I just recently moved back to the east side and I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. It's very clean. Everyone cleans their tools and the equipment is in perfect condition. I didn't worry about a chance of infection when going in there today. Everyone is also extremely kind. Every employee in the salon greeted me with a hello and a smile. It was nice because other nail salons aren't as friendly. The prices are also extremely reasonable. It's hard to find a nail salon that won't break the bank but everyone here is absolutely amazing. So first let me say this is NOT a technician issue. This is owner or management. But this is the 3rd consecutive time I have been in the salon for a deluxe pedicure that my technician was dividing her time between me and one other client. They clearly are resisting paying additional staff, and requiring the techs to take on multiple clients at once. They have a routine. They seat you and run the water and then you wait 10 minutes for the technician to finish another client. Then they begin your pedicure. Once they reach a stopping point ( in this case once the parrafin wax treatment was on my feet) they begin on a new client and leave you waiting for 30 minutes until THAT new client is at a stopping point, at which time they finish yours. The last two times I visited it took an hour and 45 minutes, and then almost 2 hours for my pedicure. While I understand this is to be relaxing, I don't have that length of time to spend most days. I have never experienced a deluxe pedicure in any other salon that took much more than an hour. Today I didn't have that long to wait, so after 10 minutes, I said exactly that and was finished in 90 minutes, from seated to paid. It is important to mention that the pedicure is a good one, and the techs are doing the best they can with what they are given, so I still left a 30% tip. The only negative (and I believe it was this time only) is that she rubbed my legs with a hot damp towel at the end, before starting to paint my toes, which removes all the moisture I just got from the lotions, oils, and massage. Unfortunately, i have learned my lesson and will have to look for a new salon. It's a shame, because the location is ideal for me. read more

Had a very bad encounter. Nail tech was not friendly and caused a lot of pain during both mani and pedi chopping away at skin that wasn't dead. Then she looked at me like a was crazy when I asked her to dk a better job on second coat of painting because I could see thru it to the first coat. She waved me off. This was my first time with that type of nail, so I wasn't sure what to ask for except that I wanted my own nails again. They fit me in without an appointment and knew what needed to be done. The gal who did it was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure I was pleased with the results before I left. It was only $10 to have them removed and she spent quite a bit of time with me. I recently tried eyelash extensions for the first time and Jenny made it such a pampering experience ! Took us 2 hours but I fell asleep like 90% of the time lol I love them as they really wake up the eyes and add that extra 'oomph' into any makeup look Best part is I can't even feel them on most of the time .. Will continue having them kept with her help If you're interested, her prices can range between $80-100 for first times and ~$50 for refills. I got the dip nail powder stuff (not sure the correct name) It looks really nice&the price was cheaper there than most nail salons. When I was done they gave me a bag filled with sweet things like a nail file, buffer, etc. for being a first time customer. I really enjoyed the sweet gesture. This place is amazing! I'm usually a walk-in because my schedule is super crazy with 3 jobs and I've never been turned away. The staff is super friendly and nice. It's clean and doesn't smell like a "nail salon." I recommend the deluxe pedicure it has hot stones, a paraffin wax treatment and hot towels too! You also get to choose what smell you want, they all smell amazing and it's hard to choose so I usually have them choose it for me. read more

Made an appt for 9am with Susan because when Jenny did my nails the rhinestones and gel popped off or peeled the next day. Well Susan the owner/Manger whatever was 10mins late for my appt which is now the second time she's been late for apprs last time it was 30mins. Was super rude just ignored me the entire time,then got up in the middle of my fill and was gone a good 5mins with no warning like excuse me I'll be right back. These places are notorious for making you seem important your first visit then treat you like garbage. I will go back to final touch and wait for good nails then be treated like I am here. You should respect our time like you expect us to respect yours. If you have an appt at 9am when you open don't show up 10mins late. read more

HORRIBLE. So disappointed! My nails are all different shapes and the paint job is horrible. Some nails are pointy and some are rounded?? I asked for colored tips and the lines are all crooked and not the same at all! Service was horrible as well. I got my nails done at a different salon and went to Tracy's for a fill and they were laughing at my previous nails and made me feel awful and uncomfortable! They didn't talk to me at all, only amongst themselves and would make eye contact with me and laugh while they were talking! Completely unprofessional and rude! I will never recommend anyone to go here and waste their money! If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

I've been here three times for a hot oil pedi. The first two times were excellent and I was thrilled with the results. The last visit wasn't that good. I had not seen this person before. She asked if I wanted my nailes cut and I said a little however, she cut them way too short. Otherwise the prices are great. Lots of colors to choose from. Thought I'd give an updated review since my last one. I have been going to this salon exclusively since my first visit, nearly a year ago. The shop is always clean, the service has been consistently great, and the staff beyond courteous and friendly. I've yet to be disappointed with the service I get when I go in. I love that they consistently check that I am satisfied with the length and shape of the nails I get no matter how many times I've been in the shop, because you never know when you might switch it up! I appreciate that it's never a given with them and they ask before proceeding. Love the recent design I just got. I picked the color, and there are so many to choose from.
