Black Sesame Paste + Milk Mochi + Taro balls + Boba
    Maggie P.

Solid dessert in a plaza with great food options. Service was quick and friendly. Although it bosts coconut base it's dessert still contains dairy. Only the teas are dairy free. The best part, the cheese foam! Dipping the mochi in it just brought it to the next level, super delicious! We tried: A2 Summer Serenade A6 Midnight Harmony - favorite! Its been months since I last had Miro Mochi as its a bit far from me but man do I think about their dessert so often... I got their Snowy Ice which comes with a bunch if toppings like boba, mochi, and milk pudding. Despite lactose not settling well with my stomach, I honestly could not stop eating. All their toppings had such a nice texture and chew to it, it was so addicting. The snow was not too sweet yet had a natural milk taste! You order through the kiosk so minimal service interaction- but i love how they package everything so carefully! The cafe is quite small with limited seating but there are outdoor seating avail!

This place is soooo adorable!!! Panda themed decor and the dessert is amazing. The coconut milk pudding is shaped like a panda (my daughter didn't wanna eat it cuz it's too cute ) and the shaved ice is so fluffy and milky. The mochi is freshly made, very soft and chewy. The boba is also made perfectly. Service is quick and you can order from the kiosk too.

Wow, if you like taro, black sesame, mochi this is a place to try! If not, there are also many unique and interesting flavors to try! Panda fans would love the fun decorations inside and outside. Fast and friendly service. Interesting and inspiring start up story. It's located in a mall with many interesting shops, including a unique snack store and a hotpot restaurant, a place to explore even if you're not a local.

This is the perfect place for some dessert. The inside is small but there are some seats. Service was really fast. They even give you cute little bags for to go orders. The mochi is not too sweet and perfect as a palate cleanser.

The desserts here are shockingly good. We ordered Classic Milky Mochi Pops and Mango Fusion Q Mochi. The Classic Milky Mochi Pops was my favorite! It came with a variety of toppings, shaved ice, a milky pudding, and mochi which was soft and chewy. The milky pudding was soft, silky, and addicting. The shaved ice had a wonderful soft fluffy texture and was perfectly sweet. It had a bear shaped jello which was really cute. The Mango Fusion Q Mochi was also good. It came with freshly sliced mangos, pomelo, and the same milky pudding. This item is perfect if you enjoy a fruity dessert. Overall, the desserts here are excellent, not too sweet, and are a definite must try. I will definitely be back to try more items.

This place makes seemingly simply Taiwanese/Chinese desserts taste extremely complex. I've been back several times now, and the Summer Serenade is still my favorite. I don't know where they're sourcing their fruits but it's always so fresh and bright. All the accompanying jellies are well made and well balanced in terms of flavor. A new favorite dessert shop in the neighborhood.

Miro Mochi was such a delightful surprise and easily one of the best dessert stops I've had in a while. Ordering from the kiosk was quick and intuitive, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The real standout was the mochi itself--perfectly soft and chewy with that satisfying bounce, never gummy or tough. What truly elevated the experience was the fresh fruit mixed in with the mochi. Each bite had a bright, natural sweetness from the fruit that balanced beautifully with the mochi, making the dessert feel light and refreshing rather than heavy. I really appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet; the flavors were clean, well-balanced, and let the quality of the ingredients shine. Overall, the texture, freshness, and balance of flavors made this dessert memorable. It's the kind of treat that satisfies a craving without overwhelming your palate. If you enjoy Asian desserts that focus on texture and natural sweetness, Miro Mochi is absolutely worth trying--and I'd happily come back for more.

I have been loving asian desserts so when this popped up on my ig feed, I knew I had to go get it. Miro Mochi is located in a busy plaza! There are tons of parking spaces and you just park and walk to the location. Miro Mochi is located in the middle of the plaza. You can order up front or on a kiosk! We decided on the kiosk since it was our first time. I went with all my favorite, taro paste, red beans, and black sesame. Also, since it was my first time, I had to add a panda! The panda was super cute but I can leave it out next time! I didn't think it added too much to my dessert except for the cuteness. The milk mochi was a surprise at the bottom of the cup. I thought some flavors didn't come out too strongly but all around, it was a favorable dessert and I would come back for it. The service was great and quick. Overall, if you are cravings asian dessert this is your place to try.

The mochi dessert is so big and so filling. Everything tastes great. The service was extremely fast too. The mochi is not too chewy, almost like a doughy texture. They give me a lot of toppings as well. I would definitely come back.

