This is a small, cute place in a plaza undergoing construction. The staff were polite and the service was pretty quick. Wifi is posted within the small modern interior and there wasn't too many seats. I ordered a toasted Thai tea and a toasted brulee tea with less sugar. Unfortunately for me, the sugar level was not adequate for the Thai tea but it had very strong tea and nice nutty notes to it. The rules was much better with a smooth silliness and gentle sweetness coming from the brulee top. The strong tea intermingled with the brulee for an excellent milk tea.
