This was the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Sally, the technician who did my pedicure, was outright rude and judgmental. She made it very clear she disapproved of the nail color I chose, ignored my requests for a second coat of polish, and left three of my toes completely unfiled. On top of that, she was extremely rough--slamming my feet down and handling me with no care or respect. I spoke up during the service and again at the front desk afterward, but the receptionist showed no concern or sense of accountability. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service from both employees was shocking. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I will absolutely not be returning. I strongly advise management to address this behavior immediately before more customers experience the same treatment. read more

We love coming to this place. Not only it's close to home but the service is great. My technician, Jenny is gentle which I like cause I always have problem with people cutting my nails too deep that they hurts. The place is clean and smell good. They also have complimentary drinks like water, sodas and wine. Prices are reasonable. Location is great bc there's plenty to places to shop and eat afterwards. I went in to get a manicure+pedicure. I got my worst pedicure ever..I think her name was Amy. She cut my nails uneven, some of my nails she cut crooked and then I had a very ugly white crooked tip... it was funny that 2 other person had to explain to the technician how to correct it, when she tried to make a correction it didn't look any better... It was just an extra that the chair I sat in wasn't working so I couldn't move the back up/down.. BEWARE!!! My friend and I dropped in Venetian nail Spa to get a pedi. First time there. Definitely would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! The girls doing our Pedi's were incredibly unfriendly. Esp one named Aimee. She was so impersonable! Never spoke or looked at us ( my friend) when she engaged her she would not answer us or help us at all! To top off the horrible experience our pedicures from start to finish including waiting for tub to fill with water lasted only 25 mins total!! So rushed and totally unworthy. Beware! First time at this salon. It will be my last time. I got Tiger. I picked blue because it's my favorite color. I've been wearing it for years. I watched him burn my fingers with the tool and then add the color. When he was 'done', it was so light I could see the pink of my nailbed. He said not to worry he would fix it. I tried to complain bc my nails looked ridiculous by the time he finished. He said they looked that way bc he had to add another layer of powder. The woman and man working the front desk aren't very professional. I go to the other Venetian nail spas in southlake and euless and they have amazing service. Overall in pain, not a relaxing experience at all. I went yesterday with my friend. The lady I got was just SUPER rough as you can see in the picture. She kept scrubbing my actual skin and toe nails and gave me this like open wound. Not only that she sprayed it about 4 times with alcohol it was so uncomfortable I jerked my foot away but she kept going. I didn't say much cause I thought she'd see what she did which at the end she was like oh ouch as if it just appeared. She kept scrubbing over it with a harsh towel as well. I myself am in the derive industry and she just showed no compassion or empathy towards anything. I am not sure where to start. I have never had this bad of nail experience in my life. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I'm telling you!!!!! You will regret it. I want to start off saying I am a chill person that looks past small things and mistakes, however, I have never been treated this poorly when trying to get a mani/pedi in my life. I wanted a simple French design with color that the owner and nail tech said they could do. I asked if I should do dip or gel, and the owner said I could do gel. I noticed quickly the nail tech rushing through my nails. He was being so rude the entire time, pulling my hand towards him and pulling my arm. I was very uncomfortable. After "finishing" my nails, I kindly told him I did not like it and is not like the picture at all. He got upset with me and attempted to "re do" them TWICE (mind you I am 7 months pregnant and had an insane amount of acetone throughout all of this trying to fix it and was getting nauseous). He did it even worse each time and continued giving attitude. I finally had enough and I asked for the manager to come over to hopefully fix the issue, and she made it even worse. The owner came over with attitude also and zero remorse or care. I told her I was very upset with service and nails....and she never once apologized. She attempted to fix a nail and even tried to get another tech to help...and they just made it worse and worse. I had been there over 2 hours at this point and had to leave. This was a simple French design. When we were checking, the owner started saying I should've done dip instead of gel to achieve the look, when SHE was the one who told me to do gel in first place. I did NOT appreciate her making me, the customer, feel bad at their mistakes. Again not once did she apologize nor try to resolve issue in any way. She decided to give me a "small discount" and that was that. As I was leaving, the same tech that messed mine up was doing another ladies and she was saying she was very unhappy with her nails also. It was loud enough where we all heard it. The manager completely ignored her. How sad. Awful nail techs, awful management, and awful customer service!!!!! I know this place has a lot of bad reviews it's been fine for me the last 10 or so months we've been in town. I have expectations but am not high maintenance. I just come for a monthly basic pedicure usually. I always ask for Brian now. He does a great massage and is also gentle. He's worked on ingrown toenails and those were also pain-free. Another girl I saw before seemed to get mad if you didn't upgrade your pedicure with her and would rush thru the service. I love Brian and since he is no pressure I did upgrade this week to the chamomile with paraffin and hot stones. That was heaven! Then I was late for daycare pickup. Oops! read more

The people who hop around from nail bar to nail bar are haters on all nail bars as they want more service and not be expected to pay. The lady who did my pedicure was (Queen-ie) quinine. She was very rude and short with me. Fastest pedicure I ever had. No more than 20 minutes. Since when is a spa pedicure 20 min?? She rushed through every step and they were NOT busy. She seemed like she was not happy to be here. She did one coat of color, I had to request another coat. The nail tech that did the dip manicure did a really poor job. Leaving dip/top coat all over my cuticles, cutting my cuticle to the point where it bled and then she kept putting different things on top of it that burned the skin. I wanted a natural shape with no tips and she filed my nails so hard that she was filing my skin raw. The dip color is uneven, blotchy and overall sloppy. I will not be back read more

This place looks nice and clean, so I finally stopped in for an eyebrow wax. The price was reasonable, and Summer did a good job. What surprised me first, is that the she asked me to lean my head back into a headrest on an upright chair. I couldn't, so she got me a neck pillow which was not covered with a paper towel or anything. No sanitation protocols were observed. The was applicator was dipped repeatedly, the tweezers were from an acrylic drawer with no solution applied before, or after. In these days & times, that should not be happening. read more

This was by far the worst nail salon we have EVER been to. Before even beginning the services, we talked to the manager about a simple French manicure With a colored tip which she, herself, the manager, said could easily be done. The technician obviously had no clue what he was doing and completely messed it up. After complaining to the manager she came over and started trying to do the nails herself. She was very RUDE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She even acknowledged that the nails did not look like the picture she was shown. And to top it off she try to charge full price and then tell us to come back and have it redone another day! After refusing to pay full price, she was again, extremely RUDE. I am still in the salon while my nails are drying. Phil did an excellent job, very professional and kind. Very clean salon (I'm a former hairstylist so I know sanitation protocol). It's a Monday so I was taken back right away. I know in the service industry it can be difficult to satisfy all customers and things don't always go perfectly but I'm grateful that Phil is willing to work unlike so many people in this crazy time.
