I feel bad for the lady honestly because she said she's been doing hair for a long time & was even a cosmo instructor and I think she tried her best but if I've learned one thing from having my hair done is if your ask for an updo and she doesn't style your hair at all prior to starting the updo just get up from the chair and walk out the door because you will more than likely hate it. I knew I should have just left when I had her start over twice and then began explaining to her how she could possibly do it so that i would like it. Bobby pins & hair spray was all she really did. I think she curled like a few pieces with a straightener after it was in the bun. I kid you not when I sat in my car and closed the door 2 pins fell out of my hair. I'm not sure how that was supposed to last all night at a wedding. I paid $75 dollars just drive home, take it down and do a better job myself. Don't go here for important events lucky I had time to fix my hair but it could have easily ended up in a disaster. You're better off just looking up hair tutorials on TikToK.
