My sister and I both got pedicures here and it was an awesome experience! We called before to schedule an appointment just in case but I don't think it was necessary, they helped people that walked in while we were there within 5 mins. When we arrived they had us pick out colors my sister got gel (white), I got regular polish (mint) for our pedicures. We sat in the massage chairs and asked if we wanted water. They got started right away the women I believe was the owner helped us, she was very friendly. There were no bags in the foot bath area which worried me for a bit but then I saw someone leave and they immediately cleaned the tub with Lysol and I saw them clean the nail clippers as well. I immediately was greeted and sat the technician had to assist someone else for a short bit and when she returned she was super apologetic (I had made them aware I was on a time crunch when I arrived) which showed her respect for my time she was the mother of the owner and so sweet she finished up and I only had 30 minutes till I had to leave I said I'd be back for a full set but the owner insisted she could have me out in time so I trusted her I kid you not she knocked out a full set (short squovel solid gel set) in 30 minutes!!! Plus had great conversation while doing it where I found out it's truely a family run business consisting of her sister mother brother and sister in law. I have come here probably 8-10 times. First time was great and every time after was just subpar. I would always leave with bubbles in the nails and when I would ask the nail techs to clean it up you could tell they were not pleased. I went in to get a fill a couple days ago and my nails were probably an inch and a half long. I had them cut it down to under a quarter inch and do a simple French tip and it was $50 before tip. All the other times it had been 30-40 for a fill in nails that were over an inch longer. On their price menu fills are $20 and up. But I was charged 50 for a simple French tip and extremely short nails. It costs that much to get a full set from the same place. I understand that prices are going up but gouging loyal customers this much is just not what one would expect. read more

I walked in at noon on a Saturday afternoon, no appointment and was greeted with smiles and only a 15 minute wait (which I felt was the perfect opportunity to walk over to the Starbucks inside Safeway and get myself a nice cold venti passion tea!). Upon my return, I was in a chair quickly and soaking for my pedicure. My tech was great, she consulted with me to see what length I wanted to leave my toenails and was very friendly and thorough. I opted for a sugar scrub, which was long and heavenly! I brought my own polish in (turned up turquoise...it's the most perfect turquoise ever), which guaranteed I got the specific color I wanted and will come in handy if I need to touch anything up, and they were more than fine with that. Tony worked his magic and did a simple, but pretty design on my big toes in what seemed like no time at all. I left with happy feet and beautifully polished toes, all for a very reasonable price! The owner asked me where I go to get my nails done and if I've gone any other place (about 3months ago) and I had said I come here or final touch nail salon. After that she barely talks to me when I come. She is very short just saying how's the length or wash your hands. Full set acrylic $25/ fill in $15/gel $15 extra/cut down $3 The pedicures are cheap especially since you can get a sugar scrub for only $3 extra. This is my place to go for a mani/pedi & eyebrow waxing needs. It is family oriented operated clean salon. I went in a day before Mother's Day & they treated everyone equally. It was fairly busy but it's always busy & they do their best to make sure every one is accommodating & relaxed. They offer free water & soda. I love the quality & affordable services. The quality is so good that my polish lasts longer than a month. "Gel is the way to go!" They treat me like family & always ask about my son. I came back here today. Total mistake. I have no idea why they were so busy. I waited about 15 minutes to be seated for my pedicure. They had 2 new female workers and one male. I got one of the females. Dreadful job. On top of that she was slow. Didn't push back the cuticle, cut my nails way, way to short, did a horrible polish job, didn't get my callous off and did a poor massage. After she did my pedicure, she left me sitting for about 15 minutes. I finally asked if someone was going to do my nails. I've never seen so many people, who are working, on their phones. Last time I was here, I noticed one of the males watching TV the whole time he did my nails. They hide the phone next to them in the manicure or pedicure station, like in a drawer. They have a headset on and watch it the whole time they are working! This time, even though they were busy, I noticed 2 or 3 people watching TV or talking on their phones. In this case, I truly think I got a new nail technician and she did a crappy job but the whole phone thing here drives me nuts. read more

I had come here a few years ago and thought it was pretty good. However, I came in a few weeks ago and the owners daughters husband did my nails. Let me tell you. It was the worst experience ever. I got dip nails. When he was done with filling, I simply asked if he could make my middle finger nail thinner because literally it looked like a big blob on my nail, so much thicker than the rest. You would not believe the response I got, more like reaction. He rolled his eyes and grabbed my hand HARD and began to file. Digging the nail file into my cuticle, making it bleed. I said, ouch, please don't do that. This went on for awhile because my nail was still so huge compared to the others. He grabbed my hands again SO HARD. And I was like, "excuse me, don't grab my hand like that!!!" Are you kidding me! I couldn't believe this was happening. The owner comes over and is like "what do you want" HE BLOWS UP AND BEGINS CUSSING SAYING OUT OF ALL MY YEARS THIS NEVER HAPPENED. Literally acting crazy. And took off so upset walking off ANGRY. The owner takes over and is doing my nails so rough and says oh you know he's just doing his best. REALLY?! I went in this wknd with my two daughters. We all had pedi's and my daughter a full set of acrylics. We didn't have an appointment and it was a Saturday. I had no problem with the wait time as it was only about 30 min and there were a ton of newer magazines and a big comfy sofa to wait on. The pedi chairs actually have a massage that works well! The only negative thing is I should have paid attention when my mails were being trimmed as they ended up being cut down too short. The woman that helped us check out was very appreciative that we were patient and waited. She thanked us several times for coming. Oh and everyone spoke English! No uncomfortable convos happening! The bubbles on my chair didn't work for my pedicure so that's where I took some stars because I paid full price to soak my feet in lukewarm still water. The pedicure did come out nice though. I got a gel manicure but the gentleman rushed through it so much that it's peeling less than 7 days later. Today is day seven and 8 nails have loose gel polish by my cuticle. Son and his wife are not specialized when it comes to gel, without fail it lasts 6 days before it lifts. Son has cut my cuticles multiple times in which left them bleeding an sore for about 1.5 days after they were done.Son also watches TV on his phone in his desk as he does my nails (I have only allowed him do complete my nails twice) which I think leads to the accidental slicing of my fingers. His wife speaks zero English and it makes it difficult to communicate what I wanted (the first time) the second time I decided to show her a picture of the shape I wanted (classic Disney princess round) and she too nicked my cuticles causing them to bleed. However; the place is always clean, Son's mother and grandmother are great at pedicures and acrylics. Although I have felt the grandmother has overstepped when saying my mother needed to shave her legs more (which she cannot because she has bad eczema) no one should be made to feel bad when they go to a place to relax. read more
