If you have not tried Gotji's here is your sign. It is Legit Thai Food from a Food Truck in Buda that runs by a thai chef. In my opinion their crab rice is amazing, and I am fan of green curry. It is fast made to order. They have been super friendly. There are couple tables in front of the truck, so maybe in November you can eat outside :) Support Local Business and get Crab Rice ! They also have sometimes special like brisket etc they try Texas Fusion.

So happy to see a delicious thai place! I ordered veggie spring rolls and red curry with tofu. The spring rolls were crispy and delicious. The curry was flavorful. The service was great. They also gave me extra rice free of charge! I would definitely recommend this spot and come back to try other items.

This has become one of my go-to places in Buda. I cannot say enough about Gotji's Kitchen. They're great all around - most of which their offerings and dishes have all been superb. First off - the Texas Brisket Curry is DA BOMB! It started as a special menu in October, and it's become my favorite dish, I get it everytime I'm in the area, and I cannot get enough of it. It's smoky good, very savory, excellent flavor and spices. I have bought this curry for several of my Austin friends - all of which were just blown away by it. They just keep asking for more, I could easily be a self employed Uber Eats driver for this dish alone. It's phenomenal and it's always consistently great. My other favorite go-to dish here is the Pad Ka Prao Beef. It's beef with basil and spices - omg for some reason these guys have made the best Pad Ka Prao I've ever had. I get spicy level 4 (out of 5), it's so darn flavorful and it's not greasy. I have had this dish at a few other Thai places in Austin and around, and Gotji's place has been the best to date. I cannot get enough of this dish! I've also tried the Crab Fried Rice, Pad Cashew Chicken, Street Noodles, Pork and Veggie Egg Rolls, Best Curry (Seafood), Pumpkin Curry (temporarily), Crispy Chicken Dish, and Green Curry w/ Chicken. All of which were really good. I was pleasantly surprised with the Pad Cashew Chicken - very flavorful. Also the Best Curry had an array of seafood in it - very refreshing. The customer service here has always been spot-on great. They are very nice. What makes this place the best of the best is they offer excellent quality and tasting dishes, at a fair price, and they are consistently great - every time. I have had repeat orders and repeat dishes over the past few month, I visit them weekly, and it's always the same product, same excellent quality, same execution, same great flavors. Love this place!!

We called in our order and the staff were super nice. We ordered the crab fried rice, chicken pad Thai, spring rolls and egg rolls. The crab was super fresh and not imitation crab. Personally, the taste was a bit interesting for both dishes but we added some plum sauce and it tasted much better. We always considered ourselves lovers of authentic dishes, but this food experience was a bit different for us. The rolls however were delicious and didn't disappoint. We will be back to try once more. Definitely recommend the rolls and bubble tea though.

My husband loves this place. I'm not a great fan but we order maybe once a year only because it's close to us.

Very good Food. A little pricey but very good. I don't think that you can call it fast food because they take the time to do it right.

Nice, modern decor with indoor and outdoor seating. The items we wanted were all crossed out: pad see ew, pad Thai, Crying Tiger (main reason for us coming in), and a few more items. We watched as dishes get brought out to all the tables around us, people enjoying their meals and leaving, even those that came in after us sat down ordered got their food ate and left. Not a single person came over to tell us about any delay or a wait times. Servers were walking everywhere, but none came over to check on us. I ordered a kid's fried rice for my daughter specifically stating only rice and eggs. It came out with turmeric and other spices. When I told the guy he gave an attitude saying, "I'll fry up another one." It still came out with the spices. I had to let someone else eat it while I took the white rice from my dish to feed her. Besides the nonexistent and snappy customer service we received, the food was pretty decent. Some of the dishes were salty, but pretty good overall--ex: fried chicken was pretty good. Not sure if they can't handle large groups or if we were the exception, but we were pretty disappointed with our service here. I felt responsible since I was the one that chose this joint for dinner.

We sat on the patio with our pup -- super nice atmosphere out there. We ordered Pad Woon Sen (mild spice) and Curry Fried Rice (medium spice). The spice level wasn't the issue... both dishes were just way too salty. The curry fried rice was at least edible, but the Pad Woon Sen was impossible. We asked if they could remake it, but even the second try was still extremely salty. Ended up just picking out the pork and cabbage and leaving the noodles. Service started off friendly, but after we asked for the remake, the vibe shifted and it got a little awkward. Overall, we really wanted to love this place, but left pretty disappointed.

They name everything weird, off the Thai standards, so if you order pineapple fried rice, you actually get "stir fried pineapple, with rice" and "pad kee mao", an extremely common noodle dish, arrives as "kee mao," a rice dish. They make no effort to try to clarify, understand, or making things rice. And the food is fine and overpriced. There are way better thai places in town, with far better service. Go there, please. If you're going to charge $20 for a rice dish, at least try to get it right and stand by your product.
