I'm glad I found this business. New to the area, I had been having a time trying to find places that I could get all of my spa services, especially laser. It can be hard to find a place with reasonable packages, however, I think Peach Skin & Laser has good deals. If you need to go on a payment plan, you can also do so and still get your services. They will not upsell and my technician was honest in letting me know if a package may not be necessary for the results I am looking for. This place has been super understanding. I had two mishaps where I was stuck in the middle of traffic where the highway was backed up and at a standstill for hours; then I lost a pet on the reschedule. They didn't penalize me for either circumstance and that meant a lot during a very special time. You'll also notice that you have really smooth legs after your sessions. Save your time and money!! I had over 100 units!!! The most ever!! With very minimal results, went in for a touch up around crows feet (comp') with still no results. Their products are inferior and the injectors DO NOT take the time to go over YOUR face. They treat all faces the same. Also, they like to put the product in a fancy little black box, so you can't see what your getting, at that point you feel bad asking because they are about to inject your face so you keep quiet. I have been going to this place for several years with no complaints, a few touchups but nothing like this last time . After reading the reviews, I felt that I should spare somebody else the time and money. In the end, you're not saving $$$ by going here. I am not pleased with the way business was done here. I paid full price for my first six sessions. When I was coming back for my seventh session, I was told specifically by Peach Skin Laser staff that I could screenshot the Groupon price now and come back in a month for a price match. The staffed helped me screenshot the page and told me to save it. Before arriving for my appointment today, I sent the screenshot over to them and they said they could honor it. After my treatment, I am told that my screenshot was insufficient because it didn't show all the details, when this screenshot was taken by their own staff at my last appointment. And I sent this over to them before my appointment. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning. After writing this review and posting one on Google, the owner responded with comments ending with an "adios!" The owner left out the convenient fact that their own staff, Erica assisted in my screenshot last month and was the one who helped me take the photo and told me about price matching. Once again, the lack of accountability and impoliteness is apparent from here. The business can check their own Groupon posting from a few weeks ago to confirm the pricing I presented on the screenshot corresponds to the treatment details. Especially because the screenshot shows Groupon, Peach Skin & Laser, and the price total after the chosen treatment option. To say that this was solely based on my own words and "adios" is even more confirmation that I have chosen the right move here by not returning to this establishment. So I've been getting laser hair removal here since August of 2022. The first treatment I had was laser hair removal on my stomach (super thick happy trail) I had 10 sessions for $310 and at first I was feeling happy with the results. I mean I am still happy that the area looks better than it did before treatment, but after all 10 treatments the hair was still growing in fast and still darker and thicker than I would like. I mentioned this to the front desk lady hoping they'd probably touch it up for free, but she informed me that a touch up would be $50. I guess that's just how they run their business but I was expecting a free touch up, honestly I was shocked they wanted me to pay. That's my only complaint. After reading the reviews for Peach Skin & Laser I purchased - a Groupon for 20 Units of Botox. I met with the esthetician Riley, who asked what I needed to have done. Explained had been 4.5 months since my last treatment and have always done my forehead, between my eyebrows and crows feet and wanted to add a lip flip. I was informed that would take additional units. I asked how many additional units were for a lip flip, since that was the only addition and has never taken more than 20 units in the past. Riley then informed me would be 5 between the eyebrows, 10 for the forehead a 5 on each side for crows feet and 4 for the lip flip. Total of 29. I asked why more here than where had been going for the last 6 years? Was told she follows FDA guidelines, not sure about anyone else. At this point I asked what the cost would be for the additional units. All in all with the Groupon the price was not bad. However, I was insulted at the fact where I had been going to in Chandler was being slandered by the insinuation they did not follow FDA! Which is not the case. The esthetician there is a registered Nurse, the business member of BBB, been in business longer and has more reviews than Peach Skin & Laser and all fantastic! I never should have tried to save a buck and go elsewhere! Riley then went out and talked to her manager, came back and refused to provide me service! After all of this, it appears to me were refusing service due to fact I knew I what I normally take to get the results I wanted and they were trying to make additional money! She explained everything very well before we got started and she made me feel very comfortable. The pain was almost non-existent. Erica was wonderful! She hit all the spots I was concerned about and was very thorough. The ice she applied made the whole procedure relatively painless. She took great care in removing any makeup I had on prior to the procedure and wiped off all of the gel completely afterwards. I moved here from another state and was in desperate need of a new service provider. I found Peach online and was thrilled at the pricing. I ended up making a mistake and showing up insanely early. Another client had asked for a later appointment, so they were able to see me early. I had an IPL and it isn't the most comfortable procedure, but it's not painful either. Erica did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable, and was so nice to talk to. When I was done I went to pay, and the receptionist said "I know you have a botox appointment on May 5, but we have some time, do you want to do it now?" HECK YES I WANNA DO IT NOW! I was so excited to get everything done in one visit. Leslie sat down with me and really listened to my concerns and came up with a solid plan based on my budget. She was really fast and efficient. Zero stars! Peach will string you along with many IPL treatments and its all about money! Ive had many IPLs in the past in other states. Most were completed in a dermatologist's office. Every prior IPL before Peach was completed in one session. All sun damage and dark spots removed and Im good for 8 months. I had two IPLs at Peach and nothing was removed from my face. Peach suggested I pay for another treatment and they couldnt confirm that my dark spots would be removed. Its a scam! Peach will make you pay for a series of treatments ( To pad their pockets) when they should remove your issues from your face in one or maybe two treatments. The office is great and the staff is friendly, except the owner who isn't friendly and he did my last treatment and nothing was removed. read more

Initially I thought this was good deal on the Botox, but sadly it was not. Per their instructions I called them after 1 week with no response. I called a few days later and they had me schedule a follow up. When I arrived, the injecting Nurse said , I see that the area you came in for is still there. She said I should have done more units. She said she would pay for the extra units as it was the same as before I had the area treated. I wouldn't let her do that and asked if I could speak to the owner. They gave me #, but after speaking with her, she said I would need to pay for more units I told I've been doing that many units for years, in fact I did more than I normally do . I had a Groupon for 2 IPL facials. I had a different kind of facial in mind when I ordered it but all has ended up okay, lol! An IPL, I found out, is laser that feels like rubber bands snapping all over your face. It's really not too bad and it takes care of some of the damage I inflicted on my skin during my younger years and love affair with the sun. The Peach Medical Group folks are all really, really nice and I always felt at ease and they were quick to explain what was going on and what they were doing. The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is for me, it's a little far to go and I'm not sure if I want to add anymore procedures. I initially was very pleased with my hair removal laser treatments. Then a technician hit my tattoo with the laser and I wasn't pleased anymore. I received emails and phone calls following up- suggesting what products I should purchase to help the burn heal. When the scab fell off weeks later and it finally healed, I showed them how my tattoo was permanently damaged; the ink had disappeared from the stem. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could or would do about it because I signed a release before I began the laser treatments. I understand that there are risks associated with laser treatment, but the reason my tattoo was ruined was due to negligence and incompetence on the technician's part.
