The downside was that it was extremely noisy. We ordered & our food came out pretty quickly. I don't know about anybody else but I had the best fried catfish ever! The cornmeal batter was crunchy & flavorful but that fish was light, flaky & delicious! I have been craving catfish and this exceeded my expectations! I had a side of corn that was very good. The portions were generous & I ended up taking leftovers home. Yay me! Kudos to our server for working so hard for us as we were a big group of 11 people. This young lady was efficient and attentive. We found it difficult eating because we were catching up after not seeing each other in a while. This is a friendly, rustic, casual vibe & a place you'd expect in Texas.
