I've been multiple times to get my nails done by Nikki (the dips) A co worker of mine recommended and I definitely am not disappointed! They're convenient, friendly, there selection is HUGE(if they didn't have it I'd be surprised) extremely clean which is soooo big and sooo important! I used to really like this place but honestly i'm never going back again. my last two experiences there were horrible to say the least. about 5 weeks ago i came in wanting my acrylics removed so my nails could breathe for a bit. the lady proceeded to RIP my acrylics off my nail. she took an unused nail tip and dug it under my acrylic and used that to take off my acrylics. i was in so much pain and whenever i would flinch or move a muscle, she would just tell me to relax. i went from having really grown out nails to having my natural nail tips ripped off. my nails had welts on them after that. a few days later i came in and asked for powder nails with a tip, which is on their service menu. i wanted the length but i refused to ever get acrylics with them again. she gave me so much shit for asking for the powder instead of the acrylic. i showed her the design i wanted, which was a solid color with a couple stickers on it. she was so incredibly rude and told me she wouldn't do the design unless my nails were acrylics. i've never felt more judged in my entire life. she was absolutely horrible. and then to top it all off, she made my nails 2x the length i wanted even though i was completely clear about the length i wanted. just a week ago my nail broke in half, ruining my real nail. thank god my salon in phoenix was open so they could fix the mess that my nails created. never going back again. read more

Don't go here!! Every nail salon I've been to has soaked off my acrylics. I went in today and they used an acrylic nail to get under my acrylics and ripped them off my nails. This was after I told them I had wanted to keep my natural nail length as long as possible, but they broke five of my real nails before I told them I won't take this any longer, and I want them soaked off. The first lady that was doing my nails actually couldn't even figure out how to get the acrylics off so they had to get someone else to do it. It also hurts so bad. He proceeded to tell me that it would take 30 minutes longer to soak my nails off and that it wasn't a good idea... I'm assuming they just said that because they want more customers in and to get my appointment over with. My fingernails now look like complete nubs and I had to ask him twice to file my nails into the same shape. I'm beyond dissatisfied and will never be coming back read more

I had choice this place because I heard excellent things from them, unfortunately that was not the case.The service was absolutely horrible. The man that did my nails was aggressive and unmindful. He was not focused on my nails instead starring into space. They were not on time my sisters had an appointment at 5:30 and didn't get their nails done until 6. It is unsanitary and unhygienic. I almost don't want to give a good review for this place because I love it so much and don't want it to get too popular but everyone at my nails is an angel and they do an incredible job on my nails... Do not care if they're late on your appt time, 8/10 times the nail tech you schedule with will be busy w someone else when you get there bc they over book or take people in although they don't have the space. Went in on their grand opening for a pedicure. They sat me down and a lady came over to upsell to a deluxe (totally fine). She said it came with a chair massage and many more spa services. An HOUR AND A HALF LATER, I had almost missed an appointment, the massage was basically him washing my legs, the lavender from the "spa products" (which came out of packets) was barely scented, and the guy acted like it was his first pedicure ever. So frustrating for $40. Even the tech next to us was embarrassed by the service. read more

I loved it here! I came for the first time today and had an amazing set of dip nails done. Other salons have taken upwards of 2 hours to do a simple dip set with tips, and I was in and out within 1 hour with the best set I've gotten. I have never had a manicure last this long! I got gels on my hands and regular polish on my feet. 4 weeks and nary a chip to be seen. I will have to have my nails redone before the polish wears off! I was very happy with my experience at the My Nails on Campbell! I and my two daughters went in for manis/pedis as a walk in and they were able to accommodate us (granted this was a Tuesday evening, but it wasn't as if the place was empty.) Our nails came out beautifully! I got regular nail polish on my fingers and the next day had a coworker as if it was gel because they looked so nice. I go to this salon because it's close to my home .. and after almost every visit I say to myself - no more. But I gave it one more shot this past week. For sure never again. I asked for clear polish on my fingernails and I got one (base) coat. I came home and touched one thing in the kitchen and one of the nails chipped. So I added my own clear polish - 2 coats. The tech when trimming the skin around the nails, left a lot of "hanging skin" that I had to trim at home. When I made the appointment, I clearly said I wanted a female tech to do my pedicure. That's because previously, one guy was so rough with the skin scaler that the soft skin on the side of one of my feet bled and I had a scar for months! Guess what - I got a male tech (at least not the rough one). My toenails are not cleanly clipped/filed, and the nails are catching on the fibers of the sheets and comforters on my bed. He didn't trim the skin at the top of my toes around the nails. So it's all dry and disgusting. I left both techs big tips - 20+ percent. Hope they enjoy it cause I'm done. I'm also not sure if these techs have state certification/licenses to even do this work. There is one certificate on display, but it looks like the guy who runs the place. I tried... honestly, for more than 4 years off and on. read more

Horrible. The man doing my nails was very rough and cut me twice. The staff do not talk to you they just signal you which is hard for people new toy our store. A couple of my nails came out crooked. And received a 5 dollar discount. So I paid 52 dollars to be treated poorly and to be cut with the file twice. read more

I really wanted to like this place and the staff was so friendly. However, I had made an appointment a week prior and waited an hour to be seated. Following waiting, they put acetone wrapped towels around my nails to remove prior polish and left that on for an additional hour. it started to burn and was uncomfortable and was now two hours I had been sitting in there after my appointment time. about a week after my nail appointment my fingers began peeling where the acetone had been left for too long. it is very painful and no lotion or anything will help. maybe they do a better job when it is not busy, but I will not be coming back here. read more

My Nails is a really cute nail salon that's very clean. The prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. My nail technician was Hieu who was courteous and friendly. They don't nickel and dime for everything and Wynn is super up-to-date on all the nail trends at the moment.
