This place has THE BEST pedicure in town. I refuse to go anywhere else because it's that good. I never have to wait (I always call ahead first, just in case), and they're extremely friendly both on the phone and in person. For me, quality of pedicure obviously matters but let's be real- I get pedicures for the foot massage. And let me tell you- they do the BEST foot massage. So much more than just rubbing lotion into your leg- and they do it for a substantial amount of time! I can paint my toenails at home, so the massage is the driving force behind my need for pedicures. Aside from that, they always have HGTV or Bravo on the TV (giving the ladies what they really want!), always have a bowl of candy stocked (I'm 8 months pregnant, it's the little things) and they really make you feel right at home. I got my nails done here on Saturday, and by Monday I already noticed significant lifting at the base of several nails. The tips were uneven, and the product had pooled into my cuticles on some fingers, which not only looks messy but can also cause premature lifting. For the price I paid, I expected a much cleaner and longer-lasting set. I'm really disappointed with the quality and will not be returning. read more

I even witnessed them refusing to do someone's pedicure because she too "particular" clearly they need instruction on how to do their job- my gel manicure was 7 layers thick- I had to get it professionally taken off the next day.. as it had become painful....they water down their polish w remover which looked cracked after day 2 on my pedicure...and left me bleeding which was my fault ?? I moved too much??? Totally incompetent! they cut corners... rude... didn't honor my appt...I waited over 25 min to sit down.... NO reason to ever go back!! I had 2 manicures 2 weeks apart. The first one was during a pedicure & only took 15 minutes to complete. The second 1 was just the mani & was completed in just 20 minutes. I told her I wanted rounded & she did square so I took the file to fix it, which she did not like. Both mani's were done with bad technique & as fast as possible. Consequently, my nails started splitting & cracking until they were down to the quick (if you were an animal) & painful to use my fingertips. I will never return. They only seem to care about the money & not doing a good job. Nellie gave me a good Pedi, but Lin & Mi did the terrible mani's. With 4 other nail spas close by, one would think they would pay attention to detail & competition. They ruined my fingernails! read more

I've been to Finis nail spa with my daughter several times. We enjoy ourselves every time. We mostly go for pedicures and they are great!

This place is horrible. I went for a manicure, and the woman despite me telling her NOT to shorten my nails (which took me months to grow out at all) , she filed them short, and all different. Some square, some round. I finally grabbed the file out of her hand and left. They pretend not to speak any english so as not to take responsibility for a crap job. WORST manicure I've ever had. Didn't use a new pack of tools, rushed through entire manicure and left polish on the skin around my nails. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. The woman who did my nails also didn't even take my old nail polish off all the way before painting the new polish on She was so rude and talking to the other people about me when I asked her to re-do one of the nails she messed up. First, we were never given prices for the services until we sat in the pedi chair and I asked for a price list. The extremely fast talking nice lady held up a brochure saying, "oh, yeah, we give you and him spa pedi" which I thought was their regular pedi. My husband simply wanted his toenails trimmed! I wanted a "regular" mani/pedi. We ended up with two "spa" pedis with scrubbing, wax, etc. I got my quick mani while getting a pedi which meant I had to turn sideways the whole time for the girl to reach my hands. NOT comfortable. We checked out and then were told it was $116!!! (Of course, plus tip). Personally, I felt it was a bait and switch to get the highest payment out of us. Very unprofessional. Also, nice lady put on my sliders for me and smeared the big toe polish. I didn't notice until I was home. Seriously? They layer on the two coats so fast, there's no time for them to dry decently. I love the people in the salon, they go above and beyond. It's clean, the foot massage with the hot stones is unbelievable end it is part of their pedicure. I love Fini's! They are very accommodating and always have a smile! My nails always look great and I have a smile on when I leave. I appreciate that Tommy makes sure my nails are short enough, as I work on a computer and don't like the 'click click' on the keyboard. I went in today, on a Sunday, and Tommy's wife did beautiful artwork on my nails to celebrate Valentine's. So sweet! They staff was very nice, but the manicure wasn't great. I already had short nails and the tech cut them down even shorter. Not what I wanted at all. She cut them so short that it was uncomfortable when she was shaping them because the file kept hitting my skin. I've never had dip powder this thin, so I suspect it will chip before the usual 2-3 weeks I can get out of dip manicure. There is polish all around my skin that I keep peeling off. The edges aren't clean lines. From far away it looks nice, but for $50 I expect a lot better quality. read more

