Convenient and Customizable -- A Solid Go-To My all-time favorite boba spot was Sunright Tea Studio, but unfortunately it's closed down, so I've been on the lookout for a replacement -- and this place has become my current go-to. What I love most here is the ordering experience. There are multiple large touchscreens where you can fully customize your drink -- sugar level, ice level, add-ons, substitutions, you name it. I almost always go for zero sugar, and the fact that I can do that easily is a huge plus for me. It's the kind of flexibility that modern boba shops should all offer. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, which is refreshing compared to some other spots in the area. Is it the most amazing boba I've ever had? Honestly, no -- but the ability to build your drink exactly the way you want it more than makes up for it. TP is a reliable, go-to tea shop. Their menu is comprehensive and customizable: options ranging from fresh tea, fruit teas, cream tops, smoothies, matcha, and cool seasonal options. Their teas are good quality and the fruit teas are fresh. They have three kiosks but the waiting area is small and not designed for longterm seating. The outside area has many public tables and parking is easy. Service is typically efficient but they do get busy during weekends and school hours so be patient. I can imagine staff turnover is high in this type of environment; we've seen good and bad workers. Quality is always consistent though. read more

I like my Mango Ice Tea with Aiyu Jelly; this place has a lot of aiyu jelly and the tea flavor is extremely flavorful! The only thing I have to complain about is that there is either no air conditioning in the store or insufficient cold air. The room is rather hot, making it uncomfortable to wait for drinks. Other boba shops crank up the air conditioning, But not this boba shop. I feel bad for the workers who have to work all day without adequate cool air. We arrived at a popular plaza with free parking & plenty of popular spots around it such as H Mart Youngdong, and Starbucks. However, it's a bit sweet still even with 50% sugar, definitely lowering the sugar level a bit next time to test. 2. My go to here is the Strawberry Milk Tea (Smoothie Texture) Strawberry Milk Tea 5/10 - Not sure what it is about this location but this drink is very bland. It's watery with barely any strawberry flavor. I get this drink 100% sweet because I assume the sweetness coincides with the strawberry flavor, but even with that I barely taste strawberry. Boba itself is good though, nice and chewy with good flavor. The way they make this drink at the Irvine location is much better. I'm not one to usually order a blended drink at a boba shop but the strawberry milk tea is one I enjoy, but I think I'll refrain from getting that at this location. I would like to submit a complaint regarding the rude attitude of one of your employees at the TP Tea Diamond Bar location. My husband and I visited the store today, August 7, 2026, at exactly 7:46 PM. We were fully aware that the store would be closing at 8:00 PM, but we assumed that we would still be able to place an order since we arrived before closing. We ordered six drinks because we were planning to bring them to my sister-in-law. TP Tea is one of our favorite milk tea places, which is why we were happy to purchase several drinks from your store. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed and saddened by the attitude we received from one of your employees. We were not able to see her name tag, but she appeared to be a young woman in her 20s with long black hair. Throughout our interaction, she repeatedly sighed and appeared very irritated. She also used inappropriate and disrespectful language, including saying phrases such as, "What the hell?" This made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as customers. We understand that we arrived only 14 minutes before closing, and we respect the store's operating hours. However, since the store was still open, we believe customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. We were not expecting any special treatment; we simply wanted to place our order and enjoy our favorite milk tea. The way we were treated left us feeling very disappointed, especially because we have always enjoyed TP Tea and consider it one of our favorite milk tea places. We sincerely hope that this concern can be addressed and that, in the future, other customers will not experience the same attitude that we encountered today. The drink is always ready by the time I get there and the employees are nice. We ordered the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, Tie Guan Yin Cheese Foam, Jasmine Green Tea and the Sesame Iron Goddess Cube Pearl Milk Tea. The tie guan yin tastes very authentic like the tea I've had in Asia -- I'm a connoisseur for strong fragrant tea flavors ALWAYSS. The Tie Guan Yin tea with cheese foam & the Jasmine Green Tea had to be my two favorites out of all the drinks we tried. I would say their sweetness levels are high -- I tried both 80% and 50% and prefer 50% sweetness.
