5 stars aren't enough for this taco! If you go here , and you get the brisket tacos, as they come, and you don't lose your mind.... I don't know what to tell you, but this is the greatest taco on earth

Good bbq! The food came out really fast, there's ton of outside seating (no indoor because it's a truck). Still cute little outdoor area. The bbq is a little over powering, meat is delicious.

So this is a food truck and they have a cute little outdoor seating area. They were so nice there and you want to recommend. Also very polite they would tell you thank you and you're welcome for anything which I found very appreciative of them. We got a mix of meats. Also, some sides and it came with pickles, jalapeños, and pickled onions, which were phenomenal. In my opinion that they should sell these pickles by the jar. I will say the ribs were delicious the meat which is fall off of the bone. The brisket was so good and they were very thick slices. I have to say the sausage is OK was a little dry for me but the seasonings and it was good. We also got turkey breast. I didn't try it, but my friends said that it was really nice and smoked flavored. As for the sides, we got the mac & cheese, which was really good tasting cheese, but I do feel the mac & cheese needed a little bit more flavor. This street corn was good and very flavorful. Lastly, they do give you barbecue sauce. It was sweet and tangy, which was really good. I am more of a spicy barbecue person. I don't know if they had any since I didn't ask, but that would be my only consideration having a spicy barbecue sauce. I would definitely go again and try one of their sandwiches and other sides as well so definitely if you're in the area I would go check them out because they are really good barbecue.

Brisket: 4 Ribs: 3 Turkey: 3 Jalapeño queso sausage: 3 Mac n Cheese: 4 Mexican rice: 3 Overall = 3. Solid spot. If you lived in the town, I could see why you'd come. If you venture out, many other options to prioritize and frequent.

I ordered a brisket Sando and had favor pick it up and run it over to me. I paid $18 for the sandwich and $6 for delivery. This is the amount of brisket that isn't fat or have the black ends. It tastes good but I use sweet baby rays sauce instead of theirs. Just wish so much wasn't fat or blackened.

    Not your average queso! Yum!

We were staying with friends in Kyle and had plans to get a more well-known named bbq in Austin but we woke up late and were too impatient. Best impatient outcome ever! I've waited for 6 hours for Snows BBQ and traveled all over Texas to tiny towns and cities alike in seek of brisket and jalepeño sausage. (and unfortunately, I've eaten bbq in other states who claim to have bbq--lies). But, this was in my and my spouse's top 5. Some of my other favs are Stanley's (Tyler), Desert Oak (EP), Salt Lick (austin). Totally unexpected and a complete joy. Brisket, like butter. Homemade bun worth an extra (erm or 5) miles of running. The house made pickled onions and cucumbers were the perfect addition to cut the rich butter, I mean brisket sandwich. You can get lean or regular for those wondering. Our only complaint is that we don't like sweet sauce and theirs was a bit sweet. I like more pepper. However, my sandwich didn't need sauce, so no biggie. But also I really love sauce so this is my plea to them to make a spicy or more peppery sauce as a 2nd sauce option. Love love love! 200 stats Omg how did I forget to tell you--Get the queso. Just do it. No hem hawing. Just do it.

The stars: Angus brisket, Smoked Turkey sandwich, pulled pork potato and creamy Mac n cheese!! The sidekicks: the bread slices were good toasted, the bbq sauce was tasty, and the pickles and onions on the side sealed the deal. They lost a star because Mexican rice and corn salsa was just awful. Like nobody ate it. They both had way too much seasoning or something. I usually love both items from other places but not this time. Aside from that - delicious bbq and we will be back!!

Man, Louie's is our favorite BBQ place. The BBQ is dependably delicious. It's not far off of Franklins for a flavor profile. They then also do unique specials like Burn Ends, giant ribs, Nachos, and baked potatoes. Louie's isn't flashy but they don't have a 3 hour line, the workers are friendly and they always treat our family well. Plus they have giant tea and limeade to wash it all down.

We were able to score a table under the tent, not far from the fire pit so it was nice and cozy on a cool day at 50°. There is also a big screen TV nearby nestled above a stage. There was plenty of seating under the tent. Just outside of the tent was a little bar and more seating, there was another big fire pit outside of the tent as well. There's another bar in the main building and the crawfish boil ordering area is outside as well. It's set up really great with lots of seating outside and there's even seating inside where the bar is. The line to get the crawfish was not long we only had one person ahead of us. We did a build your own boil bag with 3 lb of crawfish, half pound of shrimp, half pound of crab legs, with 1 sausage, 2 potatoes, 2 corn & some little mushrooms. Paid just a little over $80 for that. The crawfish was good with really good flavor and spice, But most of them were still pretty small due to the season. The shrimp was good! The crab legs were not the best, a bit salty and fishy. I wouldn't order them again. Next time I would just order the crawfish and possibly shrimp. Seasoning really was good and just the right amount of spice! Anyhoo, This was our first Crawfish boil of the season, looking forward to many many more.

