Snow Swallow drink and the Pistachio purple rice in a 1 liter size. Very yummy drinks and would definitely come again to try the other ones. Ps. Unfortunately there are no restrooms here and the parking lot is awful. Try to come early to find parking. Be careful with some of these drivers. Saw a guy park his car behind two parked cars and blocked them in.

There's no food at this location. Citeadrinks is in a small plaza in Rowland Heights! Service was good and the ambiance is average! The store has an open window store concept where the store has an open window. They have 3 kiosks to order and I liked my drink! I ordered a creamy pistachio drink with purple rice! In addition, I got a 1 L cup! SUPER HUGE! It was creamy and the pistachios added a nice cream. I got less sugar and the rice was sweet enough. TIP: There's no restrooms in this store. Parking is ample but crowded in this parking lot. Be wary of the other cars!

When people ask: "What's your favorite dessert in Hong Kong?" Mango Pomelo Sago. Always my answer -- and a favorite among Hong Kongers This solid Mango Pomelo Sago with yogurt balls is next level. So thick, you eat it with a spoon No water added -- just whole milk yogurt and real mango. The whole family enjoyed it. IG: socalhkfoodies

I came here, so I could order a Boba tea with a tea pot on top. It looks so cute on the Instagram post. It turns out a teapot is $10 and when I got it they don't even have dry ices coming out of the pot. They tell me I need to get it on my own . $18 for a drink with the stupid T pot doesn't even have smoke coming out. What a rip off. We'll never come back here to buy Boba because there's so many of them around.

Blue rice and mango coco next to the purple rice and matcha coco

Went to try their new coco drinks last weekend. There is plenty of parking available. The shop itself is simple. We got the blue rice and mango coco drink and the purple rice and matcha coco drink. First, the drinks look beautiful. They taste even better. I like that they are not overly sweet. Drinking through the various layers is a great way to taste each flavor profile. Then giving it a good stir to mix it all up is a great way to combine all the flavors. Great drinks and friendly service make this a place for you to come and visit.

I really enjoyed my mango pomelo yogurt drink! It had that barley popping Boba, which is super fire - this drink is super filling so keep that in mind.

Drinks got "revamped" supposedly, but everything got worse. Came here when they first open and the drinks were pretty good. Just ordered the same drinks I got as the first time...and I'm never coming back here. Price went up, drink quality went down. I was trying to stir my drink and all I felt was ice, I poured out my tea in another cup just to see exactly how much ice was in the cup, the cup had a little over 3/4s full. Crazy. Go next door to Little Tea or Tenju, you are better off there!

Asian spot, aesthetically and in their offerings. Yogurt, rice, as well as milk tea. Some to-go fridge for quick in-and-out. 3.5% Credit card fee if you use their kiosk to order. The cup was sticky/worker spilled rice mix on the outside. I enjoy their lid.

    Amanda G.

Overall, good drinks. They have plenty of options and some drinks I've never heard of (duck shit). The matcha is good and creamy with just enough peach flavor. The lychee flavor was good and there were good bits of lychee mixed in. The service was pretty quick and the ambience is fun with the cute bears and an old school fun.

It was so nice in here, I got the mango pomelo yogurt. Its nice and refreshing, the coconut yogurt has no tang like ostracized yogurt does. Def coming back for this

I decided to try this spot on a hot Sunday. I was the only customer this early so service was friendly and quick. The inside is very small with no tables, so expect to get your drink and leave. Got the peach oolong tea and honestly it was very smooth.

CITEADRINKS | 西風 in Rowland Heights is an absolute gem! The drinks are beautifully crafted with high-quality ingredients, and every sip tastes fresh, balanced, and thoughtfully made. The menu has a great variety, whether you're into classic milk teas or more unique, creative flavors. The shop itself is clean, stylish, and cozy--perfect for hanging out or grabbing a drink to go. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the Rowland Heights area and love premium tea drinks, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I got the matcha einspanner. It was alright. It was very creamy. 8/10 viscocity. The cream overpowers the matcha flavor. The cream tasted crème cheese based. thick drink. Brightly lit store. Service was good. I got my drink. And I ordered. Through the kiosk. On my card.

The drinks were already overpriced at over $8 each, and because tipping is OPTIONAL, we chose not to tip. The employee at the front with arm tattoos already had a bad attitude and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable from the start. The next day, I went to finish one of the drinks and while drinking the toppings, something thick blocked the straw. I thought maybe it was fruit or pudding, so I opened the sealed lid, only to find a rolled up strip of RECEIPT PAPER stuffed inside the drink. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation for how a rolled receipt ends up INSIDE a sealed drink. This did not accidentally "fall in." It looked intentionally rolled and shoved in there. What makes it even worse is this location mainly uses text/SMS receipts, so there is no way this came from me. Receipt paper contains toxic chemicals like BPA and hormone disrupters and should NEVER be anywhere near food or drinks. I'm honestly disgusted and shocked that this even happened. I already reported this location to the health department and contacted corporate because this is beyond unacceptable. If employees are going to retaliate over not receiving a tip by tampering with customers' drinks, people seriously need to avoid this place. We ordered the Rainbow Tea and immediately noticed it looked much cloudier than usual. Because my daughter has a serious dairy allergy, we asked the worker MULTIPLE times if there was any milk or dairy in the drink. We were repeatedly assured it was completely dairy-free and that the different appearance was due to them changing syrups. Shortly after drinking it, my daughter suffered a severe allergic reaction that sent us to the ER for over 8 hours. Watching your child struggle to breathe and fearing for their life is something no parent should ever experience -- especially after specifically asking staff about allergens several times. What should have been a nice Mother's Day turned into one of the most traumatic days of my life. If your establishment is unsure about ingredients or cross-contamination, DO NOT confidently tell customers a drink is allergy-safe. Food allergies are not preferences -- they are life-threatening medical conditions. I truly hope management takes allergy training and ingredient transparency much more seriously moving forward.

The Summer Serenade was refreshing because of the fruit, but it lacked sweetness. The whole bowl tasted only mildly sweet. The grass jelly bear was cute, but it also lacked sweetness. The coconut pudding bear was better--the texture and flavor were good. The Twilight Pearls had a lot of slimy textures. The monk's blend was an iced Ceylon black tea with a touch of vanilla and grenadine. Although this drink is a signature menu item, I didn't really enjoy the citrusy and plum-like tartness. Most of the popcorn chicken pieces had a crispy texture, whereas others were a tad soggy. With medium spice, the chicken was very flavorful. The popcorn chicken came in an oyster pail that looked a little small, but the portion size still seemed adequate for the price. I ended up drinking the tea first before eating the chicken because the flavors did not leave a complementary aftertaste. Also, I got my tea first, but the staff forgot to give me the popcorn chicken even though they said that it's on the way. I had to follow up after waiting several minutes.
