My experience I must said is horrible, I went 4 days ago and ask for lyn since my friends referred me to her, but well what did I get, chips nails that came off. I went there earlier and ask her to fix it, and she is trying to put the joke on me, she said that I don't know what I want in first place, and she said I can't make up my mind, instead of helping me to fix my nails she take another customer that already there without telling me when can my nails can be fix. I have been here a handful of time and today was the last time. The lady sitting by the first station has the facial expression she is doing you a favor and answers with short/cold responsive. Today service included pedicure and they took me right to the chair without waiting long, the gentlemen doing my toes was a forceful and not gentle. Twice I had to tell him to stop rubbing the acetone on my toes so aggressively and watching my toes turn back to a normal color. Then he was yanking my nails as he clipping it. That was another warning. My toes looks pretty but the service sucks. read more

Be sure to ask technician if they are good at adding designs and they understand you and what you want. I'm disappointed with my mani and pedi design. Just looks like a hot mess! Requested specific design for a trip and even had a picture. When I said that doesn't look like the picture and I don't like it, the tech filed it off along with my cuticle. My poor finger is all red hopefully will heal quick and not get infected. Looks nothing like it and spent way to much for mani/pedi not to be happy. Language barrier was a serious problem. Both of the times I have gotten pedicures here, the paint has started to peel off within a few days... The entire nail's paint in one piece. I am left with only my big toes partially polished... I was looking for a place to get my nails done regularly. When I first walked in, the main lady asked me to sign in. No smiles or welcome were included. The young lady that did my pedicure and nails was friendly. Everything costs $5 more on pedicure. The following day one nail started chipping which is unusual for me. I called and the main lady answered and asked when I could go in for repair. The day I went in, the lady was not happy and seemed upset that I was bothering her with one nail. She said my nail started chipping because a problem with my nails not them. I told her I never had that problem after one day before. She was so rude. I offered to pay her for her time and she just ignored me. Worst worst customer service ever! Never going back. I spent $65 dollars plus tip for this horrible treatment. I do NOT recommend this salon. Don't waste your time or money. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Went there with a friend to get my nails done and one technician was incredibly rude and was rough on my cuticles. I started bleeding from my nail (because she was so rough) and when she went back and noticed, all she said was "sorry" and shrugged it off. Her tone came off very rude, and she also questioned my choice of color in nails. All in all, it was tacky and my nails ended up chipping off 4 days later. I have gone there for awhile and really don't appreciate the rudeness when they ladies talk in their language when they want to speak about their customers. Very disrespectful. Amanda and Tina are good about doing so. In addition, the idea of going to have a pedicure/manicure is to relax and enjoy but when you go there it's about getting you in and out like a drive thru to take more customers. I've been going here for years! I stopped going under prior management, but returned and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Lin, Holly, Rose and Ann are all wonderful. Very personable, full of creative suggestions and all around fun to be around. My gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks and my pedicures almost a month. Highly recommend any of these ladies. read more

I have never left a bad review about any place. But DO NOT GO HERE. I showed them an exact picture of what I wanted as well as my sister and they did not do it. When she asked if I liked the one she had done I said no and asked to have them narrower and she didn't do anything to change the shape she did. It was truly horrible. I am so disappointed. I walked into global nails about 2 weeks ago with the most horrible set of nails I had had done at another salon here in Tucson, No names but I was on Campbell street. The girl behind the counter came up smiling and asked me how they could help me I replied I didn't know if she could. I put my hands out and she wrinkled her nose and said oh my, we can help you. Well another very sweet young girl came out took one look at my hands shook her head and turned them over staring at them in disbelief. She and the other girl started trying to figure out what in the would to do. They spoke in their native language but I am sure it all meant oh my gosh what a mess. An hour and 15 min later I don't know how but I had the most beautiful set of nails I have had in a long time. She is a magic fairy on nails. Take a few min. and pop in there you will be very happy. I went here for the first time recently for a simple manicure. I was given one of the few nail stylists who speaks Very little English. Only the main woman (owner?) spoke English fluently and had to translate. The young man who did my nails could not speak/understand and basically just sat there, with no dialog, or unable to answer my very few comments or questions. He bumped one of my nails two times and continued to cover up that one nail with about five coats of polish, to fix it, instead of simply starting over the the usual two coats. It wound up taking Way Too Long to dry, and looks bad on that finger. I had to ask the owner more than once why this was being done. When I first went in, after I mentioned twice that I wanted a basic manicure, the owner and the guy both asked me to have a gel, which costs a lot more. I was trying out their salon, and I am glad I didn't get a gel. If they couldn't give me a basic manicure, then NO WAY were they going to do something more involved on me. They were not busy at all, so that is not the issue. *I Do Not recommend this business.* read more
