Aroma Craft Coffee *July 7th, 2026 *12:30pm- Tuesday *4 Stars Environment: *Inside and Outside Seating *Order Meal before Sitting *Nice Aesthetic Food/Drinks: *Mushroom Benedict *Pink Vodka Pasta *Hibiscus Organic Floral Tea It had been a while since I last came here, so it was nice to stop by again with a friend for lunch. The café has a really nice aesthetic with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. We decided to share the Mushroom Benedict and the Pink Vodka Pasta so we could try a little of both. I was actually most looking forward to the Mushroom Benedict, but the Pink Vodka Pasta ended up being my favorite of the two. The pasta had great flavor, while the Benedict was still good, just not as memorable as I was expecting. Overall, it was another enjoyable visit, and I'd definitely come back again to try more of the menu.
Girl at the counter was really cute So they used to have WiFi here and you could sit eat lunch and do some work but I guess they opened up a cafe where you can do that elsewhere... Anyways, the panini was pretty filling end the coffees were great, my friend liked her spaghetti !! Einspanner w miso cold foam was 8/10 pretty solid It looked somewhat busy for a Wednesday lunch. We got our stuff to go to eat quickly and get work done at the cafe I would def try their sweets if we were allowed to work in there Oh wells! Enjoy
Friend and I have both been here before and rlly enjoyed it! But today was a little off He ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict and the yolks were both almost fully cooked through, practically hard-boiled consistency. As eggs benedicts are supposed to have runny centers, we did call over a server and asked very kindly about the mix-up. He was VV annoyed at us for even asking, making a face and talking w attitude saying "it's usually like that" (my friend has had this menu item from this location many times, he said it was always runny. we do wonder if they changed management or recipes, but that's beside the point) While he did eventually say he could tell the kitchen, he made us feel so bad we just said nvm and my friend ate it that way :( The lattes were good! Very strong and sweet! Otherwise, the server who brought our lattes was friendly and hospitable! And the girl at the register was welcoming and friendly too! -1 for the cooked yolks and unwillingness to fix the mistake -1 for the unnecessary attitude when we asked nicely (I worked food service too so I know his tone was unwarranted)
Great place to grab coffee and breakfast! The interior is very inviting and spacious, which is refreshing for those that want to sit down for their meal and/or do some work/studying. The service here was fantastic and the hostess was very welcoming. I ordered the mocha which was pretty good and also their chicken rice bowl (which came with eggs). The bowl was delicious, packed with chicken, and perfectly filling without feeling heavy. Also, bonus points for the presentation of the food and drinks, really added to the enjoyment of the meal. Really enjoyed this place and will definitely stop by next time I'm in the area!
I only come here maybe once a year, and each time I have a great time and I think, I should come here more often. What I ate: - Hojicha Basque cheesecake: This was thick and creamy, tempered by the roasted green tea flavor. But, don't be fooled by the name, or the dark top. This was not a Basque cheesecake at all, more like a traditional cheesecake. Basque cheesecake, when done well is a light creamy almost fluffy cake with a burnt topping to give it a nice, rounded flavor. This was super thick and dense. The dark "burnt" top did nothing for flavor. The slight nutty roasted green tea flavor was mild and honestly very good. If you're not a fan of overly sweet desserts, but wanted to indulge in something creamy, this may be the dessert for you. - Iced latte with oat milk: Creamy, cold, and delicious pick me up. Not sweet but still decadent from the oat milk (I typically drink my coffee black but treated myself to some oat milk). Pros: - I really do love the inside of this cafe. There are plenty of 4top and 2 top tables, as well as a few communal long tables, and a higher communal table next to the baristas for people just waiting for their drinks before leaving. Lots of people were there to grab a meal, and some were there to work on their laptop. There is also a glass paneled conference room in the back which would be ideal for study groups. I'm sure you could reserve it, though when I went it looked like a meeting of staff was in progress - Menu is really nice mix of cafe foods - Coffee is really good - Staff is always cheerful and helpful - Plenty of parking in the lot Cons: - Honestly, the only con I can think of is the fact that I always forget about this cafe, and that's on me. I come here every year to sit and wait while I get my car windows tinted at the shop next door. I wish I came here for often for lunch - Definitely a morning and afternoon cafe, they close early at 4pm. The sweets sister cafe is open a bit longer, but smaller with less plush seating. The Black Sesame Latte was the standout for me--rich and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The Mocha Latte was equally impressive with a smooth espresso flavor and just the right amount of chocolate. You can tell they put care into every drink. For food, the Roast Beef Panini was delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted, the roast beef was tender and flavorful, and everything came together for a satisfying meal.
