So, a Hot-Dog? Yeah, Baby! They tout a delicious "Chili-Bacon-Cheese-Dog!" Well, it's on the menu. I was craving one, and not everyone in town offers one, so let's go! I'm In! Bacon-Cheese-Dog? Okay, I settled, but I wanted Chili -- unfortunately, they were all OUT of it. Why? Too many customers? Not very likely. So I gave $4.50 for a Bar-S, mini Weiner, with literally a slice of Velveeta cheese in top! Mind you, that is $4.50 for about .89cents in food, everything included! Highway-Robbery! These are shitty hot dogs -- no chance of even being good. I'm pissed that they even try to sell these for $4.50! WTF? But they were "dancing" in the food-truck, while I awaited my fate. I mean, I was looking in, from my car window and waiting, while everyone was having a nice dance-party. Eventually, I was given my order .. I was shocked that they released this catastrophe into the marketplace. This was sickening not only for the Poor Quality, but for the super-rip-off price! Don't sell Bar-S hotdogs! It is DISCOVERED! It was even COLD! Super-Fail! AND, I HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES, while you screwed-off, not heating-up the DOG! *** My disclaimer is that young children can find it fancy, eating Bar-S Hot-Dogs, at a picnic, in a campsite, at the lake, birthday party, or anywhere. Parents should feel fine providing Bar-S hot-dogs to whomever. I'm not a hater on the specific product -- never! However, when it comes to culinary purchases, for $4.50 each, those dogs need to not be included. I feel ripped-off by this establishment. There is WAY BETTER out there. Go ahead and throw your money away. I warned you. Bar-S hot-dogs go for as little as $1.00 at Walmart for 8 hot dogs. If Gotcha Burger IS NOT using these hot-dog's, then I CHALLENGE them to POST their SUPLLIER otherwise -- GIVE PROOF! You ARE CALLED-OUT!! $1.00 per 8-pack at Walmart = .12 Cents Each, Passed on to YOU, for $4.50 Each, (at Minimum), for 3,750% price Increase. Is that Rich? You found a pissed-off, hot-dog enthusiast! The burger is decent, actually, it is quite a tasty burger, well-priced, and delivered fairly fast and fresh. The fries are totally marginal, at best. It really depends on who is making them. Oh and speaking of who is making things, wow, they've got some friendly folks, and then others who should really consider moving into a different line of work. BTW, PLEASE make your seating area wheelchair accessible. It's pretty uncool to not place a $50 threshold ramp at the entrance, and I am honestly surprised that the city hasn't required it. But I'm hoping Gotcha Burger can get it together, because they make a good burger. read more

Then Gotcha became frequently out of Vegetables - Out of Cheese - Substituting a bun that was like a bagel - putting onions on the ones that were ordered with no veggies - still we hung on. Then about 2 months ago , one of the owners was taking orders at the window and Refused to accept my order for 6 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS and childishly demanded that I call them Deuce - Deuce's. I thought he was joking and again said 6 Double Cheeseburgers. ( A Deuce has always, in America, not only been a term for 2 but has been a term for what drops when you take a Dump ) . He caught me in the wrong mood. The waiting vehicle group had a path through it . So I drove away -- Credit card in hand . I came back about a week later to order at the walk up window - and he left the Grill and rushed out the side door as I walked past to ask me if I knew he was the owner. I said " YES and that's why your refusal to accept an order for 6 Double Cheeseburgers makes even less sense. " He again confirmed that he would NOT accept an order from me unless I called it DEUCE DEUCE. I left and have not been back. Last week in Portland we went to a couple of the many smash burger places. The owner of one of the trucks on Sandy says he is getting 2 more trucks in September and has been in negotiation for Salem and West Eugene Locations. I'm not eating there again since they don't care about better delivery packaging or how long food gets left out before a driver picks it up. My husband and I tried a Deuce Deuce, a grilled chicken sandwich and a crispy chicken sandwich. We loved all three. Service was friendly and the prices were great! I noticed a lot of complaints about wait times on reviews which I think is ridiculous. These are not McDonalds or crappy fast food burgers. It took a very reasonable amount of time considering they make everything fresh. Customers need to learn some patience. ;P We will be coming back on a regular basis for sure. read more

Ordered my food for pick up on grub hub around thirty minutes before I arrived at the food truck. When I got there they told me it would be awhile, which was fine. I waited in front of the food truck for at least an hour, over the course of the hour I asked the employees twice if they were still working on my order and both times they reassured me they were. After about an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting one of the employees came up to me telling me to go talk to another employee. Dude told me my order was canceled and when I told him I didn't cancel the order he said "alright well what we gonna do it about it then, buddy." Which I thought was pretty wack. My order had been cancelled but certainly not by me. I wouldn't write this review about my order being cancelled if they hadn't wasted an hour of my day reassuring me it was coming the whole time, and if their customer service wasn't bad. Thin, tasty patty, grilled onion, letuce tomato, thousand-islands-like sauce. All very solid. I got it with a side of fries, a small portion served in a comically small tray. Looks like it was meant for like a little baby or a type of bird. For someone like me, who wants just a little bit of fries, this was perfect. To start off, and to be fair, I haven't actually eaten here yet. I've made the 20 mile round trip twice now. The first time I got there around 1:50 AM. The owner (?) was just closing up, and told me they just changed their hours. He also said to check google for their current hours, which I did before heading over there tonight. According to google's information, it should've been open until 4 AM both that night and this night. Just to be sure, I headed over an hour earlier this time. And yet again, they were closing just as I got there. I double checked on google, and sure enough, that listing says they should've been open for another three hours. I wish I could've tried their food because it does sound good, but instead I've just wasted gas trying to give them my money. So I guess that's it, I won't be trying anymore. First time coming here said it was open but it was actually closed no sign saying closed but had a sign saying open.
