This nail spa is fantastic. I don't think anyone understands how cheap the pedicure is ($30) out the door with regular polish is $35. And the best part is that no one knows about this place yet and I never have to wait. I always just walk in and they are so sweet! My new favorite spot! The techs are warm and welcoming, and the vibe feels incredibly zen with spa music, candle-like lighting, and fresh, clean air. The space is spotless and well ventilated, which made everything feel even more relaxing. I asked for short nails in a pink-purple (127) shade, and Amy delivered beautifully. I repeatedly asked her if she was going to fix them so they all looked the same, but she obviously wasn't going to get them how I wanted. They turned out crooked and now I need to get them redone. Zero stars if possible. Was a walk in two days ago and no one available for eyebrow waving, made an appointment and took time off work. Two days later, get to my appt and they tell me no one is there to do my eyebrows. I ask why they didn't call me and they said they didn't have my number... okay, so I tried to make another appointment and they told me they don't know when the owner who does the waxing will be in. So I asked, should I just drop in? They said, no. I've come here numerous times out of convenience but I'm always treated horribly by the owner who I happen to get. I never say anything bc I want to come to my local nail shop but this is the last straw. If you like salon owners shaming you for every little thing and straight up bring rude the entire time you are paying them for their services- this is the perfect place for you. I walked in today because I had received a gift card from my brother 10 months ago. I received the best service! My mani/pedi looks amazing. While I was there each of the five customers who walked in were received and served quickly - no one waited more than a few minutes. I found it odd about the bad reviews. I had a great experience at that salon. The atmosphere was very nice. So organized and cozy. I already made next appointment with this salon. Both he and Jady are very pleasant and can be a lot of fun to talk with (although John does struggle with his English). The shop is very clean, relaxing, well-stocked and organized. I'm really bummed to have to share my bad experience here. I made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early. They kept asking if I wanted a pedicure as well, assuming they wanted to buy some time because the 2 employees doing nails weren't even close to being finished. One of them came over to start the removal process of my dip nails. My hands sat in acetone for almost an hour. I had to let them know my hands were beginning to itch. There was no point in scheduling an appointment because I was there for over 2 1/2 hours for dip nails! read more

I'm writing this review in hope that it will incite some change in the practices of this nail salon and resonate with the owner. My 1st experience was about a month ago. I had a 9am appointment where I was made to sit in a pedicure chair for 40 minutes before someone attended to me. I also waited for 20 minutes when I was moved into a manicure chair and ended up getting a polish change instead because I had already spent too much of time waiting instead of having any service performed. I decided to attempt a second visit today. Again, another appointment. Again, another poor experience where I waited for 30 minutes after my pedicure was completed in the pedicure chair. I had foils on my gel manicure to remove the polish and was moved to a manicure chair where I waited another 10 minutes before I decided to pull the foils off and leave. To no surprise, there was not 1 single apology or effort in trying to complete my horrendous manicure. The only positive side to this salon is the fact that they do a great job on the actual services themselves. The lack of communication, care and timeliness of their customers is intolerable. They continue to take walk ins knowing there are people with appointments that have not been attended to. Complete inconsideration for anyone's time. read more

The lady that works there was very mean and rude after a customer spoke up and said she wanted to pay for her pedicure and can no longer wait for them to finish her nails. She said she had been there three hours! The nail lady yelled and her and insisted she sit back down and finish getting her nails done and another employee had to hold her back because she was physically try to go at the customer that just wanted to pay for her pedicure and leave. I chimes in and said the customer has been here three hours let her leave and then I was told to leave. Terrible service and worse experience I have ever had at any business. Telling paying customers to leave and then witnessing customer almost get assaulted! Awful and sad. read more

The woman I think her name is jady almost physically assaulted me because I wanted to leave after waiting 3 hours and not being close to finishing my nails the man did my pedi then went to lunch I waited another 40 minutes then came back after applying acrylic he left me there and went to help another customer when I decided I would leave I got up to pay my pedicure and she rushed at me saying I had to pay for half done nails or she would chop them off. Another customer stood up for me and she told her to get out with half done nails also. Very disgusted with this woman and the way she treat ms paying customers. The man was holding her back as she kept yelling and me as I'm still trying to pay him. She's lucky the man was there if she would have got closer I would have punched in her flat face. Unfortunately, this shop takes no pride in its work. New in town I tried it because it was the first place I saw. They pretty much tell you their basic manicure for $18 is going to be bad because they want you to at least upgrade to gel which is $40. But, if you do a bad job with small things, you can't be trusted for bigger things. The paint job didn't last a week. read more