Aroma Cafe is the main store to Sweets a couple of doors down. I went here on a Saturday at 11:30 AM to grab brunch before stopping by Sweets for a pickup order. There were plenty of parking as it's in a shared plaza. For the store, it's a moderate size but it was definitely busy at the time we went. For ordering, you'll need to order at the counter before sitting down. After browsing the menu, we decided on the pink vodka pasta and the rich miso pasta (Taiwanese sausage added). American Express is accepted as a payment option. The staff gave us a number to place on the table we sat at but we were free to grab any seat we liked. For seating, there were a few tables for parties of two and limited tables for bigger groups. Keep in mind if you need water or extra napkins, they'll have those near the bar seating. Both the Pink Vodka Pasta and Rich Miso Pasta exceeded our expectations! The miso pasta leans on the creamy side but pairs very well with the pink vodka pasta. The miso pasta didn't come with any protein by default, so we were glad that we added the Taiwanese sausage. Fun fact is that the meatball from the Pink Vodka Pasta is vegan! The portion size was super generous from both dishes and was beyond just two people. I wasn't expecting to discover pasta dishes that I'd consider as one of my favorites from this visit! I'll definitely come back to try other dishes.
Was looking for a coffee shop in the area and found this on Yelp with many great reviews so decided to check it out. The cafe is cute and is more than just a grab and go spot. You can actually sit and they offer food on their menu. If I had more time, I would have done so since lots of things looked appetizing. The girl at the front helped us with their menu and answered all our questions. We ended up getting creme brulee latte and hojicha latte. I liked the drinks. They were pretty good. There is a more grab and go location literally doors down from here. Will come back and check out their food and sweets sometime.
I paid full price $8.50 and it was never like this in the past. I love their Creme Brulee coffee and would go out of my way to get it, but this is unacceptable.
Truly impressed!! Coffee was good and they have a roastery/sell their own beans. It seemed like a lot of the menu items have Taiwanese influence, which I enjoyed. The pasta was delicious. Plenty of seating so we had no issues with that. There's a dessert store owned by the same company a few doors down and they were offering samples while we were there. They were good, not too sweet, but the fruit flavor wasn't super strong or apparent either. Would love to come back if I'm in the area!
8/10 Got the roast beef panini. Great sandwich overall. It came out fresh and hot which was nice as I like my food hot. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the cheese was perfectly melted. I'd definitely come back to try more of their food
This was a pricey cafe that was hard to find since it's located in a plaza, surrounded by a lot of other businesses. Also, they are renovating so their sign couldn't be seen It's open daily 8am-4pm Parking was ok but could be difficult since their parking lot was shared with other businesses Service was friendly and welcoming Inside was spacious and had a good amount of seating. However, I wish there were more power outlets and WiFi! Menu had a good variety of coffee and tea drinks, as well as food items Pricing was pretty pricey so expect to pay $6-7+ for most of their drinks and most food items were $15+ Iced Sesame Latte ($7) was ok. Got it half sweet with less ice and the black sesame wasn't as rich in flavor as I was expecting. It tasted pretty bland and not too sweet. I could hardly taste the coffee so it was pretty disappointing. This was 6.5/10 Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict ($19) was alright. The egg was slightly overcooked but it tasted pretty fresh. The smoked salmon was too salty and fishy. This was 7/10 Overall, I most likely won't recommend or return unfortunately
FYI you have to order first before seated, so come prepared with your order before you enter hehe. Mushroom Toast (10/10) - I believe it is honey whole wheat toast layered with mixed greens, fluffy scrambled egg, and mushroom. All the ingredients are super fresh and come together well. I love how they make their mushroom juicy and not so oily. Smoked Salmon Benedict (9/10) - I am usually not a fan of Benedict because of the sauce. However, they made the egg perfectly hard on the outside but running yolk on the inside. It layers egg, smoked salmon, and mixed greens on top of English muffin. The smoked salmon is a bit salty but it balances well with the other ingredients.

