It's been a long while since I have been here. It won't be that long for my next visit. The service was amazing. My feet and legs are singing happy songs. Nancy was my tech and despite the language barrier she was always checking on me to make sure that the length of my nails as well as how she filed them was exactly what I wanted. Many salons today are simply having you put your feet in a bucket of water. This was complete with bubbles, sugar scrub and cbd lotion. Great attention to detail. My sister in law mentioned this nail salon and I gave it a try. I did not have an appointment and luckily, I did not have to wait long. They don't have as many colors as another nail salon, but I found a color I liked. They have a menu of services to pick from. I can get an express pedicure or the works. I don't want all the extras like callous remover or massage and it's great that I don't have to pay for it. An express pedicure was $29. I've been here multiple times now and I am impressed. Very clean and modern looking with multiple large, comfy, white pedicure chairs. They offer complimentary Vietnamese instant coffee (which is delicious) and water. The price is moderate but worth the extra few bucks. This is one of those, "If I could leave no stars I would posts." I guess the one star could go to the ladies there (Felicia, Nicole, & Nancy). The guy (Niet or Viet, I believe) on the other hand left a lot to be desired. He messed up my nails then tried to blame me for it! I purchased their deluxe pedicure ($55). The lady who did my pedicure had no idea what she was doing and did an extremely poor job. She didn't even do all the stuff that I was supposed to get with my pedicure. I wanted flowers on my big toes. She put some on there but put such a thin coat of clear gel polish that you can literally feel the flowers. They are sharp and scraped up my legs last night. I requested the builder gel with flowers for my finger nails. The guy didn't know what he was doing, couldn't get the flowers to show up, decided to use different flowers and put a gel clear coat over them. Then when my nails were not turning out correctly, he blamed me and said I should have told him that's what I wanted in the beginning and they wouldn't look so bad. What?! I didn't want this style of nails. I asked for something else, you (nail tech) couldn't do my nails correctly, tried something else, and messed them up! How is that my fault?! The guy (Niet or Viet) was absolutely rude to the ladies who work there. They asked him for help to translate to one of the other ladies who worked there. He laughed at them and ignored them. The ladies had to use Google Translate to try and explain to the lady doing my pedicure what I wanted. Mine and my daughter's appointments were at 2:00 pm. We asked for pedis, By 5:30 pm read more

(my gold standard for a great nail salon). kim sloughed off all the dead skin on heels and gave me a great massage (i had the spa ped.) trimmed my nails and cleaned out the dead skin around the nail bed better than anyone else i've tried (except david in a salon in scottsdale). color was applied smoothly and clean. my feet looked, and more importantly felt amazing. ask for kimmy, i can't evaluate anyone else, and get a great ped. my dip powder is up next on friday. read more

My aunt and I came in for 2 pedicures. Mine was rushed for massage and I was disappointed especially for the upgrade price I paid and also missing out on the massage & relaxation which is why I go. My Aunt had a great pedicure though and hers was very relaxing, we started at the same time and she was done 20 minutes AFTER me. Going back, I would request for the woman that did my aunts pedicure because she was amazing. There was another woman working there who was also very kind and offered us a beverage. I used to go here years ago but stopped having my nails done due to busy life. Went back yesterday with my daughter to have our manicure and pedicure for her wedding. They have since renovated and the shop looks very nice and professional. The service was absolutely the best. I am Asian and am usually not treated very nicely (at most nail shops) for some reason. I was very impressed with how clean and sanitary this place was. They made sure to social distance people and took every measure to keep up with sanitary guidelines. I called and was able to get in right away for my appointment with no wait. The gentleman who did my nails and toes really took his time and made sure everything was perfect. My only complaint was that because he took his time I was there for nearly 3.5 hours for a mani/pedi. I ended up ending my pedi after the polish was on but before the massage because I really needed to get going. Because of their increasing popularity I see multiple people get turned down during one appointment simply because they are packed. Kimmy the owner has recently updated and upgraded the salon. This place is also very clean ie. with every pedicure there is a new disposable plastic cover placed on the foot tub which is very important to me. I've also asked why they have not decided to expand faster and Kimmy has told me that whenever she hires someone new she quickly evaluated them and if they are not up to her standards she gives them the option to learn from her but if they still aren't she lets them go. Went to this salon and had a mani/pedi for $54. I left a $5 tip. But, what actually happened was owner Kimmy charged my account $559!!!! Depleted my account! We had to scurry to put adequate funds to cover for her huge mistake. Kimmi agreed to refund me the $59 for the treatment as a gesture of good faith and good customer service. However, the very next day she reneged on that saying that her workers work on commission and she could not refund my money.
