His neighbor posted racist comments on his Facebook so he put this sign facing the neighbors food truck. Love him.

The owner is a class above the rest! His dogs are great too. Will be back! He also owns a coffee shop next to the dog truck. Such a kind man.

The hot dog!! It was too hot outside so I waited until I got home for some shots

Got my hotdog in 100 degree heat, so the wait was taxing, but I was glad I got it. I would describe these hotdogs as a fancy, healthy, delicious hotdog. The buns look and feel like soft pillows and the dogs are thick meaty pieces to chew on. I only had a problem with the ketchup being unevenly spread out. I guess that's the downside of having a hotdog you can hold in one hand haha. It's like a pig-in-the-blanket to give you a visual. I would suggest ketchup packets and little saucers to help customers dunk their 'dogs. The man running the place is a nice grandpa who seems to have good pride in his work so of course I'm also willing to invest in a local business.

Best hotdog I've ever had. The jalapeño relish is great. All with chips and a drink for $6.

I was confused when they asked if I wanted honey drizzled on it, because I have never heard of this combination before? I declined, and also because I knew I wanted to dip in ketchup. The crunchy batter on the corndog is SO good! Thank you for making a veg option. I saw them at the COTA amphitheatre for a concert and had to get one again. Nice people and great corndogs!

If you look up "Cheap Thrills" in the Oxford English Dictionary,…read more The definition is "Fried Oreos at the Corndog Company in Manchaca, Texas." Nothing else describes the concept of Cheap Thrills so well. And let me tell you, I was 100% thrilled. * * * The Corndog Company is a total gas. It is located on the grounds of the Watering Bowl, a state of the art dog park that has everything dogs or their owners could want. The Corndog Company will sell you single hot dogs chopped up into little pieces to give to your dog. I have no doubt this is 100% thrills for the dog. There is a dog grooming truck - which is more for the owners than for Fido. There is a huge yard to run around with other dogs - and there is a tiny side yard for small timid dogs who don't want to rough and tumble with the big dogs. There is a lovely bar with coffee as well, to keep the owners sufficiently lubricated and mellow, or caffeinated and perky. There is a large screen where the guys can watch their football game. The actual dog park has old growth trees and plenty of shade. The Texas landscape is easy on the eyes. * * * But to my mind, the Corndog Company food truck is the star attraction. The corndogs are everything you could possibly want a corndog to be. If there is a Pantheon of Corndogs, these corndogs go in it. The dogs themselves come in five flavors - but I honestly don't think the actual hot dog under that corn bread makes a whole lot of difference. Once it is wrapped in that corn bread, and then drizzled with honey and then covered with mustard or catsup or sweet habanero mustard, the dog itself could be whatever. Actually your corn dog will be more than drizzled with mustard or catsup or sweet habanero mustard. The holes on top of the dispensers are cut large. The dispensers will blast out your mustard or whatever like a fire hydrant. Expect to be wiping off your dog with your French fries. Also expect to be visiting your dry cleaner the next day. The corndogs are good enough however that even with an Atlantic Ocean of mustard on your corndog, that corndog will still taste incredible. The honey they put on the corndog before you start messing with the condiments is a huge component of what makes those dogs good. The cornbread itself is absolutely positively divine. The corndog itself is also absolutely filling. I am used to corndogs being somewhat of a shabby skimpy snack. These will fill you up big time, let there be no doubt on that point. * * * Dessert can be either Fried Milky Way or the Fried Oreos. I haven't tried the Fried Milky Way ... But the Fried Oreos are 1000% Decadence on a stick. The Oreos kind of melt inside turning them into a cookies and cream granular filling. The inside of your fried Oreo sort of looks like caviar Most of what you get is the cornbread coating with hot comforting chocolate and vanilla cream inside. Cornbread with hot comforting chocolate and vanilla cream inside is a good thing. Never mind the Oreo melting. I melted. I didn't want to be anywhere else on the planet. * * * I am just as happy not to own a dog. I don't have to walk it at night. I don't have to come home to feed it. I don't have to play blame games over whether the dog or the humans were responsible for passing gas. But if I am going to go to the Corndog Company, I do NOT want to have to bring my dog along. Who wants to pay attention to a dog when your eyes are closed and you are flying around the universe because you have just had legendary fried Oreos?