Cute coffee shop within a small plaza! This place was packed on a holiday, but lots of tables and seats everywhere. The menu is extensive, but the staff is super knowledgeable about their coffee and gave great recommendations. I got the crème brûlée latte and it had a perfectly crisp sugar topping and not too sweet latte. Another day I came and tried the winter melon latte, that one was a bit too sweet for my taste. Did not try the food, but it seemed like a lot of people were ordering desserts so I will need to try that next time. 10/10 vibes and good coffee tho! Note they do not have WiFi, so definitely more of a spot to chill and chat rather than work. read more

Alright, let's give this a shot; Overall, I love the cutesy hipster vibe of this Taiwanese coffee shop. It's a nice place for a girl's hangout leading me to go here not once but twice at the behest of others. The natural lighting that permeates throughout does a great job of highlighting the industrial chic decor and roastery side. However, the moment you've mentally decided that this is a full-on brunch place is the moment you'll be a bit disappointed. The food options will feel overpriced and/or extremely limited especially if you have a bias for protein. The strengths are definitely in the specialty coffees and desserts; e.g. the seasonal banana custard eispanner was creamy and great! The tea-infused cakes like the earl grey was fun to try. They even walk around and give out cake samples sometimes too! Note that the wait can be extremely long on weekends so keep that in mind when you're planning with your tummy and/or impatient family. read more

Looking for a brunch place in a lazy Sunday morning and we found this place on yelp. It's one of those pay as you order before taking a seat. Be sure to look at the menu ahead of time to have an idea on what to order. We came at a busy time so there was a line. Food came fast. Servers very efficient. I had their weekend special Salmon egg Benedict and Kale Panini. Both tasted good. For drinks we ordered Oolong Peach refresher and crème brûlée coffee - yummy! Of course I wouldn't pass on the dessert trio - just because Price to me was decent, location is good with ample parking space. Ambience is cozy, family friendly. Definitely this place would be one of our go to places for breakfast. I can't wait to try other dishes next time we come back. read more
Aroma Craft hardly ever fails to disappoint me. The avocado was as good as I remembered it the first few times I had it: perfectly toasted bread, a refreshing bed of greens, fluffy eggs, and ripe avocado drizzled with a sweet sauce and garnished with a tomato. You'd think it's not filling but by the time I got to the end I was satisfied. I also loved the smoked salmon benedict although pretty small in portion in correlation to the price. It would be great if it had a side to go along with it but the hollandaise sauce was delicious and the eggs were perfectly jammy. I thought I was going to love the brown sugar latte but it reminded me too much of boba which was weird in the morning. The coffee was delicious, and we even purchased a bag of espresso beans, but I'd prefer another flavor next time. We went on a Friday morning and I was surprised by how packed it was. The ordering process isn't my favorite but you place your order as soon as you walk in, find a seat yourself, and place your number on the table so that they can bring the food to you. read more

Been meaning to try this place for the longest time! Prob the best miso pasta I've ever had. We also added Taiwanese sausage into it. Delicious, buttery, salty and filling! Their coffee is not too bitter and it's so smooth. Their barely tea is apparently a seasonal item but a great option if you're not into coffee. We really enjoyed coming here and it may be our new coffee spot! Located in a plaza with other warehouses and business so parking is easy to find. read more

