They were super friendly and asked me about what temperature I wanted the water and continued to check if I was okay with the temperature of the water and the heat of the hot stones and hot towels. The massage was uhhmayyzingg I proposed to the girl after and she said yes, so I guess things got pretty serious I got seen for my manicure as soon as I was done, and I told him how I wanted one nail a different color with a design and he did exactly what I asked for. The only thing that wasn't great is that the nails came off faster than any other acrylic service I had. The pedicure was fine but the massages were short and kinda felt like I was getting pet instead of massaged, it that makes sense. The place itself is pretty large and has a decent amount of seats, just not as many workers. I don't know everyone's name. Based on how frustrated the nail tech was working on my toes, I had a very negative experience. Obviously, she did not understand I was asking for ONE additional coat of polish. She got "mad" because she thought I was asking for several additional coats. Even if I was, she ruined a pleasant time with my family due to misunderstanding & shockingly giving so much attitude. Also, the tools the tech used for my pedicure were dull & actual caused pain when she was working in my feet. I had visited this place several times and it was pretty decent at first although the gel polish chips easily but I still would come because prices were decent up until recently. I mentioned to a coworker how awesome this place was and even invited her to come get her pedicure here. As soon as we arrived the guy started telling us if we wanted some type of box for our pedicure and didn't mention the cost of it which I thought well how much more can it possibly be either way I was going to do it regardless later I realized as they started doing our feet & didn't ask what kind of pedi we wanted so I looked through the menu and noticed we were already signed up for the $60 pedicure which again is fine... then he started asking us if we wanted to add on services, I kindly, declined. Service was done and we were getting ready to pay and it was my coworker, my sister, my niece and myself. we all got pedi except my niece she did her nails. As the guy is ringing me up I tell him I am paying for my sisters pedicure bc it was her bday so he says got it got it and i'm repeating it to him even after I see my total bc it wasn't adding up and he says yes you pay for her and runs my card for $81 which I ask is that for us both and he keeps saying yes yes yes and i'm confused because i know it was at least 130 for us both so then he runs my card and then i add I think it was $15 tip so it's $96.00 then says oh wait that was only for you and i'm like ok I thought my pedi was 60, plus gel which I know is usually 15 more and then he says french tip is more so added $21 I said ok that's fine I was just making sure I was charged correctly for the right services which honestly $21 for french gel seems a bit odd but again i'm like service is done it is what it is.. then he tells me ok your sister so I said yeah he then tells me he canceled the transaction of the $96 so now he has to run it again which was NOT TRUE because my bank notifies me of every transaction and I tell him no it went through look as i'm trying to show him my phone and he is brushing me off putting his hand on my phone moving it away and i'm trying to keep my cool because he's being VERY RUDE at this point not listening to anything I'm saying and he continues saying it didn't go through I canceled it! So i'm thinking OK maybe it will reverse since I know sometimes it says pending and it reverses so i'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and let him run my card again for $196.00 and as Im looking at him about to run that transaction I noticed he had removed the receipt prior to that, that went through that said approved so he sees me looking at it in shock bc the second copy prints before he can run my card again he then acts confused saying wait what omg it did go through after I told him it did but he was trying to play it off and grab the receipt until I caught him so then he tried blaming me saying I was rushing him which is why this happened and starts acting nervous and as Im trying to talk to him to tell him no I wasn't rushing you and I tried not just telling you but showing you how my money was taken he continues to brush me off being extremely rude! In the midst of all this the lady doing my niece's nails stops doing her nails and comes over asking how we will pay for her which she doesn't ask just once but multiple times throughout all of this and is being rude and trying to rush her as well same as the guy who rushed me and My sister tells her more than once i'm paying for those nails and she tries to take the payment right then and there my sister politely tells her to finish the service which she starts acting weird speaking in their language and all of a sudden another lady is standing by the door making it so uncomfortable for us all and as soon as the service is done my sister reached for her cash and she notices she has a small stack of cash and her whole demeanor changes and she's trying to be super nice apologizing for "earlier" and for the "confusion" at this point my sister isn't happy at all and even feels offended at this point so she decides not to tip her which i advised her not to since early my second transaction didn't even let me pick my tip and automatically added 25% tip !! so once she realized she gets no tip she starts again speaking in her language and being rude! I had never had such a horrible experience until I came here! Beware of this place they are trying to make quick cash by adding the tip automatically and rushing you at checkout and don't care about anything you have to say! The service at this