Felt that I was over charged for acrylic removal and nail color change. I chose chrome color. It should have not been that much. Prices showed removal acrylic removal $15 and $10 for a chrome nailed color. And Total $45! Felt too tired to complain. I've been coming here for a few months. Each and every time they will service the walk in over anyone that has made an appointment (me, in this case). What's the point of making an appointment? Last time I asked for tips and a dip mani and the tech gave me acrylic. I brought it to her attention and she said it was better with acrylic instead of starting over. The manicure was rushed and it showed. The acrylic was lumpy, the way the tech filed my nails was incredibly crooked. There was no time to ask her to re-do it because when I washed my hands, someone else was in my seat and she was already working on their nails. Wish they would give more individualized attention to their guests instead of just churning them out as quickly as possible. read more

But the nail tech recommended dip instead because it's stronger and last longer. Welp as you can see the dip is popping off and the rest are lifting and will be popping off soon. I went to this salon for the first time last night. Honestly, this was the best mani/pedi combo I have had in Tucson since I moved to the SW side of town. My first impression was this is a very no frills salon, e.g., older massage chairs, nothing inside was very flashy, but everything was clean. I was very impressed by the Deluxe pedicure and the massage time on both the sugar scrub portion and the lotion part at the end. The gal who seemed to be running the place really knew what she was doing regarding timing of who came in and how quickly to attend to each person. She wrapped my nails and shaped them while I was still getting my pedicure which cut the whole process down by 30 minutes. She also chose a dip color for me that is now my favorite color and let me take a picture of the color. Lastly, they have a rewards program, I feel I should have gotten 2 stamps because my service was $100, but when I do fill the card it's a whole $20 off! This was the first time getting acrylic nails in almost 3 years. I loved them and the girl did a lovely job, I did not catch her name. I knew they would last since I could tell she had a good hand with acrylics as soon as she was done, I'm very clumsy and hands on at work so if they don't have a good hand with the acrylics they'll start falling off within 2 days. I have gone to many places when i used to maintain my nails and I could always tell when they would fall off within 2-3 days. She did the design I wanted and scalped them perfectly and fast. Very satisfied, I would have rescheduled but I have no idea when I will have free time from work but since my nails grow out within 2 weeks and the longest I can go is 3, i will definitely be back within 2-3 week. read more

The lady argued with her and didn't even try to remove the color from her toes- brought a tool over and ignored her and did it anyway. Absolutely the worst place ever. The girls are extremely rude. Throwing my hands around! I took my little sister there and they were pushing many more services that she didn't want to get. I paid for her gel nail polish, which is what I always get and lasts for about 2 months. 2 weeks later, we found it was only nail polish! It was falling apart, while my toe nails were still intact. I was in yesterday with my friend. I got full set acrylics and she got a mani pedi. My nail tech was Linda and she did incredible; I asked for a specific design and she was so patient and exact. They came out exactly as I wanted. The same cannot be said for my friends experience. She asked for a simple French tip with an almond shape; not only was the shape messed up even though she specifically asked them to be reshaped multiple times, but they are bumpy, and look inflated. It was the worst manicure job I have ever seen. I'm the future, if I decide to go back, I will only ask for Linda. This was our third time here, first experience was zero complaints. When we went back for pedicures they let my friend sit so long with the sugar scrub that her skin was hurting afterwards, they gave her a $5 off card as apology. And this time was even more frustrating. Very hit or miss here; up to you whether to spend the money here or not. Sad experience for the amount of money my friend spent. Super sweet women working their magic, sweet daughter gave me a bit of entertainment, and just overall great experience! I was pretty ambivalent as to what I wanted for my manicure, so the woman (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!!) talked me through various options and I eventually agreed to get my first set of acrylics while doing my pedicure. They're brand new, so things were still in progress, but their attention to detail and care was amazing. I really appreciated how both women working on us asked if we preferred a harder or gentler massage. Callous removal was great and thorough. I told the woman I was working with to go ahead and go wild with a couple party nails and tbh, I'm pretty into this. I was a bit skeptical when she whipped out the glitter box and certain items she chose, but I stand pleasantly corrected. The precision and care of placing the acrylics was mesmerizing.
