I had set up two appointments for a pedicure today for my mom and I (9am aka right when they open). Two different ladies did our pedicures which was okay. The lady that did my pedicure (white) kept insisting that I should do gel polish as well as my mom. We ended up not doing gel polish and did regular nail polish. When the lady did my nails she never asked if the shape looked good to me nor did the lady that did my mom's nail asked either. The regular nail polish was super dry that you can see the streaks on my white nails. The lady shaped them extremely crooked and the corners of my toe nails are sharp as well as my mom's. You can tell that in my mom's pedicure (coral pink) her big toe nails are distinctly different. The nails look disproportional overall. I believe we could have done them better at home honestly. This is the last time I'll ever be coming back. read more

I paid $71 on October first for a hard gel fill, fixing one fingers uneven tip which in the end was filed off anyways. Within 48 hours I began feeling my nails lift and peel from the hard gel. I have never had this issue. After a few more days it began to be intolerable as I now have 5 nails that have water trapped under them, bending and chipping from lifting off of the set I got here on October first. I reached out to the salon in hopes of a refund seeing it had only been five days since my set and five nails are incredibly damaged from this salon. The salon replied stating they do not offer refunds but would be happy to soak them off for free. I am obviously not impressed with this answer and am quite offended seeing I paid $71 plus $10 cash tip for a seemingly wonderful set just for the set to immediately ruin my natural nails. They replied they do not offer refunds and it is "clearly stated" and sent me a picture of their menu after I explained it is in fact not clearly stated anywhere in the salon or on their Facebook or Instagram sites. Their services that THEY listed for THEIR business on Facebook do not include the refund policy, which they claim is on the service list. I explained I booked with them after viewing their reviews and both Facebook and Instagram, and then texted exactly what I wanted based on asking if they offered hard gel sets. I showed up to my appointment, was checked in and sat down never offered a menu. Their small menu is the only place that shows their refund policy-it is not listed on any of their sites that they own and operate, nor clearly in their salon like it has to be via state Arizona law. It is only listed on a menu that is apparently only offered if you ask. Not to new or returning customers, so it is incredibly deceptive to operate like this especially when customers pay nearly $100 for a set that is meant to last 3-4 weeks but only lasted two days before the set was completely defective. Water is now stuck under my nails, my index, middle, ring, pinky and thumb fingernails are lifting and chipping, and their only solution is to let them touch my nails again after ruining them after not offering a menu which is the only place this refund policy is mentioned-again against law. It MUST be offered to customers if not posted clearly, plainly and publicly for customers to see as they are in the salon. Deceptively running their business. Extremely unfortunate and will be disputing this with my bank and NOT returning. I recommend to take your business elsewhere to avoid destroying your natural nails and spending your hard earned money somewhere where they are not deceptive and value their customers by operating with integrity. Now I have to go pay a different salon to remove my nails and then pay for a new set from a new salon, losing just as much money if not more than I paid for this set that lasted less than TWO DAYS. Sort the reviews to newest. This is a reoccurring issue with this business and their quality of services, and they do not do anything to fix it aside from offer to remove poor quality services and then keep your money. Photos were from my nails when I was showing my sister how they are visibly damaged, water is now trapped and how my hair is getting caught on five of my fingers because the nails are lifting on the edges. Not even on their verified yelp page do they mention the refund policy. Not their own Facebook that they operate, nor Instagram that they operate, nor yelp. It is not posted when you walk in. The only place this policy is "posted" is a menu you must request-it is not offered or freely available. It is not posted on any of their personal business accounts or mentioned upon booking. read more

I have been going here for approximately three years. This is my favorite place to go in Tucson until today. I drive 40 mins out everytime just because I love this place. However today I had an appointment and was told the tier 2 I requested didn't have time to do my nails. I'm not usually too picky however it was how he said it to me and then I was put with a tier 1 which I don't mind however she couldn't fully do what I was asking for. It did still turn out well. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The owner has an inflated ego and doesn't seem to believe in treating loyal, recurring customers with respect. When I first moved here, I chose this salon based on decent reviews, but the reality is quite different. They consistently mismanage their scheduling, so you end up waiting for your appointment. The service itself is subpar, and the prices are outrageously high for what you get. I've had much better results at smaller, more affordable salons. For instance, I paid $70 for a basic French tip set, nothing extra, and one of the nails broke the very next day. When I asked for it to be fixed, the owner blamed me for the issue and refused to offer any solution, including a refund. Overall, the service was terrible, and the nails didn't even last. I started coming to this salon a little over a year ago after a recommendation from a friend. Absolute scam!! Walked in for gelx nails. Got seated right away. I got short almond shaped with French tip. The women used press on nails that were already shaped, so she did not have to do any shaping or filing on the nail. She just put a coat of gelx polish and put my nails under the uv light. She charged extra for French tip (which happens at a lot of salons) but she didn't even do a traditional French tip, she just painted half my nail white and then used acetone to remove color. The press on gelx nails were a dark pink shade, which is not my style at all and she didn't even put a coat on them. My nails looked dry and the sides were cracking. She did not do a good job putting them on at all. It took her about 15minutes. When I got to the register, they rang me up for $80!!! $80 for press on nails?? Very nice technicians, but I think an error was made with the base coat in at least the manicure; possibly both. Perhaps because I requested a regular (not gel) manicure and pedicure. My manicure was still not dry 4 hours later and I had to remove it. It was spongy and sticky. My pedicure also was sticky and got scuffed even though I was wearing flipflops or barefoot at home-- and not on carpet. By the 4th hour it was close to firm. It was an OPI color I have at home and it has always dried very quickly. It was indeed very expensive service to not even last a few hours. The gel work around me looked beautiful, but I do not wear gels or tips. read more

I have never left a Yelp review before, but I was very upset with how I was treated at my appointment. I had made an appointment at least a few days in advance, and was specific about what I wanted. When I went in, they got upset with me when I asked for what I booked for (the receptionist told me I didn't book for what I wanted, and I did, I even double checked), and treated me poorly. The woman who prepped my nails was the core reason for this. I believe she was the receptionist. If you do end up going here and she offers to prep you, I would just wait until the tech is ready! She was quite rude. Not outwardly, but her attitude and small remarks made the experience miserable. My nails ended up being rushed, and even though I got them done recently, one is already lifting. As much as I want to continue coming here, I don't think that I will. She was swatting my hand, and made it seem like my requests (simple shaping) were a task. She may not have said it with words, but the tone and body language were enough. The man who ended up doing the majority of my nails (Jason) was an absolute star, lovely, wonderful, and he was so kind. He is the only reason that I hesitate to post this review. In addition, there are many options for nail colors, types of polish, and designs. My manicure was done by Paulina. I already had short nails but she was able to nicely shape them to be squared. One lady ripped me off for my nails being naturally long and charged me an additional $10 for length and shape (MY NAILS ARE NATURALLY LONG - and I NEVER pay for length and shape and I always get the same length and shape with my natural nails!!!) - Horrible communication - if you're running late, why not call me and let me know? I have a life too and I don't enjoy sitting in your salon for 30 minutes while you all lolly gag and don't care about people's time. - NEVER on time; I make an appointment every time just to wait 15-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get helped - they rip you off every chance they can get ($2 fee if you use credit or debit cards) and forget designs. They charge an additional $10 to rub some chrome on your nails. French designs can apparently be $20 more than whatever you're getting. The results were great and are sure to last me quite some time. I had both Anna and Tracy work on my nails and they were more than accommodating to listen to and address my concerns.
