Because my phone has the picture quality of a potato, I was assisted by a friend in taking these.

I've grown out my natural nails for a few weeks, but I'm not the best at shaping or painting them, so they normally stay bare/basic. One of my nails got a tear in it this weekend, somehow. I wanted to keep them instead of cutting them and letting them grow again, so I decided to go to a professional. I looked around online and Pacific Nails had pretty good reviews, so I stopped by on my way to Casa Film Bar. I let them know that I just wanted basic nail polish for my mani+pedi and that I was hoping it wouldn't take too long. To save time, my nail tech did my nails standing up while I was in the pedicure chair-- and there were zero mistakes. It was impressive. My nails look great, and for $3 they covered the broken nail with dip powder so that I could keep my length. Everyone working there was nice and I was done in about an hour.

Holographic nails after another salon messed them up.

I've been going to Pacific Nails for two years because they're the best in Tucson. Sue and Cindy are so kind and amazing at nails. I've tried other salons in Tucson and had to come to Pacific Nails the next day to fix my nails... TWICE. I would recommend this salon to anyone and have actually gotten some of my friend to become lifelong customers.

Hit or miss... but I won't keep trying because the misses are adding up This last time I can't believe how bad this fill and gel polish look... I honestly don't understand how a manicurist could see this and think, Okay that's fine...?

I am sooooo happy that I found Pacific Nails in Tucson! I have been looking for a nail shop that is clean, uses proper cleaning and sterilization techniques for nail and feet fungus, and a place where the people are nice and make you feel welcome, well I finally found the place, and it's Pacific Nails on Speedway and N. Tucson Blvd. The owners, Ken and Lilly are the nicest people who love to laugh and have fun, it was a breath of fresh air coming to them. It's a family business and everyone is so nice and you can tell they really appreciate all of their customers and do the best job they can, even after being in the business for over 20 years, Lilly makes sure that you are happy with their services. Now in addition to wanting a clean, nice place, of course I also have been looking for a spot that does nails really good and listens to me and what I want, and again Pacific Nails met and surpassed my expectations. My nails look natural, beautiful and petite as my nails should be and are naturally, but sometimes you go places and my nails end up all fat looking .. well not here, no way .. I can't tell you how satisfied I am!! This wonderful nail shop will be my go to place as long as I'm in Tucson. Their prices are very reasonable and I was in and out of there, but didn't feel rushed at all. They also take credit cards or debit with no crazy high fee like another palace, but I will mention that they only take cash for tips, so make sure and bring some cash for that, and believe me, they earned every penny of my money!! Thank you Lilly and everyone at Pacific Nails, you are the best!!!

Nail polish on my skin and uneven.

Overpriced, unprofessional, not clean and unskillful. I wish that there was a 0 star option. The quality of work is very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment, and right as I walked in I got a bad feeling. The environment was dirty and nothing was set up. The table I went to was not clean. When getting my nails shaped, the girl made me feel like I was an inconvenience by rolling her eyes. The girl that did my nails kept tossing her tools around the table and she was rushing the entire time. Burning my fingers a few times when sanding them I was very upset towards the end of my appointment. I am definitely going to another nail salon do have someone perform higher quality work. Don't waste your time coming to this nail salon.

Mind you this isn't just on my skin it's all nail and that's how bad the acrylic and gel look.

I really loved this place at first when I had Lily do my nails. However, her husband insisted he do my nails this time I came in since she was busy. I said I'd rather wait, but he insisted again so I gave it a shot. He did a horrible job. I got gel polish and he said to leave my hands in the light for five mins.. I knew that was wrong since I've been getting gel for years. I waited about three mins then called lily over and she said 5 mins was much too long, as I expected. She put the acetone on my nails and then started yelling at her husband for doing such a bad job. The gel looked like it melted off my nails and was on my fingers. Also the shape of my nails were uneven and the acrylic was just done awful. (Plus he makes your fingers bleed) If you go here, do not let the man do your nails! Lily does an amazing job, she shouldn't have her husband giving the place a bad rep! Okay I just went back to pacific nails to see if they would at least fix the paint job. They claimed my nails looked fine and they wanted to charge me for them to fix it. Never going here again! See my picture, and if that looks normal to you LMK.

