Desperate to change my summer feet/heels from looking like the Utah Salt Flats I stopped in to Gorgeous Nails and was seated in a pedicure chair in a matter of minutes despite not having an appointment. The nail ladies were pleasant and kind while my guy and I put them to the test with the scraper, filer, grater, slicer, belt sander - whatever it took. They used a little muscle and a lot of grace and in no time we walked out with feet so soft and moist that they squished with every step we took. I kid, you know. Because yeah, it's just another pedicure. They run a clean place and are quick to get you in and out while still providing great customer service and skilled hands. read more

This salon is extremely clean and the employees are friendly. I was impressed with their quality of work, and all whilst smiling. Henry did a fantastic job even though I came in 15min until closing. He took so much time and precision and also gave a great foot massage. I work a 9-6 job so I usually can't get to salons during the week without arriving close to closing time, and most places rush when they say they can still take an appointment before closing. This salon didn't rush and I will be back to try a gel manicure! My friend who also had a pedicure loved it. Lindsay, the co-owner, did her's. Thai, the other owner, came in and was also extremely friendly. He brought us waters and wasn't rushing us out. Give this outstanding place more five stars! read more

Not only does she try to charge me extra ( coffin pink charged $57) While the lady sitting next to me got a coffin ombre and was only charged $45 she constantly complains during my services as well as gets up during them constantly I've never been able to get my nails done by her and it's nice if you come here I suggest Lindsey and Lindsey only. read more

She was so frustrated that her nails were lifting and just took them off. After 3 hours- I didn't have time to wait for him to do the design I wanted so I did it myself and it looks terrible. I left KT nails not because of bad service but because of extremely long wait times of up to 4 hours depending on the day. I had switched to gorgeous nails and had received their services for an acrylic fill twice and I was very happy with their services even though they don't have a very decent nail polish selection. I'm in my early pregnancy and I'm already having sore feet. So I decided that a pedicure was the best way to get a foot massage. When I walked in they put me in a massage chair that was crawling with ants, it was the only massage chair that was crawling with ants but still, EWE! I complained about the ants and the man put me in a different chair. I pointed the ants out to the owner and she couldn't be bothered, it was never cleaned while I was there. Then I paid $53 for a gel manicure with a color that was my second choice cuz they couldn't find where they put my first choice. But still I tried to enjoy the rest of my time there since I'm a stay at home mom and it's my only time to myself. I never did get that foot massage. I even made the comment when I first came in that I really need a foot massage but apparently the man massaging my feet couldn't speak English and nobody decided to translate it for him. He rubbed lotion into my legs and that was about it. After my pedicure I went to go get my nails filled. Told the owner that I never got my massage she said,"ok". Nothing after that just ok. I had chosen a green nail polish for my fingers to try to be festive for my kiddos because of Halloween. When it was time to pay for my services, she told me it was $93. I looked at her and I said, "how is that $93?" . She said the chrome green nail polish on my fingers was extra. I asked her,"extra on top of the gel added price which is $13?" She said,"yes". I told her that she never told me it was going to be an extra charge for it and prices are not stated anywhere in her establishment on the nail polish price. She replied with a blank stare. Then I had mentioned that I didn't even get a foot massage which was my whole reason for getting a pedicure which is what I stated as soon as I walk through the door. She said oh I can massage your feet now if you want. LOL yeah like I was going to spend two more minutes there feeling any more awkward than she already made me feel. I did not give her a cash tip, instead this is her tip: Learn better customer service and learn to sanitize your pedicure equipment. Hidden charges, ants, and partial services with full payment, yeah I think I'll wait 4 hours at KT nails from now on, because at least they excel in customer service and the owner wants to make sure that you're happy at all times! read more

I stop going to this nail salon my shellac manicure after one week look like a mess and no good selection of gel colors

Horrible last experience I went there. I had my nails turn yellow from the clear gel they used..well this has happened once before and I had one of the employees continue to cuss me out like a dog and it supposedly was okay for her to treat a customer like this. She than says something in Spanish that I can't understand so I definitely won't be going back. The owner seem to careless that her employee was cussing her customer out like a dog. read more

i'm giving this salon 2 stars only for the fact that the first time i came was a good experience. the second, not so much. i was being taken care of by the lady who had previously done my nails then got moved over to the mans table. he then started as she, and 2 of the other woman stood over and watched. he continually cut my cuticles and took about 10 minutes for each step per nail. i was there well over 2 hours, after being in so much pain i asked for the lady who started to finish the job and i could only ask because he had gotten up in the middle of everything to answer his phone and go to the back to talk. anyway the way he put the acrylics on made them chip high up into my nail causing it to tear my real nail extremely far back. i had to go to a different salon to have the nail removed and they could immediately tell it was because the way they were put on. i can tell you i've always have acrylics for as long as i can remember and i've never had an experience as bad as this one. read more
