It ruins the grab coffee/ pastry and sit outdoors feel if you're just smelling urine. I ordered the New London and I was actually really surprised by how good it was! It's a mix of strong coffee flavors (espresso powder on top) and creamy/sweetness which is the perfect mix for me. I like when I can taste the coffee flavors kick in but it also has a nice balance of sweetness and creaminess - it hit perfectly for me. Shout out to the barista for recommending it! Had high expectations based on the recent reviews, but sadly was disappointed by both the drinks and baked goods. Ordered the Honey Oatmeal latte and regular latte and crossing and morning roll. Although they heated up the baked goods as they are delivered, the texture was soft and chewy, not warm and crisp. Cute coffee shop in downtown Brea. Got the standard coffee, which was 10oz of their house blend (med/dark roast) along with a jalapeno cheddar bagel. The coffee and bagel were delicious, with both freshly brewed and baked. While the shop itself is tastefully decorated, the space felt extremely cramped since with all the other people in line. I also didn't love that their full menu wasn't visible until you get to the cashier, and there is no bathroom in the coffee shop (you have to use the office bathrooms in the alleyway). This shop is located in a high traffic area, but I was able to find parking at the parking garage nearby. I've been to enchanted many times now since its's right by the hair salon I go to and I've loved all the drinks that I've tried. So far I've had the new London (my fave), strawberry sparkling ade, and the strawberry shortcake latte. The shop is small but there's never really a long line so I'm in and out fairly quickly. I purchased $100 worth of gift cards in December and a month later Enchanted decided to change their point system which made the gift cards invalid. Don't you think enchanted should give a refund back to the person who spent $100 and wasn't able to use it since they changed their system? At the very least honor the gift cards that you guys have sold. Why in the world did you sell gift cards if you were gonna change the point system ? Ridiculous. Really enjoyed meeting up with my new friend Jessica G here today to escape some of the heat in the IE for some of the heat in Brea LOL! This place is really cute and was really hopping on a Saturday morning! The line was out the door, but it moved pretty quickly. The shop itself is on the smaller side but they have ample seating outside, and it's covered for the most part with large umbrellas, which was nice--especially in this heat wave! Enjoyed catching up and chatting with my friend over our iced Strawberry Shortcake Lattes--so refreshing and delicious! I usually don't like fruit flavor in my coffee, but this sounded so summery and yummy, it really hit the spot! I also purchased a chocolate croissant and it was so buttery, flaky and tasty! Jessica also got the same latte as well as the ham and cheese croissant. There was a slight mix up on her order and she ended up with an extra regular croissant. I was really impressed with the service and it was kind of them to remedy the situation the way they did. Everything was wonderful and the company was fantastic! Thanks, girl! Stopped by to satisfy my craving for something sweet and tried the Affogato. While it was yummy, the presentation was a bit off ... the espresso was mostly at the bottom of the cup. No biggie, I just gave it a little DIY touch and poured some of the espresso over the ice cream. Despite that tiny detail, the taste was great! I've been here a few times now, and while the baristas are always... interesting, the vibes are mostly off.