Our friends we are visiting picked some up for us when we visited their place and I wish we had something like this back in the Bay Area! While I don't know the names of the orders, the photo attached shows the three flavors we got: I particularly loved the purple rice!! This is such a yummy treat that isn't too sweet! Open one of these up in the Bay Area please!

    Wayne G.

Came here for dessert and the B3 snowy ice mochi pop we got was pretty good. The black sesame flavor was nutty and not too sweet. The mochi was great with soft texture and slightly chewy. Decent portion for the price. Definitely shareable between 2 people. Good service. Indoor is clean with good AC. There's also outdoor seating in the plaza. Free parking in the parking lot. Tap to pay available.

    Angela L.

Delicious and perfect for a hot day. You can customize the bowl and order from the iPad or in person. The black grass jelly panda is a bit hard to see visually, but it all tasted good. Indoor and outside seating available. Free Parking is available in the shared lot. A bit hard to find, since the plaza is a bit hidden.

First impressions is that they have two self ordering kiosks. Already a HUGE plus. Space is pretty standard for a grab and go combo with hangout spot. Couple of tables inside and all pretty spacious. Very clean as well which is a nice plus. I love the subtle light green deco all around the shop, which gave of chill vibes overall. Parking - Free in a large outdoor parking lot. Some spots can be a bit tight so watch out for that. One thing I always look at when I visit new tea shops are their cups. Chayan has great cups, sturdy, cute yet simple design, and easy to hold. It comes with an option to add Pecan nuts on top of your whipped cream thats above some fresh milk tea. Made the drink very creamy but also very savory to a sense. Refreshing and perfect on a hot day. It's also one of their most popular options, highly recommend. Overall, a wonderful tea spot addition to SoCal. Loved the vibes here and it's certainly one of my go to tea places now whenever I'm in Rowland. With similar vibes to Molly Tea when it comes to quality, I'm excited to visit again to try other drink options. As someone who's been a loyal consumer over the past few years, I'm not a fan with the transition to their new rewards system. Before they used to just use your phone number through Toast, but now they have their own app. Today when I ordered my drinks, I asked if there was a way to earn rewards or input my number for the $30 worth of drinks I just bought for my family, but I was told that I needed to have asked BEFORE I had ordered and paid and that there was no way to upload the receipt on the app to earn points. How are consumers supposed to know to ask beforehand when most rewards systems allow you to input a number after you pay? Plus, the guy taking my order didn't seem pretty eager to help out and just gave me the classic Gen-Z stare . Customer service just tends to be a hit or miss here. It's toasty oolong tea with hints of honey & caramel. TASTY! With each sip, I felt my stress and worries fade away. I smiled happily. (Important: Bring Cash. With Card, there's a 35 cents additional charge for orders under $15.) I arrived at Tenju Tea House (Rowland Heights) on Friday (around 11:45AM). There's a competitive, busy parking lot. Fortunately, I quickly found parking. Staff is professional and polite. Staff gave good recommendations, and Staff answered all my questions. The drink took about five minutes. As mentioned, I ordered the Iron Goddess Milk Tea ($6.75 - Large - 100% Sweetness). The crisp tea taste is pronounced and brewed perfectly (not burnt). Its gentle sweetness soothes the throat, and the flavor of honey and caramel flutters about. It's DELICIOUS! On ambiance, Tenju Tea House (Rowland Heights) is aged, worn-down but well-maintained. The location is a little small; there's about four tables. Fortunately, it feels well-ventilated and airy. In addition, Tenju Tea House (Rowland Heights) also has PLENTY of utility. This spot has 34 electrical outlets!!! WOW! These outlets easily blend with the wall. There's also customer internet with password; customers must ask Staff for details. There's also a gender neutral restroom in the back. Overall, I found unexpected happiness at Tenju Tea House (Rowland Heights). The tea is one of the best! The monk's blend was an iced Ceylon black tea with a touch of vanilla and grenadine. Although this drink is a signature menu item, I didn't really enjoy the citrusy and plum-like tartness. Most of the popcorn chicken pieces had a crispy texture, whereas others were a tad soggy. With medium spice, the chicken was very flavorful. The popcorn chicken came in an oyster pail that looked a little small, but the portion size still seemed adequate for the price. I ended up drinking the tea first before eating the chicken because the flavors did not leave a complementary aftertaste. Also, I got my tea first, but the staff forgot to give me the popcorn chicken even though they said that it's on the way. I had to follow up after waiting several minutes. One staff member was apologetic and explained that she thought my order was complete once I got my tea. The wait was unfortunately long because of the miscommunication.
