Very cleanly. As I was getting a manicure, I noticed the staff would sanitize and wipe down stations where a customer had just left. Very friendly place. My nail tech paid great attention to my nail shape and was very careful when handling the drill. I get my nails done often and realize some people are heavy handed and rough. Not here. I was really unsatisfied with my last visit here. It is close to my home and I go every month for a super deluxe pedicure. I have never gotten a full set here but since I was going on a trip I thought I would treat myself. My niece used go get her nails done here before moving for college. So I made an appt and requested the nail tech that usually did her nails since she did a great job. I did specify at the time of making the appointment (in person) that anyone could do my pedicure, I would just like her to do my nails. I showed up for my appointment and the nail tech asked me about ten times why I chose her and how I knew her. I let her know it was from my niece but that she had been gone for about two years. She seemed annoyed the whole time she did my nails. Kept stopping to go look at something another tech was doing, checking her phone, cycling through her music playlist. Since she was so inattentive I ended up going home and fixing/shaping my nails myself. I did let her know at the appointment that I wasn't happy but she didn't understand or didn't care. Also, she was the one to give me a pedicure and asked three more times why I selected her. I apologized to her for selecting her and told her once again, it was a referral. Like I said, I've had many pedicures here and usually get the $75 one. So I know what to expect. She raced through it and literally just got it done and over with. Not the experience I am used to having at all. I did tip her well for her services so I am not sure why she was so upset about my patronage. Lucky for her, I won't be back. read more

When I come here I always request Jackie. She is amazing tries to save you as much money as she can and gives you good tips on how to keep your nails healthy. I hate to say it but the first time I walked in I got mean looks from not only the customers but the staff as well. As a black woman in a predominantly white community I expect it but it's so tiring getting those "what are you doing here looks". This place was amazing! I had a horrible experience at another shop and this place hooked me up. The nail tech I had was, Vee. She really took her time with me. She gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. Ensured I was comfortable and offered me a beverage a few times. Their prices are competitive, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is friendly. They are all smiling. Unfortunately I touch like many nail salons lack in customer service. They have some great technicians...But unless if you have an appt it is difficult to be seen. They don't mention that over the phone, they tell you come in at "such a time". The spa is only as good as it's nail technicians and I got the same person twice in a row. She's not good. Rushes. My pedicure was done in maybe 20 minutes. Which is great if you were getting what you were paying for. I mainly get pedicures for the callous removal and soften up the skin a bit but forget it. I got two swipes with the tool on each foot. My nails don't match. One is longer than the other so the shapes are all off. Paint is built up at the end of some nails instead of even through out. I'm not expecting perfection, only for a better job than I'm capable of doing myself. I can't take my chances on getting the same technician a third time. I'll try my luck somewhere else. read more

Meh... my mom walked in the day before and made an appointment for the following day; one full set and two spa pedicures. (Usually, pedicures would start and the nail person did the nails while seated in the spa chair; at least that's what I'm used to. The appointment date... so there was not enough employees and a few people waiting. I got seated quickly at a nail station for a new full set (about 11:00 appt time). Sarah started off great, close attention to detail. However, several walk-ins started to show up and someone said something to her in Vietnamese and she stopped what she was doing and was trying to hurry up. Didn't unstick my skin to the nail, left them very pointy (asked for square but rounded edges), and only one coat of the clear gel. About halfway through my set, my mom got seated for her pedicure. When I was done with my nails I sat next to her to start my pedicure. She was just getting polish when I sat down. 20 minutes passed and my feet were still soaking in cold water no one bothered to start my pedicure (end time 12:15). The lady that helped my mom, started helping a gentleman that had walked in without an appointment. Kind of the last straw... I dried my feet with my mom's towel and my mom put her flip flops on to leave. The lady was shocked when I told her we were leaving... I told her well our appointment time was 11 and it was 12:15 and we couldn't wait anymore. The lady that did my mom's pedicure checked us out and apologized for not helping me. My mom said the lady was a bit rough with the cuticle trimming and foot scrubbing. But nice pedicure nonetheless. I have a feeling if you go right when they open and they aren't busy they will do a fantastic job. read more

This was my first time at this salon. The person that did my manicure was ok, however, his work station was dirty. He needed acetone to fix one of my nails so he poured a small amount on the "dirty" work station and dipped the brush in it and then used it on my nail. The overall salon was not very clean looking . I enjoyed my experience here... it's brand new, modern and pretty finishes on the inside (nautically/coastal feel with the navy blue paint and pictures on the wall), tons of colors nicely organized and easy to see, beautiful and comfy pedi chairs, clean, good price, quality job on service provided (I got the desert spa package and it was awesome!), modern checkin and payment system (cash only tips tho), and nice staff. Only reason I give it 4/5 stars is that it drives me nuts when places only do cash tip AND due to the influx of people walking in I had 2-3 technicians for a pedicure so I didn't really know who to thank the most or who to tip. read more

After going through a dozen nail salons in Tucson I finally found my place and more importantly MY PERSON. I don't know how she does it, but Tracy manages to get my nails PERFECT so quickly. She works fast but is so precise and meticulous. No other nail artist I tried would clean up the edges of my nails, especially around the cuticle, using the nail filer except for Tracy (heart eyes). I moved from Las Vegas where I basically became best friends with my nail girl because I loved her so much, so finding Tracy was such a revelation. Anyone who knows me knows how picky I am with my nails and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. read more

