When I came in, they told me to sit down at a pedicure chair but did not get my water started; they also did not give me an estimated time for how long I was going to wait. I sat in the chair for around 30 minutes before they were able to attend to me; I tried to leave around the 15 minute mark but they stopped me and said it would only be another 5 minutes. I spent about 1 hour 40 minutes in this salon total. Granted it seemed like they were busy- as a I sat there, they were dealing with 2 ladies who were unhappy with how their pedicures turned out, so this would have contributed to the long wait. They were very gracious and attended to them well. I just wish they would have told me how long it was going to be there before I sat down. They also do not have their prices listed on the wall. They give you a list of prices once you sit down. My pedicure of pretty standard and about typical for the price in this area. Overall, ok service but there are better places to go to in Tucson.

As a walk-in I asked if I could get a mani/pedi and the answer was a resounding YES. It was truly amazing. Apparently this salon in the Menlo Park neighborhood has been here for years but is under new management and it is great! Terrific customer service, highly skilled technicians, bright clean atmosphere and reasonable prices. Inside tip, weekdays are quiet but weekends tend to be busy. They accept walk ins but weekends are busier than weekdays. Check out Nail Time next time you need a little pampering. Everyone working there appeared to be technically skilled, friendly and professional.
