Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and came out with almost 3rd degree burns on my feet and ankles. When I sat down and put my feet in the water, the water was scorching hot. There was no way I could put my feet in the water so I just kept my feet out and on top where your feet rest when getting your toe nails clipped. My friend that was getting her hands done across from me told her nail tech my water was too hot, so she looked at me through the glass window and said "oh it's too hot?" I then responded yes. She then looked away and proceeded w her client. I sat there for about 2-3 minutes w my feet out. Then a lady came by and asked oh is that too hot? I said yes, she let out a little water and put some cold water and walked away. I tried dipping my feet in the water again and it felt exactly the same, so there I go again w waiting another couple minutes before she came back. She then got a bucket and took out a few scoops of water and put the water on and walked away. At this point I was sitting there maybe 15 minutes w out being able to put my feet in the water, I then bared and grinned the hot water and by the time they came around and I pulled out my feet of the water my feet looked like I had the worst sunburn, bright red, my feet were swollen and my skin hurt when they touched it. The lady even said oh wow, your feet burn, the water still hot huh... Any way, I was very tender w the rest of the pedicure. My skin stayed bright red for at least an hour before the red started going down. Worst part of it all... when she put the hot rag on my legs to wipe off the lotion from the massage I told her ouch, that hurts, it burns and is too hot for my skin, can you please let the rag cool first. SHE LAUGHED and continued putting the hot rag on my legs! Look I know there were some language barriers there but she just said to me in English the water was hot so I knew she understood that I was telling her that the rag was too hot and it hurt me. The nail techs next to her looked at me and her repeatedly while I was telling her not to put the rag on me anymore and they didn't say a thing! I honestly thought that I was going to have blisters on my feet and ankles but luckily my feet and ankles did not blister, but are still swollen the next day. That's my rant of my terrible experience. Hopefully I save someone from a terrible painful experience w this post. read more

Poor service. The nail tech cut me, left cuticles on my hands. Utensils aren't sanitized between customers. I had to ask to have polish cleaned off my skin. Spa pedicures are not done Friday -Sat. There are limited nail polishes. Most of their selection is shellac. Dipping colors are also limited. The nail tech tried to blame me for forgetting my manicure then later admitted she thought another nail tech was going to do it. Which lead to a rushed manicure. I had been going to this nail salon for a long time and this last time I noticed I had a dark area surrounding my thumb. It turned out to be fungus and the tech did not stop the gel procedure. Instead he disregarded it and said he'd put medicine on it the next time I came in. Well, I went back a couple days later and got the gel of the thumb and ended up getting a fungus killer. It really didnt help so I found a place that had to literally cut off my nail and destroy the fungus on not one thumb but two!!! I am not happy and will never return. I was scheduled for a Pedicure at 9am the staff didn't show up until 8 minutes after 9! My pedicure didn't start until 9:15am and only lasted 25 minutes the worst pedicure. It was short he was rushing soaked for a little bit, scrubbed my feet with the calius real quick rinse it off, put oil, lotion for massage, wiped off with hot towel then polished my nails. I'm 25 minute this is not a pedicure don't waste you money like I just did! read more

This past Friday I went and had acrylics put on at My Nails only because my normal place was booked all day. Well when the lady did my nails, I had have her redo multiple nails multiple time because the nail polish was not evenly put on, I left unhappy. Over the next two days I noticed that the pinkie nails were too small and the nail polish was still unevenly put on and did not go to the bottom of nails. I went back on Sunday after work to have them fixed. The lady at the point only repainted them a different color because the polish I used just two days before was no where to be found. I still left with the pinkie nails too small. The next day grabbing my purse I had two nails break, and that should not have happened. I went back Tuesday morning when they opened to get my money back, and the lady proceeded to cut down all my nails so I could not get the two broken ones fixed at another salon, but have to get a full new set done. I ended up getting my money and tip back, but this has been hands down the worse I have ever gotten! read more

