I had been worried to try the green grape milk tea because I've only ever tried them separately and wasn't sure how a fruity creamy drink would taste, but it was soooooo good! My friends said they were glad they got the double matcha at 50% because it would've been too sweet if not The highland barley boba resembled more of a popping style boba, with a "wrapper" feeling. It was very quick and easy. Ambiance was bright and clean. They have merch for purchase. No restrooms. This time around, I tried the Dubai Chocolate Latte which was amazing with the perfect amount of sweetness. I got it hot and it was the best! SO VERY GOOD!! Please let it cool down just a tad before drinking it. I got the Mango Yuzu Refresher for my eldest daughter. It was good, too, but not as great as the latte. Just a bit citrusy for our taste. Decided to give this place another chance since they were having their BOGO. It's a very clean small place with no seating. There is plenty of parking since it's located in a plaza. As you enter the door, the tea smell is captivating. However, the drinks were okay; nothing spectacular which is how I felt the first time I came when it opened. I ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea (less ice) and Yuzu Grapefruit (no ice) both half sugar. They were drinkable but tasted bland. The hojicha was very nice, it tasted like a brewed green tea with a roasted note, which is different from powder that I'm familiar with. I would come back again for this if I'm in the area. The sesame foam I didn't really like that much. It had a bit of a raw sesame taste, not fully roasted. And it probably could do with more cream ratio since it kind of gave me a concentrated sesame taste. The yuzu was also pleasant. Something that I enjoy tremendously and probably for people of older age enjoy this type of tea. My favorite was the black sesame foam with hochicha and also their Yuzu with grapefruit was amazing.
