The Cambridge latte has coffee with a nice blend of black tea and sweetened with condensed milk, topped with foam. I would say that both are pretty present in the drink and it doesn't taste overly sweet. I kid you not, they serve one of my top favorite matcha lattes; it's grassy, creamy, and sweet. p.s. Came here once on a friend's recommendation...loved it so much I returned within a week to order the same drink. Matcha Vanilla Einspanner...you have my heart. First time ever getting an einspanner (not a huge coffee fan, but imma BIG matcha fan) and it rocked my world. Esp with the sweet foam on top?!? Wowzer. The pastries are also well-made and delicious. Only con is that we first sat down at the metal table in the back and it's not the greatest vibe there. Feels like an interrogation with the hard chair and the blinding overhead light. It's located next to OMOMO Tea Shoppe in a small plaza with Fogo de Chao on South State College Blvd in Brea. Parking here is a nightmare. It's almost impossible to find a parking stall during the weekends as there are many food and drink establishments in the area. Recommend going early to score a stall during the weekends. I ordered their Guava Cold Foam with half sweetness, and my boyfriend ordered their Sesame DO. The Guava Cold Foam with guava puree was a unique and enjoyable combination with the cold brew, but I found the cold brew a bit sour for my taste. I'm personally not a fan of sour cold brews. The sesame latte, as the worker also stated, was very light and creamy. I was kind of hesitant to order it because I personally enjoy very strong coffees with the sesame nuttiness. My boyfriend enjoyed this drink more than my drink. This was a cute coffee shop with a beautiful interior, making it a great place to work. Pricey but really good coffee and matchas. The cafe itself is really serene with the decor and the tree in the middle. My husband and I came here on July 3rd and I got the seasonal coconut cream matcha and my husband got the sea salt latte. Both were really well made. There was a subtle toasted coconut taste to the matcha latte which wasn't too sweet and the matcha tasted smooth and not too grassy. Drinks are a bit pricey, around $7 each but it's high quality. I recently moved into the Brea area and stumbeled across Do when looking for a cafe to try. As a matcha girlie im incredibly skeptical of where I choose to order from but i was so impressed. Like gagged almost. The guava cold foam matcha was perfectly sweetened- the cold foam had the perfect hint of tart and complemented the matcha so well. The ratio of matcha to milk allowed all the flavors to come through. It really had me questioning what matcha they use as it was so nutty. The coffee was very good, despite me not being the biggest fan, my friends said it was strong and flavorful. The baristas have always been so sweet! I recently asked one of them for the amount of milk used so I can track it and he happily gave it to me. The girls taking my order are helpful and so teaaa. I love the warm but modern inside too. My first impression was that the aesthetics are done to a T. The seating at the entrance is very creative with it surrounding a tree. There's also some cushioned seats along the walls with very tiny tables just enough to hold your drinks. We visited this past weekend during their one-year anniversary, so there was a DJ inside and we were able to choose between a canelé or a slice of cake to celebrate the occasion. We opted for the cake slice which was just okay. I find it very odd that the double matcha is $7.50 because you could order the matcha latte (for $6) and matcha cold foam (for $1) for a total of $7, which I tried, but the cashier still charged me for the duo matcha. I wasn't about to complain about 50 cents but the math was not math-ing. Regardless, I noticed that they whisk the matcha now, upon reading reviews that they used to use a pre-made mix. Although it's ceremonial, it doesn't taste that high-quality because I think they use some sort of vanilla syrup that masks the flavor of the matcha. I did like the matcha cold foam, though. Great place to catch afternoon coffee! I came here with coworkers after we ate lunch. It's an unassuming coffee shop from the outside, with a simple, clean design inside. The majority of their decorations were coffee cups on shelves. I ordered an iced decaffeinated latte with oat milk. My drink was good, even the decaffeinated coffee has a rich, bold flavor. There is a lot of seating throughout. Individual seats and tables along the front window, side wall, around the planter; seats in front of the counter; and a metal table with chairs in the back. This is where my group decided to sit and enjoy our coffees and tea. Great atmosphere for groups. The staff are patient and friendly. There was only one menu at the counter, from what I could see. This is for my strong coffee lovers, I love a strong latte that accentuates the strength of the coffee and added flavors in a harmonious way. DO really did it, the strength of those espresso shots wow, it is a strawless establishment (I think..) so you do have to give a good stir but the flavors all together super great. It's my first time coming to this coffee shop, decided to go with the sea salt toffee which sounded delicious. I decided to add an extra shot since most of the time drinks are too sweet for me. When I tried it, it had absolutely no flavor not sure if they even added the syrup to it. I went back to double check and they told me it probably didn't taste like anything because I added a shot. I ordered a Camellia Latte ($6) which was presented with a beautiful latte art, however the coffee wasn't very memorable and felt a bit lukewarm in temperature. The shop is designed for a lot of solo sitting so it's probably not ideal for groups of 3+, but definitely has a calm and relaxing vibe. Parking can be a bit tough, depending on the time of day you go. However, when we went around 10:00am on a weekend, we were able to find parking easily in the lot.