The food is always good consistent and a good value for what you get. During this visit I got an 8 oz. Dallas fillet with a loaded baked potato, salad with ranch and a grilled shrimp app. The shrimp, salad and steak were amazingly good. The steak had a nice crust on it and they nailed medium rare. The salad dressing was so thick and good. The baked potato was lacking on the loadedness. Usually the toppings are loaded on there and they mix well into the potato. But this one was dry and now that I think of it, might have not had butter on it. I ended up pouring some of the melted butter than way with the grilled shrimp onto the potato to make it less dry. The skin of the potato was salted really really well. I usually eat the entire baked potato but could not think time. Overall a good but not great visit due to the potato. I should have said something but was super hungry and just made due.

The manager "Keyaira" stopped by a couple times and I brought up about the potatoes coated in salt, temperature and texture of the steak. I ordered medium rare, my friend next to me ordered medium. She said sorry and that's the way they cook them. Then proceeded to get distracted with my 9 month old. I left my steak untouched except the center cut I did to ensure proper cooking. Upon tabbing out we were also charged for a "premium something" unsure what that was about. Maybe touching the terminal on the table charges you for that. We wont be back to this location. We walked in, told the person at the front our name and were seated quickly. The restaurant is nice. It includes a little market in one section with various food items that you can purchase. There is also a seating area with couches near the market section. The restaurant has different sized tables for seating. Not long after being seated we were greeted by a waiter that did an excellent job taking care of us the entire time we were there. He took our drink order, gave us menus and some time to decide what we wanted. After a few minutes he brought us our waters and took our order. We ordered several items. El Olivo which is a garlic bread. It was okay. The bread was good. It was nice and warm and the garlic flavor was all on top. Whipped Feta which comes with grilled Naan and cucumber slices. The Naan was okay. It was a little cold and needed to be warmed up a little more for my liking but my kids ate it up. The cucumbers were fresh and crisp and the whipped feta was pretty good. It had a slight lemon flavor but not enough to where you could taste the lemon with every bite. Pork belly chicharron which had pork with avacado covered in a sauce. It came with tortilla chips. The tortilla chips were thick and crispy. Perfect for scooping up some of the pork belly. The pork belly was delicious. The sauce that covered it added flavor and the avacado was fresh. The Lamb chops came with Lamb, carrots and a puree. The lamb itself was excellent. It was cooked perfectly and was tender with each bite. The carrots were slightly sweet and the puree was soft. It was a good mix of different textures with each bite. The Truffle mac and cheese was a macaroni and cheese with chives and truffle flavor. This was very tasty. The macaroni was tender, the chives were spread out and added that slight onion flavor. The cheese was very flavorful. One of my kids ate almost all of this. Barbacoa Doughnuts which are mini doughnuts filled with barbacoa topped with a salsa. I don't really like barbacoa but I tried them and was pleasantly surprised. These were delicious. It was basically a soft and warm mini doughnut filled with flavorful barbacoa. The sauce on it added a slight spicy flavor. Patatas Bravas are potatoes with salsa and a garlic aioli sauce. These were very tasty. That salsa and aioli sauce are what gave this dish all of its yummy flavor. The potatoes had a crispy exterior with a soft interior. All of the ingredients mixed together made a very good side dish. One of my sons ordered the Dos Olivos Burger with Tater Tots. He said that the burger was okay. I tried it and I agreed. The tater tots were good. He ate those up with some ketchup. My other son ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwiches with everything on the side. He substituted a salad instead of the fries. He ate the salad up. He also ate the Fried chicken from the sandwich. He said it was good. He is not a fan of sesame seed bread so he opted not to eat the bun. I tried the red cabbage apple slaw that it comes with and it was okay. Lastly I ordered the Beet Salad which comes with beets, pears, and candied pecans. I don't usually eat beets but I wanted to try it. It was very good. The beet chunks were large and soft but not overly soft. The pears and the candied pecans added a crispier texture and the mixture of all of the ingredients along with the sauce that was on it made this a super sweet beet salad. Almost like a dessert. It was delicious. Overall the restaurant is a cool spot to visit. The market is a neat addition that adds to the ambiance of the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

Super patient and friendly, greeted us when we came in and they even offered samples of the prime rib and pork loin before we committed to how much we wanted. That alone deserves a shoutout! Here's what we ordered: * Prime Rib - Honestly the star of the show. Great price, beautiful marbling, solid bark, juicy and pink inside. Perfectly seasoned. And that horseradish sauce?? So unique and addicting! I genuinely wanted to take extra home and put it on everything! I might have to get extra next time! * Moist Brisket - Tasted good. Not the best brisket we've ever had in Texas (let's be honest, that's a high bar), but for a quick, no-wait option? It was great! * Pork Loin - A sleeper hit. Juicy, well seasoned, nice smoke flavor, and super lean. This would be AMAZING for weekly meal prep. Not a cut you see everywhere and they did a great job with it! The pickled jalapeños and carrots are BOMB. Spicy with a great snap. Plus you get free pickles, bread, onions, and sauce, always appreciated. We really loved that they offer meats like pork loin and prime rib that you don't always see at BBQ joints, and they execute them really well! We'll absolutely be back for those in particular! Apparently we need to try the banana and chocolate pudding next time as we've heard it's good. Overall a solid stop!
