They have a ton of colors to choose from which I like. The nail tech was friendly and did a great job shaping my nails. Their prices are comparable to most salons ($50 for a dip manicure). The only issue I had was waking up the next day with a couple of noticeable cuts (2 cuts) from their drill. But I'd be willing to go back and see if they avoid nipping the skin in the future.

I scheduled a mani/pedi and when I checked in and was seated in the waiting area I wasn't offered colors to browse and by the time I was seated in the pedicure chair I was still not offered any colors. The pedicure was done by an older woman who was harsh and did not say a single word to me, I asked her for the colors and she didn't say anything and about 10 minutes later she got up and brought the colors. She was harsh with my feet grabbing and pushing them and pointing at me to do stuff but still not a single word and by the time she was done I just felt so uncomfortable, she didn't even clean the edges of my cuticles and had gotten nail polish on my toes without cleaning it off. After that she got up and left, the receptionist had not informed her that I also had a manicure and went to go get her. This time she came back and I could tell she was very annoyed and started rushing the manicure, my nails came out crooked, she snipped my cuticles and I ended up asking her to stop and she even left some of my nails hanging off. Again she was harsh with grabbing and pushing my hands away but still no communication and at this point I just wanted to leave. She finished up and moved on to the next client and I called my mom for guidance on what I should do and she told me to complain. She ended up calling the salon for me and they told her they would give me a 15% discount on the phone but only ended up giving me a 10% discount even after looking at the paint job and agreeing it was poorly done. I ended up having to fix them at home anyways. The "tech" who did my nails was Holly and I really would not recommend coming here unless you want to pay inflated prices for a half-a** job.

When I pointed this out, the technician redid them, but the process felt rushed, and I was ultimately disappointed with the finished result. I had my nails done Sunday afternoon, and by Thursday, the polish was already chipping and peeling, as shown in the photo. I'm also not particularly rough with my hands, so I was surprised to see this much wear after only four days. For the amount I paid, I expected both a more polished result and for the manicure to last considerably longer. I understand that not every service will turn out perfectly, but given the cost, quality, and overall experience, I unfortunately would not return or recommend this salon.