I am so glad I went here to have my nails done for my son's wedding. This was an awesome experience. I did not have an appointment yet they saw me right away. Dalana was the lady who did my nails. She was very good and paid close attention to all of the small details. The place was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Honestly I wouldn't give any stars. My problem is lifting with acrylics and many of these nails techs don't know how to shape coffin. Had the worst nail guy, where I was in tears leaving. And I'm like no I'm not going to pay for something I'm not happy with. So I went back like 30 minutes later and had someone else fix it. And these nail techs just need more practice or schooling. Talked shit in front of me in their native tongue, both looked on at me and laughed out loud, then told me in English she couldn't do my French tip "perfectly" because I had stubbed my toe and chipped my nail. The most horrible nail salon I have ever been to in my life!!! Don't ever go here if you value customer service. For starters, we had an appointment only to be greeted with a "hurry-up" attitude because she had another appointment right behind ours. Only one technician was available for 3 appointments so I was thrown to someone else and he was the most rudest man I've met in a while. He yelled at me to sit down and make up my mind what I wanted, then repeated to me 12 times that he does not do designs and maybe I should wait and ask someone else, then barked at me to turn to face him while I was told to ask another tech if she would design!!! Another tech walked up to me to see what I wanted and by this time I had it and told my mom I was tired of people barking at me and said such and that's when this guy told me I will not service you, you can leave, get out. Needless to say that was the only thing worth of being heard and all of us happily left. There's a reason why the shop was empty when their competitors was full to the brim across the street. If you aren't from this area or town I wouldn't waste your time here unless it was last resort. They started me with one lady and she was too busy for me to even listen or do what I asked. I wanted one thing down then she said no you need to do this one I don't have time. I'm mean I'm a paying customer I feel like I should be able to choose what I want either way? Some other customer came in and they were rude to them and I even think the owner as well. I could tell how he was speaking to them that they were gonna her mad eventually and they did. They also don't have anyone who can really design and I almost feel like all the salons usually have a person who's talented in that department. I have left over gel and color from my dip all over my fingers and my nails are stuck to my skin and very uneven and chunky. Not cute. Maybe I'll have better luck next time finding a good salon that has good customer service and cares about their customers. Also I got a dip which is in powder longest set ever. If I could give this place zero stars I would! I just left completely disappointed. I walked in with a plan in mind and walked out in tears from disappointment. I went to Paul with my plan and he suggested something completely different, the picture was nice so I agreed. I also asked him how long he he was doing nails for and he said 15 years. During the process, I kept telling him that I didn't like it. I wanted medium length coffin and they were long, thick and square. I kept telling him to fix it and he attempted but did not succeed. He said he was doing ombré French but let me tell you they looked just like French tip but the white part started wayyyy to low. We normally go to pink n White but thought we would try this place because of the good reviews. Well they are not good for seniors. The lady was ruff with my mom, hurt her several times. I cannot remember getting a massage with my pedicure so that was not very good at all. They charge $5 extra to put a flower on your toe and my lady at pink always does it for free. Of course I tip better when you give me something extra like a flower. The pedicure was $25 and they used the electric nail file on my toes instead of by hand, oh they did not do good on my making my get smooth. I will not go here again. read more

Very friendly staff. Was a mani & pedi walk in on a weekend but only waited 10-15 min tops. Overall good experience. My only 2 complaints would be the leg/foot massage was a little lacking and my gel color on my hands were peeling off in days. I clean a lot so I'm not totally surprised, but usually I can get a full week before bad chipping begins. My toes have just started chipping this week and I had them done 3 weeks ago now. read more

It was the day of my bridal shower and I wanted a regular plain manicure with colorful nail polish. As soon as I walked in I signed in and told the ladies that I wanted a regular manicure. They asked me if I wanted whatever it was they were asking because I couldn't understand. I reiterated that it would just be plain, nothing fancy. It had been a while since I had a manicure, since I normally stick to pedicures. I was sent to their side room. The lady had this drill like tool that filed my nails and I thought how odd because they usually dip your fingers in water bowls first to soften the nail. Again, because it'd been years since a manicure I thought this was a new procedure. RED FLAG because I thought it was odd and YES I should have said something! She then starts trimming my nails short and sloppy and I told her that I thought my nails were already short enough. Then she whips out the fake nails and that's when I finally say something. She says I asked for those fake nails and I absolutely did not! So now she has to fix her mistake. She still charged me, but only $15. I should not have tipped her at all, but I think I may have left $2-3. Never again would I visit their location. Stick to the salon by the Rita Ranch Fry's or the Pink N White. I can't believe that they ask you what you want and then do the total opposite. What the fudge?! And on a very important day too! read more

I DO NOT recommend coming here. I just moved back to Rita and this was close to me compared to my other nail salon and I decided to give it a chance. I totally regret coming here. I asked for the almond shape nail, and I got nothing near that. One of my pointer fingers is crooked and I asked him to fix it and he said he would and by the time I was done, I had realized he never fixed it. None of my nails are consistent lengths or shape. They are so uneven on the top that I look like I have a small hump in the middle of my nail. Last but not least, AFTER he got done painting my nails and they dried HE STARTED TO FILE THEM MORE. Ruining the color on the tips and sides of my nails... DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Their only upside is how friendly they are and it's inexpensive but even then it's not worth having to go back to your old nail salon embarrassed the next day to have to pay MORE money to get them fixed... beyond disappointed.
