Great little find! Really clean nail place with cute modern decor. I love the ceiling tiles down the middle. I walked in on a Thursday without an appointment and was helped immediately. I got no attitude for not having an appointment, they seemed happy to have me. Kevin helped me to a chair and Tina was my nail tech. The massage chairs line the left wall and the manicure bar is on the right. There are two large screen TV's with closed captioning playing HGTV and the Food Network for your enjoyment. They used a plastic liner for the footbath which was awesome- I've never seen this before and it made me feel good about the cleanliness. I'm fairly picky about this! The nail polishes are so neatly lined up, I don't think I've ever seen a place so organized. They even have their pedicure sets organized in plastic storage kits. They don't seem to spare expense for a neat, orderly place. It also implies they likely don't skimp on cleanliness either. Even the magazine table was neat. Tina was very attentive to my massage chair and its settings. She hung my purse on a hook on the wall (I had set it on the floor). She kept adjusting my chair for me which was nice. She did a great job. I would use her again! My pedicure was excellent, on of the best I've had. No mishaps here. I chose one of the $45 pedicures, a moisturizing one for my winter dryness. I got full set acrylic. Tech (male, Scott or Simon?) Cut me twice, my nails are lopsided and wavy. Manager gave me a gel top coat for free but I will not use him again. Ask for Vee or KC. Their work was great from what I saw. Prices okay. Salon was clean. Update 2 weeks later: KC is amazing, go see him! They redid my set and didn't charge me take off fee. Last tech I had that did horrible job was Scott and I don't believe he's there anymore. There is a Simon too funny enough. Im changing my 3 stars to 5 after the great service by the staff and KC. read more

I went to get my nails done at this location because they are one of the few in town that offers the bio sculpting technique. Lian did my nails, she is very professional and makes sure you are comfortable. She mastered my nail shape and length. The only issue I has with my nails were that they began to break as soon as I left the shop. I had to come back so that Kristin (the other bio sculpturing tech) could fix my nails. I had to return TWICE for two different nails. The initial set was just not durable at all. I will still go back to this place seeing that bio sculpture techs are limited in the Dallas area. read more

Hanna was sweet and very accommodating. Their menu is simple and has a cute drink theme. I was torn between the Mudslide and Mojito, but opted for the mudslide. Worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. All of my nails are a different length and shape. And it's only been a couple of days and several of my nails have broken and the color is coming off. My manicurist was Evan and I would not recommend. My companion's acrylic fill from Henry was decent though. We also got pedicures, mine chipped(?!?!) and hers smudged (after 3 hours) the same day!!! So this place is very clean and organized but if you want a salon that will do a good job but cut corners then this your place. I got a regular gel manicure and pedicure and they skipped out on the massages and lotion. I had to keep mentioning to them if they can trim and file my nails. I felt like every time I would ask something they would then start talking in their language which didn't make me feel comfortable because they would do it every time I pointed out they are forgetting to do the basics. I am not picky but if I am paying $120 for a manicure and pedicure I would expect the basics. I decided to get the sculpted hard gel nail so my nails would have a chance to grow. They extended my natural nails with a hard gel polish so my nails looked longer. Anywho, I picked this place because they have a coffee pedi (and I'm head over heels for coffee things). I got the cloud 9 pedi and hubby got a citrus one. First off, it's actual coffee but not coffee grounds which was a bummer. I guess it was your typical pedicure, but it's pricier here than other places. My heels still felt a bit dry after and I don't feel like I got a great massage either. Great job at painting my nails, but that doesn't make up for the $60 pedi. I can pay 10 more bucks and go to Hiatus for a mind blowing pedi. I don't mind paying for higher quality services, but Gloss is not that. read more

I HATE to write bad reviews but here's the honest truth. The atmosphere is beautiful and their technology is very up to date, they are one of a few places with mood changing gel & nexgen... BUT when I got nail extensions and the color changing nexgen my nail broke two days later, only to come back fix it and it break again the SAME WEEK. I have NEVER had this happen before, I'm not sure if their product they're using isn't good or the technic used wasn't good but I'd say stay away from the color changing nexgen here! The staff was pleasant and I was satisfied with the customer service, however, my shellac manicure didn't even last a week! I went in on Monday evening before I left for vacation & by Thursday it was already chipping on more than one nail.
