Got a mani/pedi as a walk in. Immediately was greeted and asked to pick my colors. I was nervous to say I wanted five for my mani and they were so nice about it saying it wasn't a problem. While receiving my pedi a woman took my old color off and once finished immediately was seated to receive my mani. Was in and out in an hour. Couldn't be happier. Facility is clean and the equipment used was taken out of a sealed bag to insure cleanliness. 10 outta 10 experience. read more

I have been coming here with my daughter since she was 6 years old. That is 20 years now. I have moved quite a distance away from this nail salon, but make it in a couple of times a year when I am in the area. I have to say today was the most disappointing visit yet. I signed in on the clipboard for a Mani/ pedi and was asked if I had an appointment, I told her no. She went and ran the water for my pedicure. It's a good thing that I know that I'm supposed to go pick out a color... Because I was not instructed to do so. She told me to go sit in the pedicure chair. One of the male workers walked into the salon and came over and sat down to begin my pedicure. The water in the Basin was cold. That is the first time I've ever had it cold LOL. While it was very weird... I didn't mind it horribly because I get these fabulous hot flashes from time to time. So the cold water actually felt nice LOL. I had carefully selected a photo of what I wanted done to my nails. The guy did a Superfast brush over with the foot grater thing which really did absolutely nothing with taking off anything rough from the bottom of my foot. He did a very fast leg and foot massage I was a little disappointed. He painted my toenails got up and said okay give it 5 minutes and walked away, he never asked me if I wanted a design put on my nails?! After 5 minutes he came over and put my flip-flops on my feet and went and stood at the register! I just stood there looking at him in confusion telling him I wanted to have A manicure too. He quickly did my hands, again just with the main color and talking to you the other two girls in the salon the entire time ( in whatever language they spoke... Never English and never to myself... The paying customer). he never asked what shape I wanted my nails, square or rounded. He did them in whatever shape he felt like doing and did not even round off or make the corners of my nails round so that I'm not stabbing myself. He looked at me and said very abruptly "go wash your hands." After returning from washing my hands he again, very abruptly, looks at me and says "you pay now!" At this point I was so annoyed with him that I paid for the $37 mani pedi knowing full well I was not giving him a tip. He , again, never asked if I wanted nail art on my fingernails and told me to go sit under the light. I know darn well that there is no way possible that the salon is owned by the original people from 20 years ago. Never would they ever treat a paying customer the way I was treated. I will not be returning here. I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

My friend and I decided to try this place since we were in the area, both of us Pedicures. The place was empty since it was morning so our pedicures went quickly. My friend was charged an extra $5 for using the heel grater... I've never seen an extra charge for that. When it came to pay, the machine was very slow and declined my card twice, the receipt said something was offline, I explained to the lady that it was her machine..(I'm not broke) and she yelled out "you have NO money!" How rude!!!!! I won't be back. Ever. read more

My mom and I both had appointments at 2:30, we pulled up at 2:25 and saw 3 ladies walk in while we were still getting out of the car. By the time we walked they sat them down and took them before us and asked US to come back in 30 or 40 mins while they finished them when it was us how had an appointment which we made weeks before. read more

I always make sure I don't get my nails done before coming into town so I can come here! They've been my go-to place for years (even when i lived in Tucson), the prices are decent and normal for the area. It's a family business a husband and wife own it, she'll more than likely do your acrylics while he'll do toes. Always pleased when I come in! read more

My second visit here was not pleasant what so ever. My friend and I called and made an appointment for the morning (which was no problem) there was only one other lady being helped when we arrived. The staff continued to exclaim how busy it was meanwhile there was no one waiting to be helped. My appointment was interrupted several times because the man talked to his cousin on the phone, kept walking over to the other lady to touch up her nails. He proceeded to keep stopping his work on my nails to help other customers nails as they came in without appointments. I found it extremely unprofessional to dart back and forth between customers. He also was snappy and rude with me and my friend when we had minor requests about touch ups. No tip from me. read more

Every time I go the owner "(Amy)" cuts my hands till I bleed while doing my full sets or fills. She's always rushing for no reason...I would recommend asking for someone else or not going at all...she just says "ohhh sorry" like she doesn't know she did it when it's every time. I have multiple friends who use to go as well and they always cut their hands to. read more
