These are to die for but the star of the appetizer menu to me are the fried pickled okra. they are coated in a perfect , cornmeal batter and served with homemade ranch dressing. Now onto the main courses. The burgers are all phenomenal. I have tried three or four of them no matter which one you get, order it Bob's way, which comes with fried onion strings. I usually can't finish a whole burger, but here I make myself finish the burger. No morsel is wasted. I recently tried one of their hotdogs, and I can say it won't be my last. Last but not least, their sides with the burgers cannot be beat. I know it sounds weird to say, but I am not much of a french fry person. Here I want to eat all of them. Their onion rings are equally delicious and their sweet potato chips are unlike anything I've ever gotten of the sweet potato family. The buns were soft yet sturdy and didn't fall apart while eating. This is what I'd call elevated bar food with great flavor and noticeable freshness. Honestly, they tasted like they came out of an air fryer, which made them feel lighter and healthier. When I walked in I saw the Krispy Krunchy Chicken under a Taco Basket sign. I asked if this was Taqueria Coahuila and they said yes. They just took the space over so they've not had the chance to update signage. I also noticed the chicken restaurant was still a part of the place, which made my kid happy. I decided to order the fajita plate and my kid got the crispy chicken strips. The fajitas were delicious. Just the right amount of flavor add with the onions & peppers. Beans & rice were good.
