Definitely another serviceable tea spot in the hacienda heights area. With so many boba shops around, it's tough to get a consistent crowd. I thought the thai tea was good and hit the spot. If you finished grabbing dinner in the same plaza, and not looking to travel a little further for boba, look no further! It's a small shop and not ideal for studying.

Extremely kind and great customer service. There was a misunderstanding with our order and they offered to replace it, although we didn't end up taking it. Great teas and boba- can get different type of ice (light, extra) and different types of sweetness.

Snacks, tea, there are so many easy options to choose from

Service friendly, boba brown sugar milk tea ,kumquat tea my favorites ,ambiance comfortable, next to restaurant

Came on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm and there were no customers. I ordered the large oolong milk tea with less ice and grass jelly. It was really good! Not too sweet and you can totally taste the tea! Total came out to be about $7 which I feel is pretty pricey. Other than that, I would come back again! They also sell Asian snacks on the side. Really reminds me of Taiwan :).

Matcha milk tea needs improvement. Got 30% sugar, no ice. Can barely taste the matcha. I think it's linked to the sugar level.

We were in the area and decided to try a new spot. First of all, this is one of the few places where I thought the large drinks were actually huge! We only ordered their regular cups. We tried their milk tea with boba and roasted milk tea with grass jelly. We got both drinks in regular sugar levels. I found the regular milk tea a tad too sweet, and it had a little added flavor of something else, but I couldn't pinpoint it. The roasted milk tea was really good! Less sweet than the regular milk tea. The grass jellies were giant chunks, so I finished all the tea before I actually got any jelly. Otherwise, the drinks here were pretty good! The guy working at the counter was friendly and helpful with answering questions and helping with suggestions. The parking lot was shared with several businesses, including a 99 ranch, but we had no issues finding a spot on a Friday afternoon. Closer to 4.5/5, but I rounded up.

Just hope they have longer business hours. I would suggest vendor to make "Osmanthus oolong" kamquat as a standard flavor drink.

Jasmine Milk Tea with boba - regular size
    Alice Y.

This review is for boba milk tea only. It was not bad. The taste reminded me of Quickly, but less sad. The total of $5.80 price was inexpensive for such a large portion. I got the regular sized Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.98 + $0.82 for boba), which had very little tea flavor. At 70% sugar and regular ice, the drink still ended up being pretty sweet. I could maybe taste the tea as I got towards the bottom of my cup. The boba was soft, but not overcooked; still chewy, but I prefer boba less soft. The pearls were also smaller than the diameter of the boba straw, which is not my favorite size. My friend got the Champ Milk Tea (black tea with brown sugar). I tried a sip and it was alright. I also couldn't really taste the tea.

    Large ice kumquat green tea

I ordered a large kumquat green tea per recommendation from a friend. The tea champ shop is part of Champion. It's clean, looks modern and yet retains some form of traditional look. The front desk is friendly. The tea however; I was expecting more flavor of tea and kumquat but I suspect because I ordered the large cup and it's more watered down. So large drink is 3.5 for me. You can choose level of sweetness and other adjustment when available during order and checkout. Will try other drinks if coming to this plaza again.

Roasted Milk Tea w/ Herbal Jelly, Less Sweet = Delish!
    Kimberly H.

Cute boba decor alert! Outside of their store is a 4ft boba statue that you just can't pass by without taking your phone out! The owner was friendly and the cha spoke for itself. I ordered the Roasted Milk Tea with herbal jelly and you can definitely taste the roast in the tea. I love that. Hubby got the QQ which is their mix of boba and lychee jelly. The boba was chewy and nice! Inside they have a little market going on but it's all behind glass cases. They have an array of sauces and snacks. It's a little old-school looking but I'm assuming that's to cater to the wiser demographics. There's a line of chairs to sit and wait for your drink. Overall, great tasting beverages!

    Sunnie K.

