I was looking for a place to get a lash fill recently when my regular place was unavailable. It was the first time in years I had departed from my normal routine and expert to try a different place. I loved that I could make an appointment online, with weekend appointments. It was on the east side, so that was a big win for me. I did have to pay a deposit for the appointment, I am guessing that is due to people no-showing. I walked in feeling very welcome as they had my name on a little board in front. The studio itself is really lovely and elegant looking. I will say up front they continue to take COVID protocols seriously which is very smart, and I did have to wear my mask the entire time which was totally fine. I was there about two hours for a fill. The young lady who took care of me was very professional and nice. It was clear she really took her profession seriously and was very informative about good lash care. She did a really nice job. My only negative was some light commentary on my current lashes and some criticism of that work. I know absolutely the quality of the lash care I have been getting for many years and it rubbed me the wrong way. I received a thank you email, phone call AND card post the appointment which I thought was an incredible touch. While I am absolutely loyal to my gal who owns her own salon and has been doing a beautiful job with me for 5+ years, I would definitely come here if I was in the market for a new permanent home for my lashes. read more

I went here to get a soft volume set here by the lash technician Michelle. When I arrived, they asked I wash my hands and it was obvious they care about the cleanliness of the salon for the safety of clients. The salon is very organized and beautifully decorated. What I liked about the salon is that it didn't smell like chemicals like some unfortunately do. The music wasn't too loud which I appreciated because it was comfortable getting my lashes done in a calm environment. I've gotten my lashes done once before so this was my second time getting them done. The first time I got my lashes done (from a different tech) I got a hybrid that has a lot of volume. This time with Michelle, it's a more natural look. A couple details I noticed differently; the application process and feel of that lashes is much more enjoyable for me. Michelle has a light hand and her attention to detail was noted. She made sure I was comfortable and made sure my eyes weren't getting irritated. She placed the pads underneath my eyes so that it sits comfortably and didn't really feel like I had them on. Having them on now for several hours I forget I'm wearing them because I can't feel them! I will say again my previous experience was definitely good but these little details from Michelle have helped me have a more satisfying experience. read more

Bel Viso Lash is the one! I've been doing my lash lifts myself during the pandemic and thought I would never go back to having someone else do them again - BUT I ran out of my glue and needed a last minute appointment before a busy weekend. I was glad that they made it easy to book a same day appointment. They were a little out of the way for me, but they have a nice spot. Inside is bright, clean and cute; also they had procedures in place that helped to keep everyone safe. I think my appointment was with Nancy (I hope I'm remembering that right) She was great! Nancy took the time to explain what she was doing and why. The products they used felt really good - I think they gave me some kind of under eye mask - which some places make you request as an additional service if you want it. Nancy was really gentle. I think I even took a micro nap during my lift. The person working next to Nancy must have been very gentle too, because that client was snoring the entire time - so you know it must be some kind of selfceare magic over at Bel Viso if they're putting customers into deep sleep states. They were really gracious in their follow ups - sending check ins and a card in the mail! Next level customer care without feeling overwhelming or annoying. By the way - MY LASHES LOOK GREAT. I have a feeling the lift will last longer than the ones I've been doing myself. It was slightly more expensive than what I was paying in Phx area pre-pandemic, but worth it. I have been obsessed with Bel Viso since they first opened in San Diego back in 2015! I love visiting this stunning salon and I try my absolute best to schedule all of my work trips around my lash extension fill dates! At my first appointment not only was I amazed by how clean and gorgeous this salon is, but I truly appreciated how they asked about my personal aesthetic, style and preferences to see what type of lash style would fit me best. They also communicated what I should expect, best care practices, and also recommended the finest products on the market to ensure my lashes were taken care of properly to last as long as possible. As someone who has experienced lash extensions that didn't last more than a mere week and a half from other salons, I am completely blown away by the meticulous care, attention to detail and whatever majestic powers they bless on these beauties to ensure they last a full FOUR weeks or MORE! Another thing that keeps me coming back for more is how much I appreciate their dedication to the craft and their continued education to ensure best industry practices and products. To say it shows is an understatement. Not only do I get countless compliments on my lashes and people asking me if they're my own lashes, but I truly feel so beautiful waking up every day! The best lash artists!! I've been coming here for about a year to see Alexia for my lash extensions and each time they are perfect. I love the look of volume lashes but I have naturally deep set/down turned eyes--Alexia is always able to taper the lashes just right so they give me the most flattering shape and angle. Even though I've moved across town I'll still gladly make the drive to come see her for all my fills! Scheduling is super easy- I use the Vagaro app, and they have hours that are super accommodating even with my busy work schedule. Highly recommend Bel Viso!! read more

I can't say enough nice things about Marcy and her beautiful studio. Marcy is very sweet, warm and welcoming. Her studio is so cute, and the location is perfect for those of us that live on the far Southeast side of town. Marcy immediately asked me about my lash preferences (how often I wear strip lashes, how long I like them and etc.) she looked at my facial features and knew right away how my lashes should look. She is fast yet very thorough with her lash application. Needless to say, when I looked in the mirror afterwards I was beyond happy with the results!! Since then, my lashes have felt extremely comfortable with no irritation or premature shedding. She also took the time to educate me on how to properly clean my new lashes and sent me home with a bottle of lash cleaner (I had no idea that I had been doing it wrong before, another plus for Marcy!!) I've gotten a TON of compliments on them since which is also another major plus. I got a volume set that have all of the fluff but they're not too overly dramatic for my face. Everyone that sees them can't believe how natural they look and they immediately ask me who I went to. There's a reason why her studio books up fast. I used to absolutely love and adore Marcy. I had to stop going to Bel Viso because I couldn't afford $100 every 2 weeks and my husband has been out of work since May. Well I finally went back and saw Michelle as referred by Marcy. They looked pretty good but I noticed a day before the 2 week mark 14 lashes came out while I was brushing them. So I had to change my appt with Marcy from Tues 12/28 to 12/23 so my lashes would be full since 14 lashes just fell out at once. I message Marcy to show her and she ignores my message. When I come in Michelle asks me how my lashes are I tell her about the 14 she tells me it's normal. At the end of my appt Marcy tells me next time I need to book mega volume instead of volume if I want the fullness I used to get. Well today I notice the lashes marcy used aren't even the same lashes Michelle used. So I feel marcy punished me and isn't giving every person the same service and courtesy. I'm super bummed as I loved Bel Viso and the lashes they produced. I guess you get punished for voicing concerns & having to leave to go somewhere more affordable. read more
