Cashier was friendly, quick, and efficient. I ordered the New London, which I couldn't exactly describe the taste, but it was really good! I visited on a quiet Saturday morning. It was a coffee shop I hadn't heard of before, but the Iced latte were surprisingly good, which made for a really nice start to the day. I brought my laptop since I had a few things to check, so I ended up sitting at a table for a while. The wall was all glass, and with the sunny weather, it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. There's also public parking nearby, which made it very convenient. Off top, NO RESTROOMS. This is a cute place for a quick coffee and then head out to walk around the shops. But not ideal for sitting and working as they don't have restrooms so just an FYI This is also very funny considering coffee is a laxative lol. The salted donut was great! Service was good. I noticed the social media post of the new spring menu. Well to my demise, I get to the SA location. The barista informs me all locations are different and that she doesn't know which one has this menu. I then head to the Brea one and they state "we don't know when the shops will have the menu". I drove from RSM to both of these locations in one day. It would just be helpful if Enchanted would post the location and the date release (at least a Coming Soon) for this menu, and would open and respond to their dm's so that myself and others can avoid these type of situations. read more

I really wanted to love Enchanted; however, after my second visit today, I can confidently say that their coffee just isn't for me. On my first visit, I tried the New London Latte, and most recently, an iced vanilla latte. Both drinks had an unusual flavor. I can't pinpoint whether it's the coffee itself or the sweetener, but it doesn't have the classic coffee taste I'd expect from a latte. To their credit, this place is clearly popular and has a beautiful interior design. Perfect for sitting down to eat or even study. This used to be one of my favorite coffee places. However, it has fallen off so much. The staff is rude and forgets one of the drinks everytime I place an order. I noted that I hadn't gotten my drink and the guy behind the counter laughed in my face. They used to have my favorite Spanish latte, but it doesn't taste the same anymore. Great coffee spot! All the locations are very consistent with their drinks. This is one of the smaller locations, but they expanded recently and now there's some indoor seating. I recently came on a weekday around 7:30 AM and luckily beat the crowd but there was a line afterwards. There is usually a line though, especially on the weekends. This location is in downtown Brea and there's some street parking in front but there's also a parking garage close by. My go to order is the Honey Oat Latte ($7) and it's so good! I've also had the Spanish latte and new London, but I still prefer the honey oat latte. I was debating between the House Cold Brew ($6) or Single Origin Cold Brew ($6.50) and the worker was so sweet. She asked if I wanted to try a sample and between the two, I chose the House Cold Brew. Overall, a solid coffee spot and definitely recommend! read more

This place is good for a quick breakfast for sure. They have an array of pastries, and toast, coffees. You order in door, but the seats are outside. The area is really nice. It's not crowded or noisy in the morning, and so it's a great place to read and relax. I ordered a Avo & Egg toast and Honey Oat iced coffee. I enjoyed them both. the Avo & Egg toast is huge with some sprouts on in. The coffee tasted really good. I also ordered a chocolate croissant. They had so many and they were huge. The chocolate croissant was pretty good. I want to come back and try the other croissants and coffees here. No photo of the croissant though. But it's huge. I promise. :) read more

The cold cream was thick, sweet, and creamy and the coffee was bold, rich, sweet, and ran down smooth. Service was okay. There wasn't anyone at the counter when I entered but someone came out within a few seconds. I wasn't really greeted and was just asked what I wanted to order. So not welcoming but not rude either. Drink arrived within a few minutes. No seating inside the shop but there's some tables outside. Parking is available inside the structure. There's also parking outside of the structure. I've come to Enchanted for a while now considering I live near by. I really enjoy their coffee but another drink that I mainly get that isn't coffee related on their menu is their Hibiscus lemonade which can be tart but sweet as well, I really recommend this to people who don't want or don't like coffee. The vibe can be a lively and loud at times but overall not bad in my opinion, I really like the seating inside of the store, I remember when there was zero seating inside the location so it's nice to have an option to sit inside the shop or outside now. The only criticism I have is that I believe that some of the baristas need to work on their customer service skills regarding greeting customers and not ignoring them at the register. Overall this is a really good coffee shop and I really enjoy coming here with my friends. read more

I have seen this place many times and it's always busy. I keep seeing this drink that has the cream on the top and it looks good. I usually make coffee at home and just drink one a day, but this day was different. We had eaten a lot and were headed to the comedy club for a late show. This was the perfect timing to try this! They have a modern but laid back feel to them. They have seating space and very clean. They have pastries and a good variety in the menu.