The seating is some of the most comfortable luxury theatre seating (reclining/heated...but who needs heated in Texas?!?) I've experienced. We saw Supergirl and did DBox seating (immersive technology: vibration and motion synchronized with action in a film). The sound quality was incredible and the screen visuals top-notch. Concession prices are the same as everywhere. No surprise. Popcorn is fresh. They've got frozen cocktails, beer, etc. Employees are nice. Absolutely great experience.

Upon arrival, I wanted to pay with my MoviePass card and so I walked to the ticketing booth and the young lady was on her phone and had an AirPod in. I scared the DAYLIGHT out of her. I felt so bad even though it wasn't my fault. Just oof. Also, it was really hard to communicate as there are issues with the glass microphone... At the concessions, I had 3 coupons from a Christmas promo. The poor guy had to enter them separately and this is where things got weird. I asked him what was closest to $5 and he said a bottled beverage. On the screen it showed $5.80 for a bottled beverage. When he rang up my Fairlife chocolate milk (I'll get to this later), it was $6.30 or $6.80. Either way, I got to use my coupons even though it took 7-10 min. My popcorn was stale and severely disappointing but whatever...it was 9am. The chocolate milk, well, I thought it was a protein shake as it did end up having 23g of protein. However, it did not use the lactose free milk and I suffered drastically during the middle of the film. That was my fault. The Coke Zero syrup was okay but I've had better. The concession area was spectacularly clean. The patron checking tickets was super diligent and wonderful at his job. I was happy to, once again, see how local Cinemarks hire those with disabilities. My seat didn't recline all of the way and now I know why no one chose my row (I wish they would have told me it was a Dbox row when I purchased the ticket). Overall, a decent experience and I would be back!

I have to say that the service and food here has increasingly gotten better throughout the years. Its so great to see them still standing and serving burger lovers, like me, after all of these years. Great seating inside with booths and even long tables for large groups/parties to sit at. For the burgers, there are plenty of options and sizes of burger patties depending on what you want. You can customize and order how you want your burger with any type of cheese or additions like bacon or even onion rings. The kitchen staff are super consistent with their burgers and fries as they are all made-to-order and makes it all fresh and delicious for you. I love the two (2) soda machines they have here as you can also customize what you want to drink. I love finding the Hi-C drinks and customizing it with toppers like creme or making it a sparkling drink. The vegetable buffet area where you get all your hamburger fixin's is always clean, presentable, and fully stocked. I even love that they offer two (2) hot queso/cheeses in cauldrons as well - a regular and a spicy jalapeno one. Parking is plentiful here and never an issue as it shares (and is owned!) by Luby's Cafeteria next door.

You place your order at the counter using a touch screen tablet. I love the customization options, as you can build a meal to your specifications. They offer 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 or 1 lb burger patty options and grill the burger fresh when you order it. There is a choice of white, wheat or gluten free bun options and you can make any meal a combo by adding a side and a drink for $4.49. I ordered the chili cheese dog combo with sweet potato fries. The meal came out hot, and the sweet potato fries were a nice addition to the combo. There was a $2 up charge for the sweet potato fries. While the quality and flavors were familiar, I was a little surprised that the hot dog portion seemed smaller than I remembered from previous visits. You have the option to customize your burger masterpiece at the toppings bar with fresh crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes. pickles and onions. There are a variety of sauces including plain and jalapeño cheese sauce. They have a remix soda machine that I am not fond of because it mixes all the beverages. The restaurant vibe is fun and we sat at the Elvis booth. Overall, it was a nostalgic stop with a solid hearty menu.