I'm not one to write a bad review but this time it's needed. I have been getting my acrylics done for 10 years(occasionally giving my nails a break) I have never once dealt with any kind of nail fungus. I decided to try out the spa upon a Friend's referral, their prices were not very reasonable and after a month I had my nails removed and I am left with nail fungus on five on my nails. Nail fungus is caused by improper application by the tech that allows moisture to become trapped in between the real nail bed and the acrylic nail. Nail fungus needs to be treated in order to be cured. Nail fungus is also caused by improper salon hygiene. Please be cautious when visiting the salon. read more

Went against my better judgment on this one walk into the salon everybody looked over at us saw my daughter made all kinds of conversation in a different language Vietnamese made us feel very uncomfortable beyond that we still have the services done my guy Paul dug into my big toe and I told him he hurt me he stopped and apologized the girl next to him through her used gloves in my bath tub which was very offensive seeing how she wasn't even working on my feet I don't know why she felt it was okay to throw her dirty gloves between my legs into my dub I made her take it back out and told her that was very rude and inconsiderate my sister-in-law was sitting next to me her girl burns her feet with wax. This service was very unprofessionally done my nails are bubbling and it's only been two days since my service all these workers in this facility on Kitaro do not make you feel welcome it almost feels as they are a little click of Their Own Kind everybody is Outsiders I thought very rude to talk in front of people in a different language when they don't know what it is they are saying and especially when you feel it's talked about you right in front of your face very unprofessional place I even had my eyebrows waxed I tipped out over $50 and I'm very unhappy with my service I don't recommend you go back to this place this was my second visit giving them another try read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I was looking forward to getting my nails done with my sister and it ended up making me so upset. I asked the guy for a solid nail color, that is not what I ended up getting. The rhinestones are extremely crooked. Also I had fuzzies in the polish at least that got fixed. The nail tech Mike had the audacity to laugh in my sisters face when we told him the problem. I work hard for my money and the absolute worst place to spend 250$. We love I Touch. I had gone to the location in OV with my mother in law for pedicures and loved it. Sarah the owner is such a sweet heart. We went to the Marana location today and we're not surprised with how beautiful this location is just like in OV. They are very clean, sanitary, friendly, professional and competitively priced. I explain to Paris that I liked short and natural looking nails, she did not seem to care. She cut my nails and filed them very uneven. My pedicure expected was horrible. Three strikes and I'm done with this establishment. First time, double charged. Accidents happen-so I was patient and waited for my money to be returned to my account. Then I bought a $50 gift card for my daughter in law. She took herself and her 2 little girls for a fun birthday experience. They told her the card was only for $5! Who would buy a $5 gift card to a nail spa! I wasn't with her so she called me and I looked up the transaction with my bank and sent it to her to show them. They would not honor her gift card and she had to pay $104. I went in and made them look up the transaction in their records, which they found right away. But they wouldn't give me cash back, just another gift card. UGH... Today I made an appointment for 11:30. I was on time and waited for over 20 minutes before they told me it would be 10 more minutes. I didn't have that much time, to be 30 minutes later than I had planned. They blamed it on being short help. I had called at 10:30 to make the appointment so they couldn't have been any shorter in help than they were I made the appointment For something that's supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience, it's been anything but. read more

First time here and I don't think I will be back. I had a 9 am appointment I was seated quickly but I think I drew the short straw with the lady that did my pedicure. She was so rough during the pedicure! Cutting nails wasn't too bad but she didn't do the best job at filing my toenails or making sure they were even. Callous removal was rough, super abrasive and when she finishing with the tool she just left it on the floor! Gross! I think I just had some bad luck with this technician but I won't try them again. Very much a horrible experience. The gentleman that did my nails decided it was a good idea to cut off half of my toenail because "it could end up as an ingrown nail" it never had before so I couldn't get why he wouldn't ask me before doing this. He then filed and painted them in all different ways and directions. When I asked about this he said he tried his best and that next time I should ask for the manager. This concerns me because shouldn't everyone be able to do a good job if people are paying for it. He repeated over and over again that I need to ask for someone because he can't do them how I would like. For the record I just asked for a normal gel pedicure. We had to clean off the first set where my nails were drilled at to the point where they hurt and one bled and he said sorry. He then took it on himself again to choose that I needed normal polish when I had asked for gel because this way if he messed up it will come off easier. Almost knowing that we was going to mess up. Someone else took over this process but at the end my toes hurt so much that I could cry and the cuts and such burned. I was still charged the normal amount for all this process which was concerning to me because they didn't care about the customer rather than the money. The gentleman left and came back smelling of such a strong stench of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant. I honestly feel like going somewhere else would be better. read more

I made an appointment with them because my nail salon closes early. I didn't mind waiting , I was just grateful that someone could take me. The nail technician was fast, painful, and painted my nails orange after I repeated to him multiple times it was the wrong color. He told me to come back tomorrow if I didn't like it. I expressed I couldn't do to my work schedule. He picked up some color options and threw them down in front of me hitting my nails messing them up. He made me pay and tip in advance and now I have to go home and fix my nails. Loyalty first. Lesson learned! read more
