Well! This is one of the best pedicures I have had in quite a long time! The full treatment, massage, calluses and coconut milk moisturizers for $50! I was shocked! What an absolute waste of time, gas and money. This place gave me the worst pedicure and full set I've ever had. I was so angry that I had to leave and I said I would be back the next day. Drove 25 mins to the salon based on the reviews and prices. You really do get what you pay for. I paid $143 for a full set and pedicure just to hate them both. Went back again the next day to have Kelly try to fix her poor work from the day before. She still didn't fix it and I ended up telling her to just forget it. It's day 2 and the gel I paid extra for is peeling at the base/cuticle, acrylic is lifting at the base/cuticle of some nails, my toe nails look horrible they look like a child did acrylic on the two big toes and then painted them. I have asked for a refund but was refused so I will be filing an investigation with my bank. Save your money and time and go somewhere else read more

I have been coming to Exquisite Nails and seeing Kelly for almost 8 years now. Kelly is one of a kind. She does amazing work. Her shop is immaculate, and her employees are friendly and attentive, as well as professional. During my manicure, Kelly always asks if I like the work and if I don't or if there's a problem, she will fix it. Kelly is very professional. My nails always look fantastic. Our prices are very comparable and probably even lower than a lot of places. I've had family members that have also gone there and love the work done. During Covid I was in a loss without my regular manicure. As soon as they were opened, Kelly called me and scheduled an appointment. She followed all CDC guidelines and even above and beyond I'm 78 years old and I could not recommend anyone higher than I recommend Kelly and her staff at Exquisite Nails. If you want a great manicure, pedicure, or waxing, this is the place to go. I have never seen a dissatisfied customer and if they are dissatisfied it's because they want something for free or they're never happy with anything. All of Kelly's patrons love her as well as all of the other techs. I will continue to see her every two weeks as I have over the last eight years. Why she proceeded to dip a completely different color than the one I picked, I'm not sure. Maybe she was confused, not sure. Their solution was they could just "paint over it when it's done" if I didn't like it. No. I felt bad because the nail technician could tell I was upset but at that point there was nothing else to be done and painting over dip powder looks bad and cheap in my opinion. I also went with a friend for pedicures here the same day and both of us now have cut up and seemingly infected toes. Will never be going here again, there's probably a reason why there's not a wait to get seen here. Just go somewhere else and wait, don't waste your money here. read more

They did a great job taking me in as a walk-in for a mani/pedi. Christie was very nice, not super talkative but that's ok! I was there to relax. Massage was wonderful. While the price point is good ($16 mani $30 pedi) keep in mind that's for super basic. Everything is add-on (callus removal, sugar/salt scrubs, etc). Callus removal was $10 extra. While it was good I don't feel like it was necessary since I didn't have a lot to remove. Overall, it's great price for a no-frills mani/pedi but may be comparable or more to other places when you start adding on the alacarte. My biggest compliment is the nail polish. I'm pretty rough with my hands being a mama, so the fact that 2 days later it hasn't chipped is a miracle! read more

I really wanted to love this place. But didn't. Everyone was really sweet. The pedicure bowls weren't clean. Toe nail chips in them. I asked for it to be cleaned and she just rinsed it out. My fingernails were pretty when completed. But I had paint and acrylics on my skin. I had to wash my fingers three times to get most of it off. My nails are long and strong. But not after coming here. Less than 24 hours later two nails broke. Which is disheartening. Now I'm having to go elsewhere to either cut all of my nails or get fake ones to match mine. After getting a same day appointment for a pedicure (on a Saturday!) upon a recommendation from a friend I arrived 10 min early. The lady let me relax in the chair but I ended up waiting over 30 min. The man was very rough when using the tool to scrape around & under each toe that I kept jumping. He asked if it tickled & I said no that it must be my nerves (but actually it was because it hurt) ... so much so that one toe was actually bleeding! He didn't seem surprised and just wiped it off with the towel! I got the "Classic" pedi which normally includes using the 'cheese grater' on my heels but he only used a scrubber all over my feet... spent time massaging lotion into my feet & calves which was nice & I like the color but over all was not a pleasant experience. Brian did my mani/pedi and he did a FABULOUS job! There's nothing worse than spending time and money only to come out with "ok" looking nails that chip within a day. Instead, Brian took the time to do my regular pedicure and gel manicure perfectly so I really got my money's worth. Thanks Brian! :) Exquisite Nails has the DND line, which lets you match your regular polish color with your gel. The polish seemed new and in good condition, not an old bottle with someone squeezing paint thinner into it.
