The young lady who took care of me was very professional and nice. It was clear she really took her profession seriously and was very informative about good lash care. She did a really nice job. My only negative was some light commentary on my current lashes and some criticism of that work. I know absolutely the quality of the lash care I have been getting for many years and it rubbed me the wrong way. I received a thank you email, phone call AND card post the appointment which I thought was an incredible touch. While I am absolutely loyal to my gal who owns her own salon and has been doing a beautiful job with me for 5+ years, I would definitely come here if I was in the market for a new permanent home for my lashes.
