I tried this place and it was really a 3.5 but I'm rounding up. Everyone was friendly but I was there for just shy of 3 hours for a classic pedi and a dip. The guy doing my pedi messed up a toe while polishing and instead of removing it and starting over he continued to try and add/touch/etc. for almost 10 minutes. I was getting really frustrated. Then while getting my dip done, the lady excused herself and the owner finished up stating there were some mistakes she needed to fix. 2 days later the dip lifted completely off my thumbs so I had to go back to fix it which they did with no problem. The owner told me it was due to product the girl used on me prior to doing the dip. I liked the people and will give them another shot. read more

I requested the deluxe manicure. I didn't receive the paraffin was treatment. I asked when they were going to dip my hands. The person in charge told me that service isn't included. I showed her the menu. She said they'd perform the service AFTER they performed someone else's manicure. It took me 70 minutes for my own manicure. I didn't want to wait. When I told the lady she argued with me until I showed her what their own website says. They have a QR code at every station that links you to their website. Don't be rude when a customer questions the services included and act like the customer is wrong until you're given proof The mittens they put your hands in feel gross. They tried to charge me five dollars more than the menu price. Their chairs are uncomfortable. The attorney general handles businesses who falsely advertise. Check your own work. read more

This review is LONG over due! I've been coming to this nail spot for years. I can't say enough good things about this spot. I have had multiple types of nail services from manicure, to pedicures. My go to is a gel French tip and a basic pedicure. It's the perfect amount of pampering for the price. The customer service is beyond anywhere else I've had my nails done and is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I never request a specific person because they all do such a wonderful job and take the time to check in with me and ensure I am getting exactly what I wanted. This was my first visit, I called about 1 hour ahead of time and was able to get in no problem for a pedi. I chose the silver package pedi ($38) with hot stone massage/ callus remover/ honey scrub/ choice of scent and foot bomb. Let me tell you ladies and gents this pedicure was one of the best pedicures, if not the best I have ever had. I was so relaxed and the guy who worked on my feet took his time. I dozed off a bit I was so relaxed. My toes look adorable and the polish application was perfect. Worth every penny! The customer service is also extremely friendly and outstanding. I was given a little lotion package to take home for my feet which I thought was adorable. I don't care that this place is 25 minutes from my house, I will surely be coming back! read more

Licensed Cosmetologist writing this review. I'm visiting town and went on yelp to find a nail salon in the area when comparing this place to another the reviews on the other place said warning place is not clean, so I instantly said no I'll go to VN nails. Well that was a bad decision they too are not clean and need to be reviewed by state board. I watched him hand towel the tools he used to cut my nail beds etc and just put them back in his box not marked dirty. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE & AGAINST THE LAW!!!! Also, we both walked in and the person I was with didn't like that they didn't have any women employees to do his pedicure so he decided not to get one, which made the head guy annoyed and rude, which is ridiculous. The guy I had did do a good job but I was never offered any other options for pedicures (I normally get the deluxe) it was very basic and I hardly got massaged. So he gives this place 1 star, but state board needs to review this place and the other that people are complaining aren't clean, that's how you spread disease, so unacceptable!!! read more

I rate vn nails 1 star because I went in and showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she said her co-worker was able to do it. Then, he ended up not knowing how to put the metallic strip on the nails how it was shown in the picture. So, rather than paying for nails I liked I had to pay for nails that they knew how to do. The only negative thing I would have to say was they were playing some kind of violent nature show on TV. Not really what I wanted to relax and watch while getting my nails done. We tried this salon on a recommendation from a friend and she was absolutely right. My daughter had to have her nail removed and wanted the "dip" nails put on. We were greeted immediately when we entered. The location is very clean and inviting. They were extremely gentle and patient removing my daughter's nails. And took the time to explain issues about her nails. Even though it was past closing time and on a Friday, they didn't seem rushed about getting the job done. Excellent experience.