Cousin took me here as a local coffee shop. I love the setting. Very spacious. Id love this as a study spot and a place to get away for a while. I order the hojicha cafe latte- the extra roasted matcha plus the double shot of espresso with oat milk balanced everything out really well for me during the gloomy day. Service is great. They bring the coffee to you. read more
Pasta is very good. Sweet and cheesy. Panini is very crunchy and full of veggies. Blueberry cheesecake was a bit different than I expected but still good. The blueberries were juicy and sweet and really went good with the rest of the cake. Service is good. You place your food order at the entrance and then you get a number. Came here a second time and tried different type of dishes. The one that boggled my brain was the aroma trio. One is strawberry, one is coffee and the middle one is a mystery. Looks like mango but tastes almost like sweet potato. I was confused and had to ask. I seen other reviews saying that it's Taiwanese egg tart but seems like they are wrong. It's apparently pumpkin. Makes sense since it has a white filling inside. Still the food was good. read more
My best friend and I tried Aroma Craft Coffee. We shared a Purple Ube Tart and each got a hot crème brûlée latte. It's a bit on the pricey side, but that's fine. Everything is pricey these days. Both items we got were delicious. The tart to me had a light and fluffy texture and was not overly sweet. The latte had a crisp sugary top and tasted amazing. The service was fine with friendly staff. The ambiance was rustic which I found to be nice and relaxing since we were the only two there. I'd recommend this place. read more

Aroma Craft Coffee is a cute breakfast/coffee spot with high ceiling and spacious coffee in Walnut, CA. They serve a modest selection of coffee, teas, desserts and breakfast. Interior has a high ceiling with adorable decorations. Moreover, its layout is very spacious. Their indoor has ample of tables and seats; outdoor has limited seating. Avocado toast on sourdough was fresh and brilliantly delightful. Hot Latte and Cold Brew were spot on. Staff were cordial, competent and professional. Food portion was abundant. Prices were competitive. Overall, we had a good dine-in experience and enjoyed their food/drinks. read more

Good things come in small packages! Although this breakfast spot is small, it offers some loaded breakfast options. I ordered the mushroom toast, and it was scrumptious. First off, this toast is huge! You'll need a knife and fork since it's more like a pancake than your regular toast. But the bread is absolutely delicious, so the extra size doesn't matter! My mushroom toast came topped with tender sautéed mushrooms and eggs, creating a mouthwatering fusion fit for royalty. I also ordered a cappuccino with oat milk. It was beautifully served on a bamboo plate with a heart design in the foam. Service was quick and very friendly. A lovely place for brunch with friends--5 stars! read more

Upon entering the restaurant, a very sweet smiling cashier will greet you. From there alone you will feel the positive vibes. The entire place was very clean and uncluttered. When we received our foods, all the first impressions add up to the presentation and the tastes as well as the matcha latte that we had ordered. We had an avocado toast and French toast for a light breakfast that surpassed our expectations. We just find it pricey but to consider the overall experience, it's worth it! read more
I was not impressed, unfortunately. The ambience is really nice and I thought the interior decor was very hip and modern. However, the food was very mediocre and kind of expensive. Small portions. Came here for brunch one day and ordered some food to share. It's fast casual style, which I really appreciated, walked up to the cashier and ordered then they gave us a number and we found a table ourselves. I like that because it's chill. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was mediocre. The hollandaise sauce was sweet, and the egg Benedict didn't taste like anything. To be honest if they had mixed some cream cheese and capers in with the hollandaise sauce, it would've tasted much better. We also ordered the mushroom pasta, the flavor was very good and very unique, however, the pasta was not fresh, like dried pasta. The blueberry cheesecake was decent but $11 for 1 slice is extremely expensive. Small portions, high prices. Parking was ok in the plaza. read more

The food that are good are pretty dang good. Miso pasta, Taiwanese sausage panini, their Costa Rica drip coffee and even the mozzarella & kale panini which taste a lot like a pizza for some reason but I can dig it. But the vegetable quiche took so long to come out I had to stop myself from digging into the generous plate of tiramisu flirting with me on the table diagonally across. That entire time, those two patrons just never touched their thick tiramisu. Just taunting, staring, drooling-- at what's not in front of me while two other patrons at my table already got and finished and had both their plates bussed. The quiche came out fresh hot, like it's been thrown in the oven as the order came in and needed time to cool off and settle before a lawsuit could happen. It was an adorable piece of little tartlet with absolutely no eggs to be found. The filling could've been replaced with anything sweet or tart but what's inside, making it a strange sweet sablè crust that's neither egg nor French. If that's where quiche is from. We all left the restaurant feeling still hungry. It's definitely tailored to a more upper-middle class Asian crowd. No refills for any coffee which is fine but choose wisely. Lastly, the lack of sides to any dish seems like somebody should maybe do something about that. Otherwise cute decor and cafe style ordering process. read more

