So I went in there about a week and a half ago to get my nails done I showed the lady pictures of what I wanted and I told her what I wanted that is not what I got my nails have bubbles under the acrylic that I realized after I left there my nails are starting to come up and they just look like garbage I'm very disappointed and I told the lady when she was doing my nails what I wanted and showed her and that it's not what I got I do not recommend this to nobody read more

I've been to this location before, and i've never had a problem before. So it upsets me to even write a review. I came in around noon the day before looking for a green version of the blue nails. I was given the circular white design pictured, and I was upset. My nail technician noticed, I simply asked how much for the FIRST set, willing to pay full price only to paint over them at home. I had verbally expressed that three times. It was already 1:40 pm and I had plans that day. I never wanted to dismiss the time and work that was already done but i did not receive what i wanted. She had insisted that she fixes it and it is an easy fix, and gave me the nails pictured outside of the venue. A solid color that she had made me choose as I was telling her that I simply wanted to leave. I didn't care if we had clipped the nails off or not at this point, I was in tears and I just wanted to leave. All the while I was overwhelmed by the staff coming by and looking over my shoulder to see the work being done. I'm not sure what was said, I just remember feeling more overwhelmed because it didn't seem like I had a choice. Next thing i knew my nail tech was already removing the polish as i was telling her i just wanted to leave. Multiple times. While telling me to look at the nail color options in front of me that she had grabbed as I was on the phone trying to figure out what to do. Finally done, I was charged full price for my solid color acrylic set that i did not even ask for. I guess i misunderstood what she meant by fixing my nails. After being told I was being charged fully I tried asking if we could just cut the nails off, I didn't feel like it was fair for me to pay over $50 for the experience I had, let alone nails i was forced to choose. She insisted that we spent time and materials and I had insisted that she misled me in terms of what I had wanted originally, and that I just wanted to leave. And that the nails that were still on my hands weren't ones I wanted, just ones I chose because I felt forced to. At that point frustration already took over me and I just shook my head and paid the money. And tipped her since she was telling me this is her livelihood, how she lives, and how she is a single mom. I felt terribly guilty and defeated. Out of respect I don't want to include the nail technician's name, but this was an incredibly off putting experience for me. I actively sought her out because my best friend had told me that's who does her nails. And i've always loved her nails. I just wish i had a similar experience. read more

They over charge for nails. I got only a natural acrylic no polish, and got charged 70$ for medium sized coffin nails. So ridiculous

I did not expect this place to be so busy and they have a lot of nail techs. They are expanding their salon, too! The receptionist is very friendly, very accommodating. I went with my sister in law to do mani/pedis, we had appointments and both were taken to a chair right away while they started on only my nails. She was eventually taken to a chair to start her pedicure and the older gentleman who was providing her service was multitasking and walking around the salon so much that I hadn't even realize he started her pedicure. In the middle of her service I watched the tech sit there and file his own nails with the same nail file he just finished using on her toenails. Then he painted her toes so messy and spent like 10 minutes just cleaning them up rather than doing them right the first time. After all that they forgot about her manicure and had to rush to only paint them since we were already there for 2 hours. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because my nails look decent and the tech who did them was professional. After we complained and almost walked out without her getting her manicure, they only gave 10% for the issues. I didn't think that was a fair justification for the myriad of service and professionalism issues she experienced. Overall would NOT come back. read more

I had a pedicure gel 2x in this salon and after wearing a pair of shoes the polish is ruined. It means it was not dry properly. This is the only salon where my gel pedicure gets ruined by wear shoes. It's like I had a regular polish. I never have experienced this with other salons. The pedicure gel can stay a month without being scratched by a footwear. It should stay because it's gel. I will never go back to this place considering that it happened 2x. I gave another chance to do my pedicure but it happened again. I can't waste $45 plus tip every week to fix my pedicure. Besides I don't have time for pedicures every week. I choose gel because it stays with me so well. I had gel pedicures for years and never experienced such a waste of money. read more

This is my first (and will be my last) time I come to this place. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was a clean place. However the lady that did my pedicure was pushing the most expensive pedi. I looked over the menu and opted for the $40 pedicure. She seemed clearly upset because I didn't want gel (which is $15 more). A pedicure should be relaxing. My niece met me there. The lady was finished with me first and I asked if I could stay sitting down so I can continue chatting with my niece. She said no, you pay $40 and took my purse to the front so I could go pay. So I did. I figured maybe they needed the chair for someone else. But no, in the 15 minutes I sat in the front waiting for my niece to be done, no one sat next to her. Would you pay $40 for a 30 minute pedicure? She seemed to be in a rush and took 30 minutes only. Pictures so you can see the kind of work she did. I visited on 12-31-24 and had a $70 pedicure. The paint chipped off within 48 hours. I had to have my nails re done less than a week later when I returned home (we were traveling and visiting the area when I visited here) and get them done again. read more

They are both very detailed and intensional in their work. They were slammed when I visited, so I had to wait even though I had an appointment. It wasn't long, though, and I realize that they probably have lots of no shows so I was ok with it. I had never been here before and was confused on the whole check in process. At my usual place, I have always had a person greet me, tell me how long the wait was and the name of the tech who would be helping me. There was none of that, just telling me to use the hand sanitizer and sign in on the iPad. Then when they were ready, they pointed me to a chair. They had a liner on the tub, so I didn't have to worry if they had cleaned it. The staff all wore masks and we had to wear them too. I didn't pick out my polish and the type of pedicure I was getting until I was seated which was new to me. They brought me their brochure to pick out the services and then the polish chips to pick that out. I got the bomb pedicure and it was great! Hot towels, leg and foot massage it was sooo nice! Overall I was happy with my pedicure, I would have like a little more hand holding since I was new there, but I get that due to how packed they were it was hard to do that. read more

