I will never be returning to this place again. I had just moved to the area and it was my new nail spot but I came in yesterday and the person I made an appointment was not even there and the woman who worked on my nail was so quick and rushed everything to the point where my nail was aching when I left. Got a gel manicure on 5/31 and it's already lifting on multiple nails 6/3. This place is a great pedicure spot but manicure prep is lacking to where it won't even last a week. Service here is very friendly but a little frustrating with time management issues. Several times I've started with one person and got moved to another person to finish my nails. Not bad except I noticed quality is not consistent because of that. Details totally get missed. I'm certainly not the only one either. I had a 10:30 pedicure reservation and when I arrived all the employees were starting pedicures with other customers. No apologies, no acknowledgement that they had made an error. To start it all off, the vibe and decorations were amazing, most definitely gave christmas. The service was perfect, i walked in without an appointment and they got me in within 15 minutes. The hours on the front door and online say they're open until 7pm and walk-ins are welcome. I was so disappointed today when I arrived at 6:15pm and the staff sent me away. The store had one customer in the middle of a service and several staff not assisting anyone. I had been here one time prior and they did good on my nails, but they didn't have the color I wanted. I tried them again with my acrylic refill and it was AWFUL. My nails were grown out (i'll admit) but i have NEVER had a nail salon tell me my nails were "too outgrown" for a refill and that they needed to be taken off and a new set put on.... WHAT?! Not thinking much of it, I agreed thinking they would take the time to soak off my nails to give me new ones... NOPE. The tech straight up just ripped my old acrylics off - even when I told her it hurt she just kept going. Like, I could have ripped them off myself at home and saved myself time. I asked if we're ripping these off, should I just let my nails rest for a bit? She said no... then continues to put acrylic over top my very sore and raw fingernails. She then cannot do a task for more than 30 seconds without reaching for her phone. There were plenty of other nail techs available.... if you HAVE to answer your phone then let another tech do my nails because I don't feel like sitting here for forever as you pause every 30 seconds for something else. To top it off, she was so concerned talking to people while buffing my nails that it hurt so bad my nails were throbbing for almost 24 hours after my appt. When my nails is training a new nail technician, they should discount the price . I had a pedi and dip . The pedi was good. The dip was the worst . After the new tech dipped my nails , he sanded. Then he sanded to deep so he then painted my nail with gel . Then put the last hard top coat on . One of the experienced nail tech picked up on what he was doing. She tried to stop him but he continued. He also nicked my cuticles to the point of bleeding. The experienced nail tech put Neosporin on my bloody cuticles . After all of this horrible experience they charged me FULL price . I understand everyone has to learn. Don't charge full price for a botched up job . read more

Decent experience. The male working there acted put out to take care of my nails. Then sat and relaxed and waited for the lady to be done to take care of my nails. He wouldn't do them. So I waited too. The lady next to me had Lucy and she did a wonderful job of taking care of callus removal and massage and trimming. My lady spent very little time. Probably the worst full set I've ever gotten. The staff was friendly and they were short staffed. I wish when I had called they would have told me they were busy and couldn't accept walk ins. The wait to even get started was 20min not terrible since I just walked in. But finishing up a full set in two hours with no design. The tech slapped on the acrylics glue all over my fingers. When it came to filing my nails to the shape I wanted she nicked me multiple times. She rushed the whole thing. Never ever will I go back. Stopped in for an impromptu pedicure when I could not get into my regular salon and was VERY pleased. The little gal that helped me was wonderful! I decided I wanted the deluxe pedi (not sure what they called it) which was $40. It was SO worth it, she took care and time from start to finish and did not rush through it like many salons do to get you in and out. I was there relaxing for at least an hour while she scrubbed, clipped and moisturized. She is the first person to give me a pedicure in years that actually cut my toe nails short, like I like them. I will definitely be back here. The salon was very clean, the staff really nice and welcoming. They ask that you give tips in cash, so make sure you have some when you come! I noticed that the reviews that are 1 star, 2 out of 3 have never reviewed any other businesses. I did not take any stock in their reviews, and I am glad that I didn't. I will be back. read more

Clean shop, an array of polish colors to choose from and noticed they offer other topline nail services upon entering the establishment which is posted on outside of entrance door. Would of given an extra star, but no price menu to see what exactly is offered. Besides that, I do recommend this nail salon and will be back. I've been getting my nails done forever in Tucson. Never have I been to a more welcoming place with a beautiful staff. They have become family to me. I continued to go because of the wonderful job they do. Everytime I'm very satisfied with my nails. So with going so much.... I've created a relationship/family with them. I don't get my nails done so I wasn't sure were to go, I brought a young lady in that is visiting my family. She brought a picture and showed them what she wanted and walked out crying. They pulled her old nails off and then just stuck on some tips, didn't paint like we asked or anything. I think I could of done better myself with a Wal-Mart kit. We came back the next day (should of walked right back in then but so upset just wanted to get home) and just asked for our money back and to get the nails off because of the pain. Oh boy did we get yelled at. To bad because Debbie was super nice. I told the owner she needs to be more professional.
