Bought some beans and they were just okay. Dont think they sell the freshest beans since there isn't a roast date on them. Was in a pinch for some beans and it was either this or Whole Foods. Spent most of the bag trying to get some sort of flavor profile but didn't really get any variety despite different grind/pull times. Beans were probably just a bit too stale, so just made a bunch of lattes since there wasn't really a strong flavor other than just "coffee"
Came to try their beans and a flat white. Flat white was just ok, ratio is off, but you know when you can taste the steam wand?? Lol. Needs a bit of thorough cleaning or a clean rag or something. Hopefully the beans are good!
This place has great coffee! One of my favorite coffee shops at Brea for sure! I love they have normal sizes!!! Can we normalize have a variety of sizes? Specially if you want a LARGE other coffee shops charge the same for the unique 8oz size... give us a break!!! That should be consider robbery! Going back to the point Reborn thank you for allowing 16 to 24 oz if I want it. Love free will! Nutella Latte... the BEST guilty pleasure ever! Ambiance is nice very cold inside but cute place.
The barista was very sweet and quick to help us pick out drinks. The drinks were yummy, but pretty pricey. We spent about $23 for 3 lattes
Every time I come to Mendocino Farms or Whole Foods, I make a stop at Reborn Coffee. Their matcha and mocha are some of the best. I recommend letting the barista know how sweet you want your drink and they'll make it just right. There's plenty of parking and seating, which makes it a good spot to work, study, or catch up with friends.
Alex and Ana greeted my daughter and I as soon as we walked in. It's pretty big inside. They have outside and inside seating plenty of seats for everybody. There were so many choices. I wanted to get a Matcha but then I saw the Nutella latte and that's what I ended up getting because coffee sounded good to wake me up today. Lol they said it's actually one of their best sellers too so I ended up getting that it woke me up very nicely and the flavor is on point. I got it with oat milk as well. They were so nice and friendly thank you both so much for fantastic service and for your suggestion on the coffee I chose today. I can't wait to come back here. I highly recommend this coffee shop. They're excellent. It's clean nice and inviting and there is upfront parking in the handicap just for me. It's really cute coffee shop and I like how they decorated inside too. Came here for a quick midday pick me up after getting lunch in the area. Parking lot is shared with other businesses, so it can get pretty crowded depending on the time of day. The inside of Reborn Coffee is aesthetically pleasing & has a warm ambiance to it. I ordered a matcha & my fiancé ordered a hojicha latte. Both were good & you can tell they use high quality matcha. A lot of their pastries were sold out already, so it must be good! Definitely want to try the donuts next time.
Sorry... really wanted to like this spot but it was a disappointment. My hubs saw the coffee shop and wanted to try it out for our morning breakfast. Finally made it and was very disappointed. We have lots of coffee options in the area but I love going to the smaller shops for the specialty coffees and just enjoy on a nice slow morning. I ordered the hot Coconut Mocha latte and the breakfast burrito. The coffee was just coffee, no coconut or mocha taste at all. The burritos were a huge disappointment as it was like 80% tortilla and like very tiny cut up sausage that you would miss if you blinked.
Came here during my lunch and the cashier was very nice, I tried the blueberry matcha and it was so good! Good service and very cute place.
This is a pretty decent place for matcha latte. If you prefer drinks on the sweeter side, make sure to request for sweetener as they don't normally add sugar to their matcha lattes. Overall, prices are decent, credit cards are accepted and there's plenty of parking
Located in a plaza with free parking (albiet a little hard to find empty spots sometimes), Reborn Coffee offers a variety of drinks and some food options. In my opinion, their drinks are a little on the pricier side, with a strawberry matcha latte costing $7. The latte itself looked ok, but when I looked at other customers' lattes, mine looked a little less green than what I would prefer it to be. (Not sure if that was my imagination though). I think if you are here to grab a drink and study, it's a nice place to be! The staff seemed friendly, there was free wifi, and there seemed to be a few seating options with some bar seating and a few tables. Overall, I am not sure if I would come back just for the drinks, but if I wanted to come and sit down to do some work, it's a nice option to have.

Coffee is solid and comforting, and the staff is friendly without being over the top. Nice place to sit for a bit, relax, and just enjoy the moment. Definitely glad we stopped in.

Customer service is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted. Michael, Denise, Ana, Brandon and Kathrine are amazing! (Sorry if I forgot anyone else, I mainly see them when I'm in) Overall great & efficient service. A good amount of seating indoors and outdoors! The atmosphere is spacious and has good air conditioning on hot days. I love their gluten free banana loaf bread! It's so soft and the banana chunks are mouth watering! They have ceremonial grade matcha; just look at that vibrant green :) They're matcha isn't overly sweet but if you want more sweetener, they're happy to add more. Their seasonal blueberry bliss matcha is really good with chunks of mini berries. I also like how they have a reward system to get points with each purchase for future perks! This cafe is such a cute vibey place to be in. Really liked the photo decorations they had at the time. Few seating areas on the inside and outside. Cute place to sit down and catch up but can be a little loud inside. The server was really friendly and took the time to answer questions and provide recommendations. They had mushroom type coffee drinks. Ordered the Blueberry Matcha Latte (which was okay) but the Chagaccino was much better in my opinion. First time trying mushroom coffee. read more