This little coffee spot is beautiful and is a nice spot to grab a drink and chill. They have both coffee as well as foods. I will say the drinks and food are pretty expensive but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. When you enter you walk right into the register where you order what you want. After ordering you get a table number and take a seat where they appoint you. I purely came here to get a coffee which I thought was pretty good. I got a cafe latte creations with lavender added. It was a very milky drink but was very refreshing overall. Overall I liked spending an hour here with my friends and would be a nice spot to chill. read more
Was in the neighborhood, so stopped by on a Sunday morning. Located in a strip mall, plenty of easy parking. You order at the front door before you get seated...very contemporary feeling place, sexy coffee drinks. I had a latte and the mushroom toast. Mmmm both were fantastic. Great presentation. Perhaps the food needs some seasoning. Would have loved it if the mixed greens had a light dressing....and the mushrooms had a bit of salt. Will def be back if in the neighborhood!! read more
Tried the miso pasta this time and it was really good! I would've liked a little more (it was really yummy!) but it's a nice portion size. Has mushrooms and was savory without being overly rich. I would get this again in a heartbeat. Also tried the Hokkaido. It wasn't as sweet as I anticipated but still good. Still need to find my drink of choice here. lol. This place is usually busy, but there's plenty of seating so it never seems to be a problem. I can see why so many people love coming here. read more

Came for a quick coffee and the worker at the front was very nice. The interior was beautifully decorated and my drink came out quickly. The coffee didn't taste too bitter and had just the right amount of sweetness. Can't wait to come back and try their food! read more
This was my first time coming to Aroma Craft despite it being here for such a long time. It has such a cute and cozy interior that's a great area to chat with friends or read a book. I was really excited to try their black sesame tart but unfortunately it wasn't available and I got a garden quiche instead. It was still super yummy though! The cashier (I didn't catch her name but she told me that her favourite was the black sesame tart...) was very helpful in explaining the menu items and answered all my questions regarding the food and drink items. I've visited Aroma only twice so far. After my first visit, I was dying to come back! Staff was pleasant and friendly and the area is always clean. I love the ambiance of the place. It's giving off very relaxing, hip coffee shop vibes. In regards to food, I have tried the Rich Miso Pasta (Fettuccine, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Mozzarella cheese) and Basil Pesto Pasta (Campanelle, Roasted Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese). Both of them look so simple yet are SO DELICIOUS and creamy! It looks like a small portion but it filled me up. You can really taste the pesto flavor so they're def not skimping out on that. I honestly couldn't depict what leafy green was in it, but there were some little stem pieces that I enjoyed the light crunch of while eating. A friend tried the French Toast which includes brioche toast, strawberry, syrup & honey granola. Looked beautiful and tasted delish. Another friend tried the Garden Quiche (Roasted Tomatoes, Pumpkin, Kale, Mushroom, Mozzarella) and said it was really good! She wasn't looking for something too heavy so it was able to fill her up. The only odd thing was how it was presented. Aesthetically it looked cool, but it wasn't functional to have it on two thin napkins on a board with holes. The quiche was freshly hot so the condensation on the napkin wasn't working out when trying to cut a piece and then accidentally piercing through because of the holes. For dessert, I've tried the Blueberry Cheesecake (Housemade Graham Cracker Crust, Blueberry Cabernet Reduction) and the Matcha Tart (not sure if they have this anymore tho! I don't see it on the menu). They are both presented so beautifully and tasted so good. The matcha tart had a strong matcha taste with red bean inside and the cheesecake paired well with that blueberry reduction drizzled on top. I tried the iced matcha latte that comes with espresso. The espresso definitely overpowered the matcha and I really wasn't able to taste any hint of matcha in the end after mixing it all together. I'm not one to drink only espresso drinks like a macchiatos/americanos/cappuccinos so it was strong and bitter tasting to me. I also ordered an iced honey latte that tasted strong, creamy and delicious. The workers are also super nice. Everyone that I've encountered has been very kind and helpful. read more

