I took my 8 and 9 yr olds in for a pedicure/manicure and they charged $50 for my 8yr old and $80 for my 9yr old stating my 9yr old got adult services which she did not and I sent in a screenshot of their online website pricing list of child chair mani pedi combo service at $25 (plus the upcharge of gel polish for both girls which I was aware of) and child service mani pedi combo on adult chair at $30. Mind you my 9yr old is much taller than my 8yr old but nonetheless she's 9, very much a child. When I went back to their website after their email reply, their child service on adult chair was taken off their website and Vi stated they had a planned price refresh which that was the only item they "refreshed" off their services. Vi was who was replying and she kept implying I was confused, when I sent in screenshots of the discrepancy and told them they were dishonest and had over charged me for quite a bit she no longer replied. I wish I would've checked Yelp before hand because apparently this has been an issue for many years. Stay away from this shady business.

Anyhow, the end result wasn't as favorable as I had wanted and went to Global Nails for a fill, which was a great improvement. Tina was able to help me out this morning (I phoned ahead), by erasing the bad designs I had and evened out my nails. I was out of there in under an hour. Tina was kind and works very efficiently. We got there and waited 2 minutes for someone to bring me and my friend back. Pleased with the wait time, we were led to 2 seats in the back. I used the restroom before hand and it was very clean. I went to my seat and sat down the water was hot, but, not super hot to which it burned my skin. Shortly after I picked my gel polish, showed my inspiration picture and she started. The lady knicked my toe and kept picking at the cuticles around it, causing discomfort. I then saw a roach near the nail artists kits and seats. 10-15 min later after a very very mild massage, I saw another one, climb underneath the gel light they had as the artist put it down on the floor. (I thought they weren't supposed to do that because of health code violations) When I got up to put my shoes on, my feet were slightly wet and I ended up leaving brown marks on the tile. Which obviously weren't due to my feet(cuz they were just in clean water for 30 minutes) but due to the dirty floor. I tipped well, I hope the lady is well off but I will not be revisiting. Very disappointing. The work was good, just felt rushed and improper, and kinda dirty. TBF I wish I could get at least half of my money back, but I don't want to walk in and demand my cash back and be rude:/