salon is very poor. My daughter was so excited to get her nails done for her 12th birthday. She took a picture or two in that gave them an idea of the shape she wanted. My mom and I are frequent regulars here as getting mani-pedis are a part of our ritual mother-daughter day. We've had mostly great experiences here and have never been disappointed in our nails. We're so happy they were open during this difficult time and made a pedicure appointment over the phone. Upon our on-time arrival, we were greeted by masked staff members and had our temperature checked. We were seated right away to the pedicure chairs spaced out with clear shields as a COVID-19 precaution. Although we did have an appointment, it took about 15 minutes until a nail tech started working on us. (The salon did seem to be quite busy with customers!) We did the basic pedicure which was $25 per person. We were offered to upgrade the pedicure package or to gel polish often but politely declined. The staff was pleasant. My mom's nail tech even scrubbed her foot/legs real well and focused the foot massage to specific points my mom requested! Overall, we were satisfied with our latest trip to Paris Nail Bar. I really hate having to write this post because I used to love this place. I went here for dip nails twice & was beyond disappointed. The first time i got dip here was the Tuesday before coachella. By Sunday, all of my dips had broken or the top coat had peeled off. I know it's a weekend with a lot of dancing & running into people so i didn't think much of it, but when my friend who had a long acrylic set still had perfect nails on the last day i was disappointed. I decided to give it another chance & sadly i was even more disappointed. They did not do a base or top layer of dip powder, and I'm no nail tech but I've been getting dips long enough to know that's pretty standard protocol? So i got these done on Saturday for the 4th of July & it's now Monday & i had to go back in to have SIX OUT OF MY TEN nails redone. She did them, but they look almost worse than i went in. She left hard powder crusted to my finger & didn't even try to get it off? The paint dried warped as well. Fraud? I got a basic full set with gel polish. The sign says full sets are $30+ but I was told my total was $50 so I guess gel polish is an extra $20... i didnt get any shapes or designs. Anyways the nails look good. I didn't have cash for the tip which I usually do (they are extremely picky about that) so I added $5 to the credit card charge making my total $55. I signed the receipt, kept my copy, and was on my way figuring I'll just bring extra cash on my next visit. I have a pending charge of $50 and then once the added tip processes, it'll change to a $55 completed transaction. A few days later, I checked my bank app and they added an additional $5 to my tip making my total $60 instead of $55. It's just $5 but that's shady! If you go here, pay in cash only. read more

I'm so glad I went into this salon today after attending another nail salon that was supposed to be open at 11 and by 11:30 they were still not open. I got a pedicure by Ryan. He was not pushy at all when I told him I just needed a regular spa pedicure. Not only did he take his time to do my pedicure but when I told him my feet needed extra massaging, he pushed on all the correct pressure points. David did my acrylic fill. Since I had never been here before, he asked a lot of questions and even though I said know to Gel twice he asked me one last time just before painting them and that was a little annoying. I'm a simple gal and just like clear polish, no color. I only do color on special occasions. Overall I am giving it 4/5 stars because it was a great experience. The music in there is just a tad bit too loud and I was speaking with a much older later next to me about it and she agreed. Nearly an hour later I was called- I mentioned several times that I had made an appointment but the gentleman literally laughed: I got the feeling that it is useless to call in advance: they obviously dont write anything down, just say "uh huh". I didn't have a bad experience here, but it felt so rushed that it wasn't really relaxing. My best friend and I came in to each get a pedicure, and gel manicure. We were seated for our pedicures immediately. There were 3 different prices for the pedicures. We each picked the middle one ($40). I felt like the whole pedicure was done in super fast speed. My favorite part of getting a pedicure is relaxing in the massage chair and enjoying being rubbed with the creams and stones, and the hot towels. The process here was so quick. This is definitely the place to go if you're pressed on time and want to be in and out. My gel manicure ($30) looked nice. We were both done getting our manis and pedis in an hour which is really quick since the pedis were done sitting in the chair, and the manis at a the table. read more

I went in on a Thursday afternoon with some of my gfs and sadly all disappointed. My pedicure wasn't even 10 minutes. The lady tried to up-sale when I had told her I wanted the basic pedicure package. She then insisted I get gel polish on my toes. I politely said no thank you but she insisted I get it. Then when she was giving me my change she gave me 4 five dollar bills. I left them on the counter asking for change. She takes one of the 5's and gives me 1's. I asked for more change and she deadass ignored me. Then I repeated CAN I PLEASE HAVE CHANGE? She then finally acknowledged me and give me 5 more 1's. All I can think was wow am I really getting treated like this?? Then it occurred to me. They were just being racist towards a young Latina woman. My 2 Caucasian friends were treated like royalty. Only had one nail tech during their appointment. One of my friends actually got the same exact thing I got. A fill and a pedicure and she paid $60.
