Both the sugar and ice levels are adjustable. For toppings, I am a big fan of their tea jelly, which helps cut through the sugary taste in the drink with its mild flavor. I like my Mango Ice Tea with Aiyu Jelly; this place has a lot of aiyu jelly and the tea flavor is extremely flavorful! The only thing I have to complain about is that there is either no air conditioning in the store or insufficient cold air. The room is rather hot, making it uncomfortable to wait for drinks. Other boba shops crank up the air conditioning, But not this boba shop. I feel bad for the workers who have to work all day without adequate cool air. Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea (50% Sugar + Crystal Boba) - This was the go to option for many and this certainly will be one of my favorite drinks to order again when I visit. Super refreshing and kind of have the caramel taste to it. Very strong flavor for this drink. I love the ratio on the crystal boba and tea, a great balance between both. However, it's a bit sweet still even with 50% sugar, definitely lowering the sugar level a bit next time to test. 2. Boba itself is good though, nice and chewy with good flavor. The way they make this drink at the Irvine location is much better. We ordered the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, Tie Guan Yin Cheese Foam, Jasmine Green Tea and the Sesame Iron Goddess Cube Pearl Milk Tea. The tie guan yin tastes very authentic like the tea I've had in Asia -- I'm a connoisseur for strong fragrant tea flavors ALWAYSS. The Tie Guan Yin tea with cheese foam & the Jasmine Green Tea had to be my two favorites out of all the drinks we tried. I would say their sweetness levels are high -- I tried both 80% and 50% and prefer 50% sweetness. It's located in the H Mart plaza in the same location where many other boba places have spawned and closed. It's sadly a cursed spot. You can order from the various kiosks inside the shop or you can rack up the points via SnackPass and pick up your drinks later. There's outdoor tables for the other shared restaurants and there's some seating on the inside as well. Their mascot is cute at the very least. I ordered their Matcha Creme Brulee drink and their 4 Seasons Osmanthus Fresh Milk Tea less sweet and less ice. The matcha brulee is a pretty good icy blended milk drink. They go ham with the matcha brulee, making it look like an impressionist painting. Perfect for pictures and tastes really yummy. Definitely more of a dessert thing than anything. I think my only issue is that it comes with a plastic lid and a fat straw doesn't fit in, so it makes it super difficult to mix in the creme brulee. So the only way to consume it is to open the lid later on and use the straw to scrape it off and eat it. I think this would have worked much better with those punch in lids so it's possible to use a big straw. The 4 Seasons Osmanthus Fresh Milk Tea was more disappointing. No taste of the tea and it just tastes like diluted watery sugar milk. Maybe next time I'll get a hit. read more