The setting and staffs are nice but the food is kind of meh. This place charges premium prices for interesting menu items. I was tired of ice cream, shaved ice, or Taiwanese desserts like Meat Fresh so I had high hopes for this place. This is a place where you order at the front and pay, then look for a table afterwards. The staffs are super friendly and nice. However, the food tastes just ok. The trio cake was nice but not mind blowing. The strawberry ice cream cake is straight out of the freezer so it's almost rock hard. I almost knock it off the plate multiple times. The coffee does have latte art and is very creamy but the lavender flavor made it taste a bit weird ($8 ). Overall I enjoyed the experience but probably won't return. Tips for the staff. Please provide a fork instead of a spoon for the dessert items. read more

THE PASTA WAS SOOO GOOOD. the only downfall was that it was $18 and $22 if you added sausage (I did). But despite the prices it was really good and also a great place to chill with your friends. The register is right at the front when u enter and you order then. Then they give you a number to sit at a table and a waiter comes out to give your food. Water is self serve too. read more

I got the rose latte at Aroma, and honestly, it was pretty good! The rose flavor was super subtle (almost too subtle), but as a latte, it hit the spot. Smooth, well-balanced, and not too sweet. If you're coming for the rose, you might be a little underwhelmed, but if you're here for a solid coffee, you'll be happy. What stood out, though, was the space. Such a great vibe for studying -- aesthetic, clean, and just the right amount of background noise. I got so much work done. BUT. No WiFi. No outlets. It's a major missed opportunity. Please, Aroma!! Add WiFi and a few cords/outlets, and this place would be unstoppable. Right now, it's so close to perfect for students, but not quite there. Would I come back? Yes. Would I stay longer if I could plug in and connect? Absolutely. read more
Been going here for years, since they had the smaller space pre-brunch menu. This past month they unfortunately had been low on their ceramic cups for dining in (apparently folks have been going at their drinkware Thor-style) so they're using to-go cups (still cute but not quite the same vibe) until they replenish their ceramic cups. No cookie on the side for the iced drinks we got, so probably something for dine-in hot drinks. That said, their tea and coffee drinks are amazing. Love the subtle sweetness and almost savory flavor of the matcha. The mango float was also very subtle, not cloyingly sweet. Their coffee is fantastic and rich. I miss the coffee bar with the pour-over setup, but since the pandemic, haven't dined inside (luckily, they have outdoor seating, so we can be safe & bring the dog!) Also fun is the cars and coffee events with the local import car community. They had partnerd (heh get it, car nerds) to host events in front of the cafe. read more

Don't be fooled by the industrial outdoor setting, this coffee shop is a very cute and aesthetic place! You order first before sitting down. If you're getting to go then they have a bar type section for you to sit and wait for your order. The drink menu had more unique options than other coffee shops, but they don't have vanilla syrup! I was very excited to see they have Hojicha which most coffee shops don't. My husband and I recently came back from Japan and I have been on a hojicha fix! So that's right, I ordered the hojicha latte and my husband got the honey latte. Both were good, but not the best we've had. I do wish they had larger sizes for the drinks. Love it here! Visited twice so far: Coffee & food taste good, and love the interior vibe, and friendly staff. Price is definitely on the high end for needing to order at the register by the entrance first and paper/plastic dine-in drink cups, and no wifi, but otherwise a nice experience. Feels unique along with its location that seems a bit random. Also a great space for small business meetings! read more

Visited Aroma because of the great Yelp reviews! Tried the lattes, roast beef panini, and rich miso pasta! It was a little busy on a Thursday afternoon, but service was quick and food came out pretty quickly! Place is super cute and everyone there was spot on with the recommendations! read more
