I had chosen two different shades of white - very similar, but intentionally different - and clearly explained which shade I wanted on my toes versus my fingers. They agreed and understood, but the colors ended up being switched. I didn't notice until the end because the shades were so similar, but once I realized, I went back in to let them know. I was told it would be $25 per service to change them, even though the colors had been switched from what we originally discussed. I understand mistakes happen, but I don't feel the customer should have to pay to correct one. Everyone was very nice, so I was disappointed with how the situation was handled.
