awful experience i have been here multiple times and i have cuts all along my cuticles it took 3 1/2 hours to do my dip set as they had to redo it i had to miss a school event in order for them to finish and they were arguing with me that i didn't have an event. I called asking if they had an appointment available in an hour and if they'd be able to fix my broken toe nail, they said yes! I went in terrified for my big toe nail praying the whole nail doesn't fall off, but when i sat in the chair my nail tech was very reassuring and told me i could relax now as she gets to work! Sadly i don't remember the names of the two ladies who worked on me but each were very gentle and asking if anything hurt still and more. The first time in March the tech cut the side of my big toe while removing dead skin/calluses. The cut became infected and took 3 weeks to heal.
