My first visit was a walk-in with the tech in chair #5. He helped me pick my color, and did a great job with a new shape. During the second visit, I was also a walk-in and had to wait about 45-50 min which was fine because I ran an errand. Once I returned at the time they stated originally, it was a brief wait. Service was good, I chose to simply match the length of my broken nail rather than go for tips. I haven't gotten a pedicure here so I can't speak to that. Payment is easy through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp in addition to general payments like cash and card. They do a nice job on pedicures which is what I've had and manicures which I observed. It's a family-run business with with the son-in-law and the daughter and mom of the family working together in the business the store was really nice, very clean and modern, the bathrooms are clean everything is clean they keep really good sanitary practices staff,were wearing masks. There are plastic liners used and replaced for each customer. The chairs are all brand new and it's easy to soak your feet in preparation for the pedicure. The prices I think are reasonable for what you get they really take care of your feet you get your nails clipped to get your nails trimmed filed and cleaned and you get some cream on your feet, hot towels on your legs and massage of your legs. The bottom of your feet and heels are scrubbed. Parking is easy I recommend an appointment because they can be busy. I'll be going again this winter!