Every time I go here it's relaxing and inviting. They have done a wonderful job maintaining all of the great aspects from before and have added plexiglass and masks to keep everyone safe while getting pampered. First time here, got a pink & white French tip manicure. Nails turned out nicely. Only complaints are that the towel used was dirty (still had someone else's finger nail clippings on it) and that for $45 I thought my cuticles would get some attention, or at least I'd get the nice lotion hand massage at the end. Great nail salon! We met the owners (husband and wife) - they are so nice and accommodating. Very clean with comfortable chairs. Great nail polish selection. We did a Rose pedicure - the techs were careful with cutting our cuticles, the massage was really enjoyable, and great job with the toenail polish. Jimmy is great, but every other person there does not do a great, detailed job. I am very upset with my dip powder nails. Not only are they rough with my nails (constantly cutting my cuticles to the point they're bleeding), they clump on so much dip powder that they chip within one week. It is so clumpy that when you put your nail on the side, the shape of your natural nail is gone and you can seen the bumps from the dip powder. After having to go back to the salon two times in three weeks for chipped dip powder nails and bloody cuticles, I am so done with this place. read more

I had been going here since I moved to this area and always had Kenny. About a month ago I called to make an appointment with Kenny. I showed up, was taken to the pedicure chair and a woman sat down to go my nails. I explained my appointment was with Kenny and she told me he was on vacation which was irritating not to be told that when I made my appointment. When I was ready to leave and paid I noticed a small sign in the counter that said, "under new management" and I was charged $45 for a mani/pedi instead of my usual $40. I asked about that and when Kenny would be back and she acted like she had no idea what I was asking (her English is tough to u detest and so maybe she really didn't understand me). I made another appointment with Kenny went back in and was told he's on vacation yet again. Apparently these are new owners so why not just say that? Why let people make appointments with owners who no longer own the place and then say they're on vacation? Also their website still shows the lower price. They should either take the website down or update the prices. I've had the woman both times and she seems to want to just take off polish, massage your feet and polish ... you have to tell her to cut your nails or clean up your cuticles. Both times she seems to be using the thick /rough nail files you normally see used on fake nails which has made my nails jagged and sharp. Long story short I'll find a new nail salon and won't be back. Don't lie, overcharge, and do a subpar job if you want customers to return ... three strikes. read more

Nothing quite compares to sitting in a massaging chair while you are having your feet pampered. I saw this place on sabino canyon road while running by. I called ahead and they were able to fit me right in. This place is definitely a step above your regular nail salon, with nice furnishings inside and a regular spa pedicure running $25. I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure which added on a salt/sugar scrub and a yummy peppermint foot mask then hot towels are wrapped around your feet while they massage your legs. Awesome. I highly recommend the nail tech Vee, she was super sweet and was very good (side note:nothing worse than going for a relaxing pedicure and having a nail tech cut ur cuticles too short. Ouch) anyways, no worries for that here. They are open 9am-7 pm Mon-Fri and 12-5 on Sundays. I think I found my little gem in sabino canyon! read more

I went to get my nails done, and i had decently long nails, i'd say like 1/4 of an inch, but one of them was a little shorter, I asked the girl to not cut them all to that length and she proceeded to cut them all down by probably half of my old nail and filed my skin and cut my fingers, less that 26 hours later, they have already chipped and I haven't done anything extreme, just folding clothes. I got french gel but black instead of white and the black tip is 50% of my nail, the girl didn't listen to my request and i showed her a picture. even though nails will grow back it will take a good 3 weeks to get my old length back. definitely won't go back here and i wouldn't recommend french gel. read more
