I've been here a couple times now and the first time was great. The 2nd time a gentleman did my nails and charged me $50 more than normal when the services I received were supposedly less expensive. In addition, during the pedicure my foot was scrubbed so hard I have a deep gash in my heel which is still causing pain and making it impossible to where shoes. read more

I've gone here a couple times recently and am looking at going here regularly. The staff is so friendly and I like the check in system where you can electronically sign up for the services you'd like instead of shouting it across the salon. I do wish the computer showed prices for each service though as you are picking them. My most recent visit this past Friday night, I appreciated the care put into my manicure and pedicure. Despite it being late, she didn't rush or halfway do the services. I like that they're open until 7pm, as other shops are hard to get to after work. My only complaint is the at the waxing area is out in the open and not a private space. read more

Just moved to AZ about a year ago and went and got nails done for my birthday and tried here .. got full set with French tips and lady says gonna to pink set for u to b more natural in like ok u would know better than me ... was happy with how they came out but only been just about week and there chipping not the paint or the top of nails it's the acrylic park and never had that happen to me and been getting nails done for the last 10 years now :( honestly don't think I'll b coming back here was gonna go and say something but don't want them more fucked up. read more

Man... with a sad heart I hate to leave this review. Fist of all, I have been coming here for years, but recently every time I have gone in for a pedicure I have left with cuts on my feet. The service has been rushed, no delicacy or care to be given. The last few times has been by a gentleman, he really doesn't care and it sucks because I adore everyone else. I also noted a lot less sterilization and that worries me. Please use caution when coming for a pedicure. read more

Would not go back here. After getting my nails done for 10+ years elsewhere, I stopped doing them to make them stronger. Had done an excellent job growing them out and making them strong for over a year. Decided to get gel polish once for my baby shower somewhere else. I stopped in here to get my gel polish removed and go to my natural nails, no polish or anything. The guy who did my nails did NOT know how to use the drill. He went so deep with the drill that I have splinter hemorrhages on most of my nails and they are thin as paper. He also cut my cuticle twice. The place overall is clean and people are friendly but I will not return given the state of my nails now. read more

My mom and I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now, she's been going for about 5 years in total, yesterday for some reason the nail lady had thought I didn't have money or enough money for my fill and pedicure. She insisted on writing out the prices before even starting on my fill, I myself love having long nails with pretty designs and understand it's gonna be pricey. I'm never one to complain about prices because I very well understand nails can be pricey. I get that. I work 2 full time jobs and work very fucking hard for my money, so for her to pull that little scene got me irritated and mad. Never have I ever been so angry getting my nails done. Going to a nail salon is supposed to be relaxing and treat yourself. I wasn't even gonna add how she tried to charge me "long length" for a fill. She was just trying to get the price higher and thinking i'd tip higher. Thats not how it's supposed to work, don't scam me out of my money because YOU'RE money hungry. The salon was busy so I took that as a good sign. How very wrong I was. I got a hot stone pedicure with brow wax. The pedicure seemed to go okay, I zoned out and didn't notice any extremely rough treatment, and the wax was good. However when I got home, my feet were broken and bleeding in several places. I used no fewer than 3 bandaids where my heels and toe of one foot were scraped raw and very sore. I definitely won't be back as a pedicure should be relaxing, not painful. I also always try to tip no matter what but they only accept tips in cash. You can pay for your service with a credit or debit card but not tip. Sad for employees since I rarely carry cash. They have a fee based ATM they wanted me to use to get cash but I'm not paying $5 in fees just for a tip. read more

Final touch did a great job on my dip nails and pedicure. Their location is convenient (in a shopping center next to Fry's) and prices are reasonable compared to other nail salons I have been to. Note that they take walk ins only, so plan to arrive early to avoid waiting for a spot. We got there around 11am and only waited a few minutes. However by the time it was 1pm, there was an hour long wait on a Friday. They mentioned that they are usually very busy on Fridays. This was my first time here! I relied on my fellow Yelpers to help me find an awesome nail salon, and I was not disappointed. I've had a couple of bad experiences at nail salons in Tucson, but this place was not one of those. We were greeted with smiling faces and friendly welcomes and goodbyes here. The shop itself has friendly staff and a menu of services, including classic nails, gel, dipping powder, and even waxing services. My friend and fellow Yelper (Paige) and I decided to get gel mani and a regular pedi. Since we checked into Yelp, we got $5 off our pedi. The selection for our mani&pedi is HUGE! I decided to be festive and go with glittery red and green nails. My nail technician, Thu was very attentive and did a really excellent job cutting my cuticles. I've been to a lot of nail places where the technicians rush through the cuticle cutting to finish quickly, but this was not the case here. I'd definitely come back here to try out the dipping powder! As a tip, bring cash! They prefer cash, but if you don't have cash, they will take card for the payment but not tips. You should at least bring cash for tipping your nail technician. I will update this review after I find out how long my gel mani and my general pedi lasts. Took my mom and this was the end result. The paint job was done 8/10 but even after mentioning about scrub and the dead skin left on her feet, it was not taken care of. The excuse was that they have been out of work for a few weeks due to COVID19. I don't accept this as a reason, I personally will not pay above average price for a job like this. I told the male gentleman that does only the acrylic and he did apologize for it but unfortunately nothing was done. No discount for this visit and nothing for future oh, I'm not for certain I will take my mom back. She deserves more after working over 60 hours a week than a subpar pedicure. read more

Last week I went to another place to get my nails, pedicure and brows done. It was the worst experience I eve had and cost me a pretty penny even without me getting my nails done. A friend suggested that I give Final Touch a try. Man, were they right. Not only is the salon beautiful but I can see why they have so many Talk of the Town awards in their shop. They are staffed extremely well, I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving and they were friendly the entire time. I get my nails dipped (clear dip) and it was only $30 (with a $5 discount for checking in on Yelp)! I opted to get a pedicure with French manicure and it was spot on. I will definitely be back! I started coming here last March, literally right before covid, and I loved the manicure I got. I brought a picture and asked for a short almond shape with a natural ombré color, which I'm including a picture of. Almost a year later, I felt ready to come back and get my nails done. It was such a nice experience!! I arrived at 9:15 because I read reviews saying to come early or you'd have to wait. When I came there was no wait, and my service started promptly. Took about 2 hours for a full set with gel color. Exactly what I wanted (brought a picture again) -- a gray-purple color with some sparkle and heart accent nails, coffin shape. HORRIBLE this was my first time EVER getting acrylic nails. It may also be my last. Rude staff. The nails are too small for me and you can see my actual nail peeking out the sides. The paint was poorly applied. I am very self conscious and don't paint my nails. But I was finally excited to try it.
