By far the best food in central Texas. I travel all over the state trying new foods, this place takes the grab prize of them all. The "chef" (not just a cook) has to be a genius. His skills in the kitchen are unmatched. If anyone is stupid enough to give this place a bad review is a lying fast food eater. There's no 1 single thing on their menu that's not amazing. 10/10 i will be back as many times as my wallet allows. (The specials are just a bit better than menu items, which are still amazing too)

Just had this for lunch today. The BEST SEAFOOD I have ever had!!! I highly recommend this place!

Second time coming here. I really need to eat here more often as they food is so satisfying. First occasion we had boudain balls, crab cakes and fish and shrimp basket. We were super hungry and THOUGHT we could finish all that but no, it was tons of great seafood. Today, had the fish and chips and man, they have BOTH the fish and chips on lock! Fish is beer battered which makes a super light, crispy and airy batter. I made the mistake of having it with malt vinegar-not that it wasn't good, but the fish really didn't need any help as it was killer by itself. The fries, I don't know what magic seasoning they use but they're simply one of the best fresh, skin on fries ever that were topped with flaky salt. Yeah definitely gonna return. I cant wait to try their Poboys!

When I noticed this food truck while driving along Main Street, I just KNEW I had to stop in-- I looove seafood and the menu had me drooling in anticipation! I got the "Pick 3 Basket" because I couldn't choose just one thing to try out the first go. Very generous portions; I had leftovers because it was heaping with food. The alligator was very salty with a firm bite much like calamari in texture but not taste. The catfish was moist and flavorful, pairing well with the supplied specialty tartar sauce. The jalapeno hush puppies were sweet but too spicy for me though I liked the crawdad bits in them. The fries were in that yummy limp yet well-fried state. The shrimp were my favorite... perfectly cooked-- not overcooked which is so easy to accidentally do. I didn't try the slaw. The staff were very friendly and easy to chat with. I was given an estimated wait time of ten minutes but my meal was ready in five. They had a really nicely maintained seating area with picnic tables and plants, as well as a restroom back in the parking area. Highly recommended! I intend to be back to try more of their menu!

Overpriced food that's over cooked. The owner is racist. The food is salty, overcooked and service is slow.

If you want authentic Cajun food do not come here. Service was fast but food was not good at all. Overpriced is an understatement.

Okay, nothing to write home about. It's certainly wasn't worth over 30$ for a poboy sandwich and a shrimp basket. Maybe 15$ would be fair.

I'll admit that I'm not a big fan of Mexican, Tex-Mex or other southern methods of food preparation. Judy is! She's the professional dietician, cookbook collector and best judge of foods quality, composition, and presentations. So I ordered my standard shrimp fajitas, no guacamole, no regurgitated beans, no pica de gallo, just rice and flour tortillas. The sizzling platter came to the table smoking hot with everything on the platter burnt to destruction. Judy, on the other hand ordered the full plate. One of their dinner "Plato's" where everything looks smashed together with all the things I don't like. But she is the "Foodie" and loves ethnic foods. She rates this place much lower than I did only had burnt shrimp and vegetable with a cup of the worst rice a mouse ever ran from. This place is definitely on our "one and done" list. I hope you have a better experience than we do so please drink up this food needs rethinking.

The restaurant is always clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the Indian music playing in the background creates a calm, authentic dining experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to accommodate your preferences. I've enjoyed everything from the saag paneer, salmon, and a variety of curries to the chicken tikka masala and butter chicken. Every dish has been rich, flavorful, and consistently satisfying. The butter chicken is especially smooth and comforting, while the chicken tikka masala is packed with bold, well-balanced flavor. If you're someone who loves spicy food, they don't hold back! I usually order spice level 5, and trust me--it brings the heat, so order accordingly! I need to come back and take updated photos because it's been a while, but if I still lived on the south side, this would absolutely still be one of my regular restaurants. Highly recommended!

The ambience is not super polished by that is not must for me with sushi. The soup and salad was brought out first at the same time. The soup was really tasted and had a lot going in on it compared to most miso soups you get. The salad was all the sad white parts of an iceberg lettuce head with a dressing that was more creamy than the soy/ginger orange one most sushi places have. The chirashi came out with the fish place directly on the rice rather than separately in a stacked serving box with the rice below and the sushi on a plate above that. Their yelp pics showed it presented like this in the past. Guess they ran out or loss those? The fish was really good with the tuna and salmon being the highlight. Nice thick cuts with really good tenderness and freshness. I will be going back again for the chirashi and super friendly service.

I'd like to say that it's an underappreciated gem, but to be frank, it's just okay. Perfectly okay, absolutely not bad, and nothing to get excited about one way or another. The ramen options are structured like a choose-your-own-adventure book, letting diners select their protein and then broth flavor from a list of eight each. For vegans, the sole option is the Vegetable Ramen with Creamy Vegan Broth. It delivers on the promise of vegetables, sporting close to a full crown of tender steamed broccoli, and the noodles are good, if not great. However, the broth falls flat, taking the overall bowl down with it. There's just no flavor at all, no umami, no zest, not even enough salt for proper seasoning. I hate to be harsh because it's done nothing wrong. I would simply never crave it, given the wealth of more compelling alternatives within reach. If you're going to go, and want to keep it vegan, get the basic veggie sushi. Cucumber and avocado were perfect; simple, fresh, abundant, and wrapped in perfectly cooked rice. It's a decent value too, definitely competitive with more upscale options. Service is fast, the people are kind, and it's a fine choice if you're nearby.
