Manicure pedicure

As a man it is sometimes difficult to find a place where I feel welcome and not judged for being a heterosexual man who like getting a manicure and pedicure every week. I was very happy with my mani pedi and would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Ken!

I've been going here for years I even got my prom nails done. Now three years later I'm still coming back to this place. I've gotten some acrylic nails but nothing beats my usual Lavender Signature pedicure. My mom and I still fight about me getting dark colors.

The service was clean, quick, and the final look was great! I got a french manicure using UV gel and natural pedicure

They got me in as a walk in and were so sweet. Tiffany had the touch of an angel and did such an incredible job on my nails! She was so sweet and we had a great time chatting. The salon is super clean and everyone there was friendly. Highly recommend!!

Went to get a full set and and ombré color and she did a great job. Took my daughter here a few weeks ago for her first full set and they looked awesome.

delicious lashes

I recently tried eyelash extensions for the first time and Jenny made it such a pampering experience ! Took us 2 hours but I fell asleep like 90% of the time lol I love them as they really wake up the eyes and add that extra 'oomph' into any makeup look Best part is I can't even feel them on most of the time .. Will continue having them kept with her help If you're interested, her prices can range between $80-100 for first times and ~$50 for refills. Can't beat that considering you could pay much more for the same results. Come see Jenny at Tracy's Nails when you get the chance !!

Been coming here for 3 years. Service is great! Ever since Susan bought this location over the service is outstanding!

Had a great experience at this nail salon. It was clean, easy going&the staff was wonderful. I got the dip nail powder stuff (not sure the correct name) It looks really nice&the price was cheaper there than most nail salons. When I was done they gave me a bag filled with sweet things like a nail file, buffer, etc. for being a first time customer. I really enjoyed the sweet gesture. You can tell they really care about their clients&aren't a nail salon who rushes you in&out so they can make as much money as possible. I will be going back to test out their pedi services! There was a lady getting one while I was getting my nails done&she looked so relaxed while the man was massaging her feet/legs.

I was seated at table 6 in the back and a man did my nails (didn't get his name as he didn't speak to me other than to ask what color I wanted). Positives: Lots of dip colors to select from. I also liked the shape of my nails. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call. Cons: This time I wanted to keep my nails long, but the tech never asked me about what shape or length I wanted. Tech used cotton balls with acetone to melt the dip off my nails, but when there was still a lot of dip on my naila after first soak, he used his own fingernails to scrape the remaining old polish off the nails and then used a nail file to do a whole lot of buffing, versus just putting the acetone on for a 2nd round like other places will do in this situation (pretty sure this thinned my actual nails quite a bit as they feel flexible instead of hard). Tech only applied 2 layers of dip. After one week, my nails have already started lifting at the edges and the dip is separating from the nail tips. I am having to go back to my normal salon to have them redone properly.

The first time I went in, the nail tech Jimmy (who also happens to be the owner) did an absolutely stellar job on my nails, so much so that I wanted to become a regular at this place (first photo) The environment is clean and he seemed so friendly. The following time I went in I chose a burnt orange color that I guess had not been used in a while. I had called the day before for my appointment, a full set and a fill, but when I came in, they seemed very rushed. I found out later it was because they had offered the people before me pedicures a half hour after my appointment, not enough time for mine and my friends nails to be done. Because of this, the work was sloppy. My coffin nails were not shaped well, they began peeling on the way home, and my friends nails were lifting the next day (second and third photo). I called Jimmy and he offered for me to come back, saying it was my fault because I didn't put my nails into the machine to dry correctly. He redid the work, and the next day they were peeling again. I assume it is because the polish wasn't used in a while, because I have had acrylics many times before and have never had this issue. I went on a vacation the next day for a week and by the time I came back my nails were wrecked (fourth photo). I didn't want to come back but I wanted them to see the wreckage of my nails. I got a new fill and it was done nicely (last photo). I decided that it had just been a miscommunication and it would be fine. Friday (10/29), I called for an appointment at 4 for a new full set and a pedicure on Monday (11/1). The lady on the phone told me 4 would not work, and to instead come at 4:15. When I came in at 4:15 Jimmy acted as though we had never met, and told me I was late for my 4pm appointment for a pedicure. Confused, I told him that it was at 4:15 as a full set AND a pedicure, and I explained the phone call confirming it was at 4:15. VERY annoyed, Jimmy rolled his eyes and said "Fine. You will need to wait at least 10 minutes and I guess I will have to do your nails first. Go wash your hands." I went to wash my hands and realized this was not worth the risk of the nails coming out yucky again. I have a wedding this weekend and it was not worth it. I politely told them "I think I'm going to go somewhere else, but thank you anyway!" To which Jimmy waved his hand without looking up and said "Sorry." I hear they are under new management, but I am really upset with how "new" management handled the situation. I have brought my mom and friends to this place, but because of this back and forth and unreasonably rude customer service, I will not be coming back. :( I wish them luck in the future.