Came here with my sister in law before her wedding to get mani/pedis. Made an appointment but of course they weren't ready for us. I understand they were busy, but an appointment is an appointment. I have never been treated so badly. I came in to have my chipped nails redone and the lady made me feel like I was a burden. She said since I didn't have an appointment she wouldn't fix them all. Regardless of all the good things anyone has posted regarding this place, it only takes one bad employee to shift the culture to horrible. Today my daughter went in to have her nails fixed that she had put on Thursday the 29th of June. Last night they began falling off. She went into the shop to ask for HELP and was greeted by the man who put the nails on with him looking at the nails and saying "that is not my shit." Now...I am not sure what any of you think about this type of behavior, but in my line of work, which is HIGHLY professional, I would have been fired immediately and rightfully so. Now I did not even get into the experience she had when she had her nails put on. She asked for a specific shape and one nail on each hand to be black. The person who said..."this is not my shit" and put the nails on criticized her for the shape she wanted and said she should not get that color. Now as far as I am concerned, if I were a painter and someone asked me to paint their house Smurf blue without asking my opinion...I would keep it to myself and give the customer EXACTLY what they wanted. Now you may be saying at this point, there are two sides to every story and the truth lies in the middle. Well, you would not be more wrong. Even after being berated for her choices of nail shape and color, my wife kindly tipped him $10 CASH non-tax reportable at the end of the session dismissing his rude behavior and tipping as we always do...well! During this latest exchange my daughter was kind to the staff though did stand up for herself as she is in fact...THE CUSTOMER. The shop was full of people who witnessed this person atrocious behavior so there cannot be any challenge to its validity. With that said, I ask you, whether you are a patron or thinking about becoming a patron of this shop...pass them by. Let them see what this type of business practice gets them. A loss of customers. And by the way...Walmart is fantastic and my wife goes there ALL THE TIME NOW and it is cheaper. They just did not have any openings at that time. And think about this for a second, if iTouch is so fantastic, why DID they have openings? Enough said...it is your choice to stand up for others and make a statement. read more

Definitely one of the better nail salons in town. Always busy so make sure to call ahead. Paris is a rockstar (and has a huge client list) as well as I've enjoyed gel manicures from Calvin. I always get a standard white tip ombre gel with a pedicure and ITouch has done a great job at those! Can't speak to acrylics or anything really fancy but I enjoy this location and the cleanliness is much higher than other nail salons in town. read more

I am rating them a 2 star because of their customer service towards me yesterday. I am a repeat customer and I usually get gel manicures and pedicures. I give them a 4.5 star in cleanliness and a 5 star for nail services, but yesterday they drop the ball with me. I requested to see their gel colors and I was given a ring with color samples. It wasn't until the next customer sat next to me that I realized that I was treated differently. She was getting the same service, but she was brought an additional gel color sample in a rectangle box. I asked the customer: "Are those gel colors?"; and she said: "yes". I looked at the others, and I would have chosen from the other palette of colors. I was a walk- in. Did that make a difference? read more

What I got was a very dark red with sparkles in it. The box did have the number 187 on it. But this was not even close to what I wanted. I guess tomorrow I will have to go somewhere else and get them repainted. My technician did a good job on the pedicure itself. Don't even waste your time coming here , my friend and both got our nails done my gel fills were uneven and I told the girl she gave me an attitude about it. My friend got a pedicure and manicure from one of the guys he didn't Even get all of her ingrowns out and didn't even file her nails evenly. Her manicure was a mess she had polish past her cuticles . I was really unsatisfied with my last visit here. It is close to my home and I go every month for a super deluxe pedicure. I have never gotten a full set here but since I was going on a trip I thought I would treat myself. My niece used go get her nails done here before moving for college. So I made an appt and requested the nail tech that usually did her nails since she did a great job. I did specify at the time of making the appointment (in person) that anyone could do my pedicure, I would just like her to do my nails. I showed up for my appointment and the nail tech asked me about ten times why I chose her and how I knew her. I let her know it was from my niece but that she had been gone for about two years. She seemed annoyed the whole time she did my nails. Kept stopping to go look at something another tech was doing, checking her phone, cycling through her music playlist. Since she was so inattentive I ended up going home and fixing/shaping my nails myself. I did let her know at the appointment that I wasn't happy but she didn't understand or didn't care. Also, she was the one to give me a pedicure and asked three more times why I selected her. I apologized to her for selecting her and told her once again, it was a referral. Like I said, I've had many pedicures here and usually get the $75 one. So I know what to expect. She raced through it and literally just got it done and over with. Not the experience I am used to having at all. I did tip her well for her services so I am not sure why she was so upset about my patronage. Lucky for her, I won't be back. read more

Very cleanly. As I was getting a manicure, I noticed the staff would sanitize and wipe down stations where a customer had just left. Very friendly place. My nail tech paid great attention to my nail shape and was very careful when handling the drill. I get my nails done often and realize some people are heavy handed and rough. Not here.
