From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease. It's one of those places you walk into and can just chat and relax! I honestly felt right at home the entire time. My nail tech (owner) helped recommend the perfect shape and color for me, and I'm so glad I trusted him because my nails came out absolutely beautiful. Went here with a friend . We had wanted 2 pedicures and 1 full set of nails. For us both we were doing the tigers eye. My friend said she wanted her feet and nails the same color . She picked out a nice pink. They did her feet. It couldn't figure out how to do the "eye" part she requested. She was told they couldn't do that pattern with that brand. So now she needed to use a different color for her nails. So she picked the closest she could find. She was left by the girl doing her pedi with her wax and bag in her feet for 20 minutes until another employee came and removed it. Went to get her. Ails done and that person didn't know anything about matching the color to her feet. I went to sit down next to my friend to keep her company. I was told by the man working g there I couldn't use that chair although there's was no one that sat there the whole time. He offered me the little chair with wheels . I said no. I'll call Off that thing . So it took us 2.5 hours for these services . I believe we were also overcharged ! $250 for 2 pedis ( cat eye) and one full set that didn't match the toes. I don't understand why it took so long and so much! The pedicures were $75 with the cat eye . How would one set on nails cost $100? Crazy! Horrible service. The only good thing was they pedi we wanted they didn't have in stock. They offered us the upgrade for the same price. I don't these people listen to their customers or don't understand. I came once prior to this last appointment and loved my experience. Their walk in system is quick and efficient. A ton of colors to choose from, they serve drinks from next door, the chairs have a wireless charger and the nail techs are nice. I left with soft feet and she did a great job with my all white gel. Came back with my husband who enjoyed his pedi. For once, we finished at the same time which didn't happen at our old salon. I got red this time but she didn't get close enough to the edge. In fact, I'm missing a lot of polish on the sides of some toes. I wish I would've caught it before leaving. We will probably still go back but I'll be more observant about the polishing. read more

I'm really sad to make this review. I love this salon and have always had amazing experiences. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming -- he even brought complimentary boba teas for everyone, which was such a thoughtful touch! My pedicure was amazing and I really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, my manicure experience was very disappointing. The technician accidentally cut me multiple times (about 5-6) with the drill, and several of my fingers were bleeding. It was painful and left my hands sore. I brought it to the attention of two other technicians at the end of my appointment and asked for a discount due to the poor service and injury, but they only offered $5 off, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. I truly wish the owner had been present, because based on his kindness earlier, I'm confident he would have handled the situation with more care and understanding. I left very upset and unsatisfied. On top of that my technician did not inform me that the design I wanted needed to be airbrushed. I ended up paying over $130 for a manicure and pedicure. read more

Very disappointed with this location. They do not provide proper ingrown nail removal, and the cleaning portion of the pedicure is below standard. The focus seems to be on beauty and aesthetics, but they neglect basic health and hygiene. All nail technicians should be licensed to provide even basic services, ensuring a sterile environment and proper care of the nails. Without this, there's a risk of infection or disease, since nail polish applied over unclean nails is unsafe. Aesthetics should never take priority over health and hygiene. I cannot recommend this location. Not when I'm paying $70-85 for a pedicure. A pediatrician appointment is cheaper through insurance. read more

You can walk in expecting quality, and walk out with nails that do not disappoint. This second location has been open about six months now, and it is beautiful and spacious! Such smart business people, they opened a boba shop next door, and if you order while getting services at their salon, it will be walked over to you!! What incredible service!! Client beware: both Final Touch locations take WALK INS ONLY!! If you are short on time, I wouldn't recommend coming, but I can assure you that the wait is *d e f i n i t e l y* worth it! P.S.: The pedicure chairs are divine! The range of the massage roller goes from the top of your back, all the way down to your upper legs, to your thighs! Also, if you sit all the way back, the chair squeezes your shoulders/upper arms, which is surprisingly relaxing. I go here all the time, and the quality of the nail definitely varies. Last time I went, the nail tech I always see recommended a fill. I hated the set before and the nails were lifting so I agreed. Despite my request that she remove parts that were lifting, she did not, and just put new acrylic over it. I noticed a few dark spots under my acrylic a few days ago and took off the nails today to find green unhealthy looking patches under my acrylic! One of the nails hadn't even been lifting yet so I can only assume it was a spot that had previously lifted and was not properly cleaned. I made an attempt to file down the green spots without filing my nails too thin and the end result is still unsatisfactory. I recommend going anywhere but here. read more

My friend and I asked for regular polish and was almost bullied into purchasing gel, which we stood our ground and said no. This place is very nice and beautiful. They have a lovely concept of nails and Boba tea. But I would not recommend coming here. I often get my acrylics removed here and my pedicure done. But they do the most rushed work. Their soak offs are so damaging due to no patience. Some are gentle but others have even gone to the extremes of simply just ripping my nails off or painting over old gel even when I've paid for a removal. Which is insane. A gentle soak off is so important for nail health. I can only gather from my experiences that they have no interest in taking care of your nails correctly and instead are focused on time and money. I got a pedicure and a manicure and the girl that did my services did a very sloppy job on both my feet and hands. She seemed rushed and like she didn't want to be there. She over flooded my cuticle area on my toes, left one of my nails slanted, and didn't file to shape my toe nails whatsoever. She unevenly filed my nails and left them crooked and drew on the ugliest design on my nails and when I complained she told me I should have gotten gel. When I asked her if she could fix the shape or the way she drew on my design she seemed annoyed and would immediately start talking to the person next to her and they would start laughing. I went in to get my nails fixed literally the next day ( I didn't even bother complaining about the terrible pedi I received) and they charged me $25 ($10 for the color change & $15 for the design) to fix the horrendous mess the girl did on my hands. I got the same color and design as I had requested the day before, but asked that they please file my nails to even out how lopsided they were. The girl that redid my nails did a waaaaay better job, but still left my nails crooked and the shape a little off. I still give her credit for being able to somewhat salvage the mess her coworker made the day before. They claim to "never compromise quality" so the fact that they charged me an extra $25 to fix what their employe messed up is wild after having paid $50 for a fill the day before. Also the vibes are off they don't talk to anyone it's so quiet in there and when there is talking it's to each other and most likely sounds like they're talking about their customers. I've tried going multiple times and always have some type of misunderstanding because they don't listen or they want to do things the way they think looks better rather than what's going to make the customer happy. I'm not one to complain or make a big fuss about things because I know people can have their "off" days but this place has too long of a wait for the way they treat and interact with customers and how often I've left their unhappy with their services. They are definitely hit & miss with the quality of their services. If you go here avoid the girl at the very back station. read more

This place is amazing! I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My nails look just how I wanted. The tech listened to my preferences and helped with the questions I had. Also, I could stay in the pedicure chair all day. They have big, cushy massage chairs that even massage your arms.
