If you need your dip nails to look good for only one week, then this is the place for you. My normal nail tech was unavailable at a different salon so I gave this salon a try. I was seated at table 6 in the back and a man did my nails (didn't get his name as he didn't speak to me other than to ask what color I wanted). Positives: Lots of dip colors to select from. I also liked the shape of my nails. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call. Cons: This time I wanted to keep my nails long, but the tech never asked me about what shape or length I wanted. Tech used cotton balls with acetone to melt the dip off my nails, but when there was still a lot of dip on my naila after first soak, he used his own fingernails to scrape the remaining old polish off the nails and then used a nail file to do a whole lot of buffing, versus just putting the acetone on for a 2nd round like other places will do in this situation (pretty sure this thinned my actual nails quite a bit as they feel flexible instead of hard). Tech only applied 2 layers of dip. After one week, my nails have already started lifting at the edges and the dip is separating from the nail tips. I am having to go back to my normal salon to have them redone properly. read more

I was here recently for the first time. I will never go back! I had them remove my last gel polish and replace with new. My last was on for almost 4 weeks before it started coming off. He removed the old and used a grinder to "ruff up" my nail saying it was necessary to get the polish to last. (Last place never did that). The next day my polish was cracking on a few of my nails. Within a couple days there was cracking seen on all my nails and now they are breaking off. I am being told it is because my nails are too thin. Of course they are! He filed the thickness off! I am so furious with them and have to figure out how to now save my nails. Also, they charged me $50.00 to ruin my nails. Thanks! You don't belong in business! I got a pedicure and stuck around for an acrylic full set, they never cleaned the foot bath that I used and another customer came in covered in leg sores and they sat her in the same foot bath that I was in without any cleaning in between which terrifies me for whatever I was sat in. I asked for a simple French tip design with cheetah print on my fingers and was told that they didn't know how to do any designs and that I could come back when someone was available that could or that I could just pick a plain color. My nails are covered in glue and I was filed until they bled so I'm concerned for how many customers that may happen to in a day and if there is any cleaning procedures at all in between clients. read more

My mom and I went to get our nails done for Christmas on the 15th of December. I wanted tips with dip powder. I was not satisfied at all. She glued the nails on and one fell off. She didn't add extra glue. I figured the dip would protect it at least from breaking off. She did the dip and when finished it was not smoothed out. It had bumps. I didn't say anything cause I'm a nice person and figured the top coat would make it look better. Boy was I wrong. I also got a pedicure which was rushed and my nails weren't cured for long. Should I have said something? Probably but I am a nice person and it was Christmas. Fast forward to five days later. The nail that fell off and wasn't prepped again with extra glue to hold snapped off while I was drying my hands with a towel. I contacted them and they said I could come in when I got back in town. I had to get them redone in the state I was visiting in and spent another 50 dollars. In total we paid over a 100 dollars for my nails. On the 6th day my pedicure peeled off in one single piece on multiple toes. I contacted again and the lady asked for pictures. I sent them and set a date for when I got home. Today is January 13th and I went to the appointment. She told me it had to be my nails and they are at fault. I would do my own and they'd last me over a month! Over a month! I was expecting they would do a better job and do my cuticles as they didn't do them cause I chose dip before. Last time they said they only do cuticles with manicure. They used the machine to take the gel polish off instead of buffing the top coat and using polish remover. My nails never looked so raw. My cuticles weren't done but used the machine instead. They weren't treated at all not even pushed back. I mentioned it and all she did was lightly cut them. (I had to cut my own cuticles when I got home). Then came the pedicure and I kid you not, I did NOT receive a pedicure. I received a polish remove with the machine with no polish remover again. My cuticles weren't done or pushed back and my cuticles are super thick on my toes. I could see my cuticles from the chair. She then told me to put my feet in the bowl and just rinsed them! She rinsed them. She didn't even scrub the bottom of my feet. I feel it was done poorly cause they said it wouldn't cost me anything and that's why there's two stars. While I appreciate getting them with no charge we paid them over 100 dollars for my nails to be done on the 15th for them to last less than 6 days. We even tipped 30 bucks cause it was Christmas. I even tipped today out of kindness and for taking the time to do them. I will no longer go there though. I am highly disappointed in the treatment I received today. I do not recommend this nail salon. If they mess up and offer a free manicure or pedicure or both just go somewhere else. They do not care about clients. Now my nails are damaged underneath and without being properly prepped again the gel will come off again. In less a week I spent 190 dollars total. I expected the free set would be them redeeming themselves so I'd come again and recommend them to other people. Also my family and I just moved out here and this was the 1st nail place we went to. Don't listen to the positive reviews. Trust me when I say find another salon. I don't want anyone else to get treated the way I was. read more

I was shocked no one working there was wearing gloves to do pedicures. They didn't have the autoclaved tools they change between clients. They don't use the foot basin liners. I've never had a pedicure where they didn't do those basic sanitary things so I didn't check in advance. The man who did my nails has a pencil box of tools he reuses and he didn't clean them after he was done with me, so one assumes they weren't clean for my feet either. Once I accepted that it was too late to leave, the pedicure was great. Good massage, great callus abrasion. The woman who answered the phone speaks clearly. The guy who did my nails did the exact opposite of what I asked for and said he couldn't fix it (i asked for white, he gave me blue). He also used MMA, which is an illegal chemical used to bind the tip to the nail and that it is impossible to take off. After waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF I was told to come back at 1pm.