Blueberry Matcha 4/5 - Still a newbie at the matcha trend, but this drink was delicious!! I sub with oat milk which I highly recommend. It won't look like there is blueberry in it, but you'll taste it! Even my husband (a coffee connoisseur) took a sip of my matcha and said "that's yummy". He actually preferred it over his cappuccino (which is a FIRST lol). Spinach Empanada 5/5. A bit pricey for the size, but veryyy good. Crispy outside w a buttery creamy inside. A perfect, lil' savory snack. Plain Croissant 4/5. Your classic croissant. Huge portion. Blueberry Kouign-amann 4/5. First time trying this pastry!! It had thin, soft, flakey layers inside, similar to a palmier pastry. The center had a dense cream with blueberry compote. Very good! read more

Stopped by for some morning coffee and it was just perfect! This shop is located in a really nice plaza where there's a lot of outdoor seating. They have a pretty good selection of drinks and food items. Very clean inside and friendly servers. Drinks did take a bit to come out just because it was pretty busy. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice latte with almond milk and it was so good! There was the perfect amount of sweetness with a hint of that pumpkin spice flavor, nothing was too overpowering! Usually with almond milk, the drink tends to taste very much like water or just coffee so I was glad that this place did it right! 5/5 Overall, I really enjoyed my coffee here! Pricing is like any other coffee shop but milk alternatives are a bit cheaper ($0.75). They've got a great selection and quality coffee. I will definitely be back one day! read more

My new favorite cafe! I love their matcha tonic (10/10) and mango snow cups. I also tried their nutella latte (10/10) which my boyfriend really loved! The place itself has a nice & cozy setup. Their tables are definitely on the smaller side tho so not the most ideal for group study (unless you sit at different tables). Super clean, friendly staff, and dog-friendly! The staff said as long as your pup is calm/friendly, they have no problem with the pup staying inside with you. The barista that took my order today found out it was my boyfriend's birthday and was so sweet to give us a small surprise and birthday message! Amazing spot/people for sure! read more

Their outdoor seating is what's best compliments the coffee shop. Comfortable seating and relaxed ambiance. On a Monday I saw a crowd of people grab coffee to go & stay for pleasantries. I really enjoyed the atmosphere while enjoying my cup of coffee. read more

Quick stop on the way to work. Friendly and quick service. Ordered the cortado which had great flavor, could've been just a liiittle bit warmer but a good cup for sure. Also tried the ham and cheese croissant and they offered to warm it. Super flaky and buttery, solid breakfast stop. Would definitely go back! read more
Located in the La Floresta shopping center on Imperial Highway, this coffee shop is what I would call a not so hidden, hidden gem. I have admittedly walked by this coffee shop countless times going from yoga to the Whole Foods but, never actually stepped inside. I met a friend here to catch up and when I walked inside, I was impressed by the size, aesthetic, and atmosphere of the space. They have their WiFi password posted at the counter, adding to the inviting atmosphere that says "come sit down and stay a while". Their drink menu is robust, they use ceremonial matcha (big plus for the serous matcha fans out there) and the seating area is open, comfortable, and inviting. Staff was also very friendly and personable! I opted for a coconut mocha, with an adjustment to both syrups at 20%. My friend got the strawberry match and cortado. The coconut mocha was refreshing and the perfect amount of coconut flavoring. I'm glad I opted to adjust the sweetness and flavoring otherwise it would have definitely been too sweet for my liking. I also tried my friend's strawberry matcha which was also really good. You could taste the quality of the matcha which paired really well with the strawberry puree. The cortado had cute froth art and was also very smooth, a nod to the quality of espresso beans they use. Now that I've had my first visit to this spot, I will definitely be making it a habit to bring my laptop, journal, or nice book to sit and enjoy a drink with. read more

Food is ok. Not only do they share a bathroom for both men and women, they don't even think about fixing the men's toilet for over 365 years. They just cover it with a black trash bag. It seems like they don't have the heart to fix it or don't want to clean it. Please, fixing the toilet. read more

Definitely do not get their Strawberry Matcha if you like sweeter drinks. Also their whole milk overpowers the drink. Maybe my mistake to not opt for an alternative. I'm not sure. The ratio of strawberry, matcha, and milk tasted like 1:1:5. Even though the photo of the drink looks pretty, I could hardly taste the matcha and it just wasn't a very good tasting drink. I would not come back for a matcha but maybe try other drinks next time! Their service was great. No complaints there. They have seating and tables. They also have a bathroom. People were working on their laptops or just chatting. It was a nice and pleasant ambience. read more
Wonderful place to grab coffee and chill, either indoors or outdoors. They have a simple menu of coffee age tea compared to other coffee shops, makes ordering easy. Only critique, coffee temperature could be a bit more warmer than it was, especially on a cold day, Peppermint mocha was perfect, not too sweet. read more
Had another great visit of many to Reborn Brea! Enjoyed the Knotted popup. Tastiest raspberry filled and matcha filled donuts. Great compliments to Reborn's pour over coffee samples, and their delicious lavender matcha. read more

While walking my dog with friends and their dogs, I appreciate stopping for a cup of coffee. Today, we came to buy groceries for lunch and strolled around, finding Reborn Coffee. We paused for a cappuccino and regular coffee, enjoying the charming patio area. Inside, the restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. Employees were courteous, providing price and menu information, making this a lovely spot to socialize or read. read more

Yes! Our store is located in a Whole Foods plaza so there should be plenty of parking. :)

20 dollars for the bottle of cold brew and 10 for a refill.
Taste is phenomenal, what kind of water is used?

Depending on the time of day, there can be a lot of shade because it's right in between two buildings.
Are there are a lot of seats? Is it a good place for studying?
There is plenty of seating if you don't mind sitting outside. Seating inside is limited and if you need to plug in, outlets are limited (two total).
Do they have outlets inside near the tables?
Yes! They have one near the big tables and they have another one under their merchandise display next to one of the tall circular tables.