Lily did my super cute nails on valentine's day! Yes there's a little glue or whatever left on one of my fingers but it came right off with no problem! Always a great experience and my nails always look amazing! See you soon!

French tip gone wrong
Leah H.

The picture says it all! This was suppose to be a French TIP! I'm not one for confrontation so I just left and cried as soon as I got into my car! I'm a single mother who has been saving for a few months to get my nails done and it's been more of a nightmare than anything else! After talking to family and friends I've decided I'm going to go back and ask for a refund, problem is they are closed on Monday so I'm stuck with these horrible "French tip" nails until Tuesday! I even showed him a picture of what I wanted them to look like and the end result is FAR from it! I just can't believe he thought this was ok! Fingers crossed I get a refund because I do not want them to attempt to "fix it" when they didn't even use new nail files! I cringed when he started using already used nail files on my hands, and he cut my cuticle and fingers! Let's hope I don't get MRSA! Stay far far away from this place! Excuse me while I go cry some more LOL.

I come here when I need my nails and feet done and have never walked out disappointed. Cindy makes sure my nails are on point! The owners definitely take their time to make Sure their clients walk out happy. Price is fair and you're in and out.

Great place. Locally owned. Wonderful family. Very clean. Mom and Pop like... Frequent Flier tip: go during off peak hours... As with any business, when it's busy it might feel rushed and attention to detail may be less but these two work very hard and are both excellent at what they do.

I was visiting Tuscon and decided to go get my nails done. Acrylics are $25 but if you want almond shaped it's $30. Which I thought was a very fair price for how even and straight they look and how little time it took to get them done. Overall I'm really happy with the result. My only complaints are that there was a pretty long wait time and the place kinda smelled funny.

Cindy was amazing and so friendly! Nicest nail tech I've ever had, and best gel nail manicure I've ever had. I had a hard time picking a place in Tucson to get my nails done since I just moved here but I'm glad I picked pacific nails!

This place falls just in between 2/3 stars. I have gone to check them out since they are my new neighborhood salon. The first time I was in a hurry and while I didn't mention that I was out very quickly with a gel manicure that lasted just about a month and in good condition besides the grow out. While the manicure itself was almost nonexistent, I was impressed with the speed and longevity of the nail color. I did go in later in the afternoon and while my nail tech was friendly maybe this explained the speed? Since then I have returned another time with more time to spare and hoping that the earlier hour would allow for a more leisure experience. Nope. I was rushed through a pedi & gel mani just as quickly as before with minimal scrub/cleanse/massage etc. This time my skin had a little more tint due to the nail color but that obviously washes off eventually. So if you're in a rush or just need a no frills service this place is just fine and I would definitely consider it for that. If you are looking for a more pampered experience then it's a no-go.

First, I love Eminence products and this is one salon in Tucson that has this amazing brand! I…read morefound out about this brand after having a facial here. Love at first application. Emily, the aesthetician, is awesome and gives recommendations that best suit your skin needs. The power peel facial is my favorite! Also, the decor is just girly glam. Greentoes is a great way to pamper yourself whether it be a pedicure/manicure, facial or massage. PS Best pedicure I have ever had is here! Doesn't matter who you book with as all the technicians are professional and friendly. I usually just get a regular manicure and they last a week! I have pets and dump out cat boxes and pick up dog poo, hence a lot of hand washing and still the lacquer lasts!

It's pretty rare to find a place that doesn't use conventional chemicals in their manicures and…read morepedicures. That's what drew me to Greentoes. While it's true that they are more expensive than conventional nail salons, there's a reason for that. You'll also need to book pretty far in advance if you are looking for a certain time of day, for example a weekday morning. I'm not someone who gets my nails done on a regular basis, it's kind of just a special occasion type of thing. And also results will vary just depending on the technician you get. I've seen at least three different people there and the end result is always different. Generally though, if you are looking for a place to go that offers options that are better than the super-toxic options, this is a place to check out.