Custom teas and shakes to your liking. They also carry various unique teas, snack & chips to cater for each individual taste bud. Person taking the order was super friendly & nice. Maybe young owner... ??? Or employee working hard to please customer??? Anyway, pretty please with his service toward their customers. :)

Roasted milk tea 70% sweetened with mini honey agar boba
    Phi D.

After our lunch, we walked over and saw there was a tea and dried snacks place. Loved the roasted milk tea I got with 70% sweetened (recommended by the gentleman). It's rare to find a boba place that carries mini boba, but they did and it was just amazing! The employee there was super helpful and friendly. I prefer a place that has minimal selection because you know their focus would be on quality. It's fairly quiet here, but not much seating. I believe it's meant for a quick order and go, which I don't mind

Large Lychee milk tea with Boba
    Ken W.

Wanted today to get my honey boba ice milk drink from my favorite half & half but they were closed today so went on yelp to find nearest boba place which is in 99 ranch in city of industry Colima and Azusa. It's a small place hard to find. Their menu have fruit and milk teas along with brown sugar milk teas like tiger sugar which I am not too fond of. So I selected their large lychees milk tea cold with boba with 70% sugar which was still really sweet. Overall it was a good tasting drink to me boba is chewy not like soft melt in your mouth not chewy which I hate. With tax the drink is under $7 so price is decent will go again if in the area.

Since the Big Lots has perished, there is PLENTY of parking (hence the car meet that was happening as well). Interior is pretty clean and modern looking. Great place to work on something or to catch up with your friends. You can either order from the kiosk or if you want one of their Kream Kubes it's best to do so in person at their cashier. They do sell out since I believe there's a limited number of them. There are also other baked pastries and sweet treats available too like mini croissants or banana pudding. Very friendly and welcoming service too. For my visit, I got the: 1) Milk Kream Kube: -I wanted to get something basic since it'd be my first time trying a cube shaped pastry that wasn't a huge hulking brick toast and this is honestly a great and perfectly sized sweet baked good to share with someone else as a snack, or perfectly sized if you want to get full with one swoop. -Flaky crisp exterior resembling that of a croissant but not soggy nor dry in the slightest. It's also bready as well. Reminds me of the Asian style breads or the "hotel bread" that they have in Japan on the interior. Went perfectly well with the generous amount of not too sweet milk cream inside. Make sure to have napkins ready! 2) Peach Grapefruit Slush: -Refreshing and sweet taste of peach with the slightly tart and slightly bitter after taste of what I feel like grapefruit tastes like. Perfect for a warm and muggy evening. Overall pretty good cafe for a sweet treat and a drink. Would love to come back and try more kubes.

But it was indeed mango. But a fake mango flavor. The mango flavor was there, but could not taste the matcha. It wasn't bad, but I had better mango matchas elsewhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE It was okay. Not bad, but not great. Staff could smile more than just stare at you. Even say "Hello" or "Welcome" when you walk in the coffee shop. LOCATION Located in a small strip mall at Golden Springs Plaza. Parking is medium-sized for the amount of businesses here. I had no issues finding parking in front of the coffee shop, although more and more parking spots were being taken. AMBIANCE + SEATS The ambiance was relaxing. No loud music. Lots of people coming in and working on their laptops. Five small tables for two in the center. Along the wall there were bar seats for 19-20 people. There's a long communal table in the center for seats for 4-5 people. At the front and to the side, there were 3 tables for two. Outdoor tables for two right outside the cafe. Bathroom is outside of the cafe and you have to enter the other part of the building with a bathroom code to unlock. Will I visit again? Maybe if I'm in the area. But I'm in no rush to come back.

There were so many options to choose from and they all looked so good! They have fruit teas and frappes too! I decided on the Coco Cotti (recommended by the employee) and the Cloud Mousse Blue Coco Latte (both hot). The Blue Coco Latte was delicious and tasty, I really liked the mousse foam on top. The employee said the blue color of the latte comes from the sugar they use. Unfortunately the Coco Cotti was disappointing. All I could taste was a faint hint of the coconut milk, barely any coffee flavor. I already suspected that the drink would be milked down when I opened the lid and saw how pale the drink was.
